It was dry, the skin wasn't crisp enough, and it was accompanied by a crouton, chicory, and fennel salad that was very tart and one dimensional, totally missing balance (I think it needed some currants or golden raisins--SOME spec of sweetness to offset the VERY bitter chicories and the lemon vinaigrette). All five of us who ordered the chicken left half the food on our plate--and we're hearty guys who love to eat. Please, take a critical look at this dish.
