-Food is A+. They adjust the menu seasonally which I love. Right now it's tomato season among other things, and I'm so happy with their dishes.
-Service/People. A++. Off the charts service. Family owned and everyone has worked together for years. Everyone is positive, professional and knowledgeable. Very welcoming! You feel like you're part of a big Italian family. ❤️
-Ambiance. I love every area but tend to prefer the outdoor patio and bar. Always so joyful, and when it's nice out, you're in for a treat.“

“Stopped here for lunch with the family. They have a nice lunch special menu with lots of options and a bento box style as well if you want with potstickers, spring rolls and others. Very reasonably priced and they seem to have a lot of take up business. They also have dim sum options although we didn't try any.

Their shrimp eggplant dish is slightly spicy. They don't mark their spicy dishes on their menu so be sure to ask if you have any doubts.“

“Tried two scones (cherry corn per review suggestions and strawberry blackberry) and a coffee. Both were great, but I’m still thinking fondly about the strawberry blackberry scone - you could taste both berry flavors distinctly and they melded so nicely with the scone dough. Best berry scone I’ve ever had - I’ll be thinking about it for awhile.“

“We went last night on 10/10/2024. Claudia was our waitress. She did a wonderful job,and her customer service was excellent. We had one issue with a plate. She and the manager took care of it. It wasn't big, but I appreciate them listening. The restaurant has a great atmosphere for a couples outing or dinner. They strive to have good dishes“

“Most important factor for us is the food itself, and here the flavors and cooking style were great! We always get our usual dishes at every Indian restaurant and so are accustomed to how they are supposed to taste (despite not being Indian…we get Indian at least once a week or every other week at different restaurants around town). Seasonings were great and crispy things were crispy and naan wasn’t burnt and dry. Only complaint was the biryani rice portion size was a bit small. Next is the service: I don’t usually care about service unless it is substantially lacking but service here was excellent, they checked on us a bunch of times. I also noticed a portable baby changing bassinet in the bathroom which was appreciated- many other restaurants don’t go out of their way to provide that and even though I didn’t need it tonight, we do have a baby and had i needed to change her, it would have been frustrating to not have a baby changing table in the bathroom. Finally, I don’t care about atmosphere much as long as it’s not dirty or uncomfortable for some reason, so would say that it was average, nothing extraordinary but nothing too shabby. Overall would return again if in the area. And this was the 2nd time I’ve been there.“

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“Got the chicken tantanmen and the spicy pork and both were 10/10. I wasn’t even hungry—more, I-could-eat level hunger—and I downed my ramen in less than 10. I couldn’t stop eating it it was so good. Partner is Mexican so I’m use to eating spicy. 7 is a comfortable spicy but the souper spicy side is def spicy, so I recommend getting that if you want to enjoy ramen with a challenging spice.

“A very cozy place in the financial district. Even though we went on a weekend, there were still a lot of people working there. Their pour over coffee is reasonably priced and they also provide coffee beans in the shop. I like the paintings they have inside. The coffee also comes with a postcard telling us where the coffee beans come from and the history, which I think is very nice. If you like coffee, I recommend giving this place a try.“

“Absolutely charming spot! With amazing mid day light and refined antique aesthetic, they serve top notch coffee and baked goods. The environment is comfortable and unrushed. Babka, chocolate labneh cake, cream puffs and floral cakes, it's really hard to go wrong with the selection and quality.“

“My husband and I came in for their delicious cardamom knots and was greeted by Gabriel who was very kind and had amazing customer service. He made us feel very welcomed during this visit. 10/10 customer service! Looking forward to coming again“

“I had a few minutes before I visiting hours at St. Francis Hospital. This was around the corner at Hyde and Bush. The visitors entrance is on Hyde between Pine and Bush while the ER entrance is on Bush between Hyde and Leavenworth. There were a lot of people inside and outside. A line formed shortly after I placed my order. Picked up coffee but their pastries looked good.“

I came into the restaurant describing my dietary restrictions (no egg, no gluten, no dairy), and the host was very accommodating. He took his time going through the menu, and reassured me they could make alterations to other dishes to work for my restrictions. Overall a great experience, definitely coming again!“

“Food is ok, I got the walnut shrimp sandwich. Love the fusion idea but felt that it lacked the true walnut shrimp flavors (usually a lot more mayo and heavier in taste). The walnuts added a nice texture and the lettuce was fresh. Also got the huckleberry almond cake which was pretty unique and not too sweet. Would recommend this others, but not the shrimp sando“

The food came out quicker than I ever expected, and it was hot and delicious. Probably some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.. “Without a doubt the best breakfast sandwiches on thee planet! I have referred a friend who said “it’s in a league of its own.” I will start with the buttery yet still flakey buttermilk biscuit. When you take a bite it’s just goes perfectly with the bacon and egg. It’s like a party in your mouth! They also have amazing blueberry & Apple cinnamon muffins that are unbelievably moist! The banana nut bread is just as fabulous. I can’t wait to go back and trie a scone. The best part is they also made fresh home made dog treats! So you can bring your friend along amd not feel bad eating your treats in front of him. While he looks droopy eyes. Your dog will love them too! We drive out from the eat bay(Pleasanton, ca) just to stop by!“
