“Popped in for lunch to check out the newly opened H&T and loved it. The brisket was delicious with a side of Vaquero beans that packed plenty of flavor as well. I could see the bar is well stocked with a great selection of spirits as well as a bunch of quality local beers on tap. Points as well for having a quality N/A offering. I received fast and very friendly service. Looking fwd to visiting again soon and wish this new business the best of luck as it was obvious that plenty of heart & soul is invested at heads & tails.“

“A small food menu didn't disappoint with big flavors and lovely presentation. Service was great and the bar makes solid drinks. Prices were a little high ($9 for a side of sweet potato friend, $4.50 for regular) especially for portions size, but quality was good. This won't be a regular spot for food but I'd definitely come back to try again.“

“Since the place is kind small, the seating is communal (it can get tight). There were a few fruit flys when we first walked up to the taps. (I have to be honest) However the atmosphere was still smooth it was great big portion of chicken / fries and they were very tasty. I definitely would be back. “My dinner partner and I both agree that the physical atmosphere, and food were excellent. The place was almost empty on a Sunday night yet the service was mediocre. We had to keep tracking down the waiter for our hot water for the tea, box for take away, etc. Inattentive. The staff also seemed unhappy or dissatisfied with their jobs. The prices have gone up so don’t feel we got value for our money“

“ok so bear with me here. this is like the tiniest silly thing to be thrilled by when everything else cool about this place is more interesting (the mermaid arts! the creative cocktails! the tikka masala queso!) but like you know how a lot of the time cheese fries look more exciting than they are because all the topping is on top? the ones here do not have this problem. there is sauce on all the fries. they were crispy and flavor balanced the whole way to the bottom of the tray. this is terrible for my calorie count but amazing for my heart.
