“Great Food and excellent atmosphere and services. There’s an only barista who’s called JESSICA is not a helpful barista. All the baristas are helpful except her. I always bring my thermoses and order venti but my thermoses are not large enough to fit a venti size therefore all the baristas always help me out with that and share the coffee in my thermoses except JESSICA. I got coffee the day before yesterday and that was my second experience being bothered by JESSICA. It would be very appreciated if someone talks to her and makes her understand to treat the customers better. Thank you.“

“I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have a problem regarding the food, drinks or service.

One thing i want to highlight is about the cleanliness. Everytime i come, i do clean my own table using napkin and my own hand sanitiser. Whether it's busy or not, please make sure one staff available for cleaning the dine-in area.“

“Great Coffee . A Grande latte with two extra shots is ten bucks after a tip .. unbelievably I used to go here every day . No wonder I'm not a millionaire now , lol . I didn't mean to say that the service was a three . I hit it accidentally and couldn't get it back . The service was great . However I'm still lamenting the ten bucks .“

Parking: Since there are a lot of reserved parking spots for staffs at the hospital, there are not always enough spots for visitors.

“I'm not a regular Starbucks kind of guy but I enjoy their drinks from time to time. So my visits are rare but today was awesome! This amazing employee by the name of Anna. She was very friendly and welcoming. She also made my drink which was amazing by the way. Thank you Anna. You're awesome!“

“I don't remember her name but she has purple hair which made me remember her more since she was really friendly and was always smiling, she made sure that I got my drink on time while making sure to serve other people. Though there was a staff that was standing around and seems like was doing nothing while the other girl was doing everything. Food was okay and the service was incredible, though I came during the night which seems slow but when I come during the morning to get my coffee it usually takes 10-15 minutes to get it which was odd since its suppose to be faster in the morning. Recommend going to other cafes to get your coffee when you're in a rush“

“I placed my order on Christmas Eve 2024 at 2:05PM. I waited 15 minutes l for a drink and there is not much people there. But the drink is very good. I visited with a friend and they think it is good too. But 10 minutes wait while others already have their drink?

I drank some at the time I took the picture, but the drink is filled to the top.

“This is my favorite Starbucks in Richmond:) I often place mobile orders here. Today, I arrived later than the estimated pickup time, so my coffee was cold when I got there. I asked if they could reheat it, and they immediately offered to make me a fresh one instead! The staff was friendly plus their coffee is always perfect“

When I stayed at the resort ( not my first time there this year) I ordered Pumpkin spice latte one of my favourite drink for this season ?and it was amazing!!!The staff is always beyond excepcional and always receive me with a smile.In addition, they always have lots of cool merchandise that you cannot find at other locations.“

“I went to the T&T in Vancouver in Chinatown. This place was really cool! The water tanks with fresh fish, shellfish, and crabs was nothing like you'd see in the US. I tried their hot bar. It's a weighted system so you pay by what you get. Everything was good! I tried the cabbage, fried rice, different kinds of chicken, and vegetables. I spent about $18 CAD.“

“Serene was an amazing help explaining my stars to me. I have Starbucks quite a lot, but have had a Timmy’s gift card for a year- however they refuse gift cards at most hospitals and airports, but Starbucks always comes through on top.
