“Plenty of seats. Clean tables. Plenty of condiments. Decent prices. Floor is kinda dirty. Lighting is a bit dark. Non gender neutral restrooms. Semi clean. I ordered the boon bye hwei and it was surprisingly good... the noodles were perfect, plenty of meat, NOT watered down soup. My only concern is that it wasn't temperature hot. “We always order the crispy egg rolls, shrimp spring rolls and pho with brisket and filet mignon. The peanut sauce is the perfect compliment to the spring rolls as is the sweet sauce to the egg rolls. The pho, with the added vegetables, is so filling and relaxing. Sounds silly, but I usually like hole-in-the-wall places for "foreign" food because I have found that those places tend to have more authentic dishes. However, I have been to so many pho places around here and I can say that this one has a very tasty pho. The broth was very flavorful (the last place I tried had ok/good pho but I mentioned in my review that the broth there was lacking some in flavor). Also, I like tripe as a meat topping (which isn't as popular around here) and I don't always find the right meat combos that I like on other pho restaurant menus and the combo with all meats has some meats that I don't prefer. I like that here they have a two-item meat option and I can pick the two meats I really want. There is also a meatless and a vegan option with vegetable broth.Would definitely go back to try other menu items!“

“We "discovered" this place last week while at the drive thru of The Habit. I couldn't see the name of the restaurant as a tree was covering the top half. What caught our attention though, was the many people of different races that were going in and out of the restaurant.We tried it this past Sunday and found it to be very good. We usually go to another Vietnamese restaurant in San Dimas. I think we'll be coming back to this one. We bought 3 different dishes including Phó, 2 soups, and 3 main dishes. The charge was finally posted to our account and we were charged the full amount for our original order, even though the receipt attached to our order listed just the items that we actually received with a different total.So I took in the receipt and I politely...and this is important, folks! Be polite! The world does NOT need any more rude people...I politely spoke to the owner/manager about the issue. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference but even offered to comp me some food or a couple of drinks. Now some food would have been good, but I also didn't want to impose on his graciousness, and so I asked if I could just get a Boba Milk Tea. He made me TWO Milk Teas with Boba! And it's pretty good! We will return. This particular issue with our order was the only one that we've experienced out of multiple visits to BMC Pho, and the manager/owner was extremely gracious in resolving it and making sure I left a happy customer.“
