“This place is phenomenal. There aren’t many places that offer tallow fries so I knew I had to try this place. Got 2 Dbl Cheez Burgers and the Nashville sandwich here - incredible and you can tell the difference in premium quality meat and ingredients. The owner and workers were genuinely friendly/caring and don’t have iPads that “ask you a couple of questions.” Easily the best fries in SD. Will return asap - thank you guys!“

“Im here almost every day due to the proximity, however, the service has slowed down a little since the push to using the app, the inside order screens, and I'm thinking less employees per shift. I even see the managers having to pitch in to help more. I'm estimating I've been idling in this drive thru for over 20 minutes even though there were only a handful of cars ahead of me.“

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

“It was super crowded (more than usual) on a Thursday at around 11pm. It looks like there may have been a high school event. Nevertheless, the lines went pretty smooth, and the food was great!

“Heard about Hodads from Guy Fieri.......my mother and I went to check it out....... I ordered the Guido burger with fries and my mother ordered a single cheese burger with onion rings.......I also ordered a michelada also........Guido burger was really good and fries were ok.......Michelada was kind of small but good.......kind of expensive though......my mother loved the onion rings and her burger.......another note I took was the music being played......when we first arrived the music was late 70s and the were great songs that I had forgotten about.......then at some point the music changed to what sound like punk rock.......not to sure about the punk rock because the punk rock I know from the 80s is a little different than the punk rock now a days......over all it was a good experience and I will be going back“

“Brunch done right with generous portion. No line on a Thursday morning. We came here through Yelp recommendations. The staff were very welcoming and came by to check on our table often. Donny was our server. Restaurant was clean and roomy. We ordered Carnitas Breakfast Skillet and Chicken Waffles. Both so good. Apple pie was good too. Not too sweet. Would come back in the future!“

The food was fresh, and I think the sign said they make their own sausages. The sausage was phenomenal: flavorful, spicy without being overbearing, and seemed lean (no squishy, fatty deposits). The food, although very comfort forward, didn't leave us feeling heavy. The seating is all outdoor at little patio style tables just down from a little fishing pier and next to The Rady Shell. This is now one of my favorite spots; looking forward to going back.“

He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hotdogs, corn and fries. Let's not forget about the drinks from the Abbey and the sweet desert: churro with ice cream!
