“I cannot say enough about this restaurant! GOGA is the place to go for fresh, healthy, delicious food! Definitely Saratoga’s hidden gem! It is behind the UPS building with plenty of parking. The staff is wonderful, very accommodating & Chef Brads presentation & deliciousness of his fabulous meals is always 5 stars! “My first visit to Mikiya was shortly after they opened. The food and service were decent, but a 45-minute wait past our reservation time left a bad taste, figuratively speaking. I wasn't sure I'd be back.

I'm glad I gave it another shot. This time we came to celebrate a visiting friend, and Mikiya more than delivered. The menu has noticeably improved, we were seated promptly, and our server Zac was the kind of hospitality professional who makes a meal memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing, his recommendations were spot on and genuinely elevated the whole experience.

It's clear the team has put in real work since opening. I'm signing up for the membership and already looking forward to the next visit.“

“This is the best pan-fried soup dumpling I’ve had in the Bay Area. The xiao long bao have thicker skins, and while I personally prefer the thinner ones from Din Tai Fung, these still have plenty of soup and aren’t bad. The dumplings, mushroom pork buns, chicken pan-fried dumplings, and spicy beef hotpot were all solid and tasty, though not particularly outstanding. The scallion bun is packed with scallions, making it a must-try for scallion lovers. Overall, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely visit again.“

“Tried something entirely new eating at Urban Momo last week and it was incredible. I had the Gobi Manchurian, my partner had a curry, and we split a mixed fried rice and naan. Everything was flavorful, spiced (not spicy), fresh, and really delicious. Add great service and a cool location in San Mateo Market and this place is worth a trip. “I love teriyaki madness! This hands down the BEST ONE in the Bay Area! Even though we live closer to another one, we prefer to come here.

Everything is on point and me and my husband find it really convenient to grab something fast and healthy.

Portion sizes are much larger than expected! My husband can eat a lot, but he never finishes the food so that is a huge plus for us.“

Breads are well-made to perfection. Curry was good, nothing spectacular. I look forward to trying other curries.

The dine in experience was excruciating. We were offered the pappadam immediately after we were seated. We waited 30 minutes for the momos (appetizer) to arrive and another 40 minutes after we finished momos for the main course (1 curry & 2 naan).

While we patiently waited 60+ minutes in total for our food, there were plenty of to go orders slinging out of kitchen every 2-3 minutes. I suspect this restaurant prefers takeout (they also offer discounts for takeout if I remember correctly).“

“The caterer for my daughter's wedding canceled a week before the wedding. Latin-Asian-Fusion Kitchen came through with exactly what was needed. The help was sincere and the food was great. “We have been to Venus Cafe a couple of times Oder the past years and we are always satisfied with the food.

We were initially going to get take out but a few tables were open and employees were really welcoming so we decided to dine in.

Today we got their Big Brother with white sauce only and the Braised Beef Egg Noodle Soup. The soup came first so we shared it and enjoyed that while waiting for the baked item which takes longer to make. The baked item is a bit heavy so we also decided to share it. The Big Brother dish was very creamy and tasty. The chicken was very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The employees were very attentive, portions were generally good and food was affordable. Overall a great experience and family friendly restaurant.“

“Newly discovered Korean fried chicken place .. it was amazinggggg!!!! I had chicken wings for two back to back days from here..

I tried three flavors and all were great. The second day I ended up ordering some drums too which were a hit with my kid.. we got the soy garlic, the Korean BBQ and Yangnyeom. There is a subtle difference between all three of them so I honestly didn’t know which was which while eating them but can honestly say that ALL of them tasted incredible.

The lady who prepped my order was incredibly sweet and really helped me get my order ready. She even helped me get the right sauce as well as clean it up when it got messy. I know I am gonna be ordering from here soon over and over again!“

“This has become my favourite place for noodles and dumplings! Their noodle quality is fantastic - very much like hand-pulled noodles, they have that beautiful lightly chewy texture and the flavour of their sauces are good too.
Xiaolongbao are good quality as are the wonton in chili oil, but my favourite is the beef noodles, they make the best lunch or dinner.
Prices are great for the quality you get - if you're hungry, check the portion sizes because they're on the smaller end compared to what you might expect from westernised places, but for me this makes it super easy to have a few dishes to try at a time!

“Sushi O Sushi is amazing!! We usually drop in for lunch and a couple times for dinner. We get the bento boxes with teryaki chicken, California rolls, and sashimi (tuna or salmon) the miso soup is great and the salad with that delicious dressing is perfect.
