“I had been coming to Osmow’s over many years now. I used to go to Bridgeport location until they opened this Ironwood-Steveston location. Late afternoon yesterday, just before putting in the order, I realized that if I ordered by the app, it’ll only cost $7.99 per regular chicken on the rocks with the special promotion at present. However, the lady at the counter told me, “this promotion won’t start until tomorrow”. I took her words for it and went ahead with the orders at the counter.
Sadly, I saw the promotion had already started since January 13, 2025 and still on until February 23, 2025 when I went online to download the app. This is a very disappointing customer service experience for the honesty of Osmow’s staff!“

I had a chicken and beef wrap, the meat was thick cut and there was so much flavor from the other ingredients in the wrap. Highly recommended! Please note they only accept cash or debit, no credit cards.“

The portions come with choice of meats and two vegetable items totally complimentary! For the carb, they serve hot rice with a surprising addition of a fried papad at no charge. This has been my ‘go to’ place for my lunch everyday for many years so long I was working in the tower office and now having retired visit this place without fail whenever I happened to visit downtown Vancouver. The boss was very enthusiastic and introduced me in detail to me who couldn't understand the menu. Thank you very much! Although it took about 15 minutes to wait for the fresh frying, it was worth the wait! The fried chicken and fries are very delicious! ! This was the first time I bought such a large piece of fried chicken. The outside was not particularly impressive, but the inside was tender and juicy, making it very delicious. The freshly squeezed fries have no added salt and are very delicious. Will come back and thank the boss for introducing other delicious fried chicken restaurants on the street.
