“Just now, around 1545H, I was waiting at the store for my online order, wondering why it was taking so long then I asked one of the staff (I forgot his name, but he’s young tall, white, with curly hair and cute), and he helped me realize I was actually at the wrong Starbucks. 😅
Just as I was about to leave, he kindly asked what I had ordered and went out of his way to make it for me anyway.
truly appreciated. 🙌 Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed!“
“i order from this place on doordash all the time and i just had to come on here and complain after countless times this has happened. most of you know you drink frappuccinos with straws, yes? almost every time i order one without fail they don’t put a straw in the bag. they never remember. it should be a must to include straws with drinks that REQUIRE them. again, very disappointed.“
“My favorite morning coffee stop. Sadly is closing on Sept 27th 2025. Kind and friendly service from this location for years, lots of regulars, they knew everyone's names. Sad to see it close. Unfair to the employees who were all fired without any advanced warning. Starbucks will lose my business for good.“
“I wanted to give a shout-out to my regular weekend barista, I think her name is Den or Denise (I'll have to double-check next time I order). She always seems to be running the busy store on her own, which makes me feel bad, but she still gets my coffee out quickly and is always so sweet to talk to. Really appreciate her!“
“I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have a problem regarding the food, drinks or service.
One thing i want to highlight is about the cleanliness. Everytime i come, i do clean my own table using napkin and my own hand sanitiser. Whether it's busy or not, please make sure one staff available for cleaning the dine-in area.“
“I don't remember her name but she has purple hair which made me remember her more since she was really friendly and was always smiling, she made sure that I got my drink on time while making sure to serve other people. Though there was a staff that was standing around and seems like was doing nothing while the other girl was doing everything. Food was okay and the service was incredible, though I came during the night which seems slow but when I come during the morning to get my coffee it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get it which was odd since its suppose to be faster in the morning. Recommend going to other cafes to get your coffee when you're in a rush“
“One of the busiest SB in lower mainland (on the weekends) but the staff will greet, serve and service guests with a smiling face!
Our favorites are a round of tall Chai Lattes ( Xtra hot), banana bread and lemon loafs. Maybe additional quenched or simple RISE juice bottle!
Thanks team Starbucks!!“
“Great location, great staff but today I did see some flys in display and for the 5th day oven not working also no points or gift card accepted that minor , great people great location but need a little more attention…everything els great 👍🏼“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in Richmond:) I often place mobile orders here. Today, I arrived later than the estimated pickup time, so my coffee was cold when I got there. I asked if they could reheat it, and they immediately offered to make me a fresh one instead! The staff was friendly plus their coffee is always perfect“

“Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .“
“EXCELLENT as usual!!!! When I stayed at the resort ( not my first time there this year) I ordered Pumpkin spice latte one of my favourite drink for this season ?and it was amazing!!!The staff is always beyond excepcional and always receive me with a smile. In addition, they always have lots of cool merchandise that you cannot find at other locations.“
“Serene was an amazing help explaining my stars to me. I have Starbucks quite a lot, but have had a Timmy’s gift card for a year- however they refuse gift cards at most hospitals and airports, but Starbucks always comes through on top.
Thanks for smile with the service. Cheers ladies. I fly monthly so you’ve made this trip and my day less stressful and made me feel appreciated.“

“Great place for late night flight waiting. If you want to find a place to stay for late flight. It close at 10 pm and they have free coffee refill that can keep you energized and ready to get back home or departing for your dream vacation.
From Starbuck to airport it's only CAD 11 by Lyft. No worries walking late night and just hopping on a car and you will arrive at international departure in 8mins.
They have seats outside too.
Very convenient. This is also the reason I like Starbuck so much.
There are ourlet so you can keep your computer and cellphone always fully charged for the flight.“
