“First time to visit this restaurant in more than 10 years when it was still at the Campbell location. I like the clean bright and airy feel of the space, and also the excellent service by the staff. The noodle dishes are still as good as I remembered back in the day. The green beans were fresh and crunchy. The Mongolian beef had a bit too much onions though. Overall we had a very nice meal experience.“

I've been sampling fried rice at various Chinese restaurants around the Bay Area lately. While I wouldn’t say this is the best I’ve had, it’s not bad. It falls on the better side of the spectrum; the rice was not greasy, which reflects the oil quality they use. The chicken was tender and tasted good, and the portion size was great. I might have added salt to the chili oil to enhance the flavor. The staff was friendly as well. I should come back and try more dishes!“

The Mapo Tofu with minced pork was perfectly balanced in flavor. The House Chili Crispy Fish Fillet was lightly crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy on the inside. And the Sauteed Chinese Baby Greens had plenty of garlic which is just the way I like it.

“Dough Zone was great for a late dinner. The service was extremely fast (we waited less than a minute for a cold dish and got out of the restaurant within 30m) and the food was good. And best of all, the prices are extremely affordable. Many filling items are under $10 and parking is free. Would recommend!“

“Just had a dish of soybean seedling and it was surprisingly good! They had a perfect little crunch on the outside but stayed tender inside. The seasoning was spot-on—a nice savory, garlicky flavor with a hint of spice. It's a great simple side dish, super healthy-tasting, and feels light even when ate lots meats.“

“First I came with my friends. Then I came with my parents and their friends.

This place is so yummy and a hit no matter who you come with.

My favorite to order in order is
1) sweet and sour fried fish
2) sauteed eggplant with fish flavor (idk why it's so good here)
3) house special fish
4) Brown sugar cakes

Everything is good but those are my favorite go to.

The staff are so friendly and kind as well. It's my go to family style restaurant.

Parking: Right in front of the restaurant there's plenty of free parking. I've never had trouble parking here even at peak dinner time on a Saturday night“

“Very friendly and great service along with good food. We ordered both the langzhu hand pulled noodles which came with thin slices of pork. We also ordered the beef with pickled vegetables which we think has more flavor than the other dish. But both were excellent and the bowls were very large and came to our table a few minutes after we ordered. Service was exceptional with the staff asking several times if we needed anything else. The bathroom was very clean as well. We highly recommend this place.“

The pan fried soup dumplings were the best – good flavor, crispy bottoms, and juicy soup inside. The boiled dumplings were only okay. I thought the pork filling for the boiled dumplings was a bit musky, and I found a piece of gristle in one dumpling. The steamed pork soup dumplings could have used more soup but were otherwise fine. We also ordered a side of cucumber salad, which was decent overall but a bit salty and garlicky. The service was brisk and professional. They brought us rice for no extra charge – a nice touch. We thought the atmosphere was pleasant overall, with warm lights and plants.“

QQ Noodle is a no frills, causal and quick service place. Don’t let that fool you though. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

There is a QR code at each table and you scan to place your order. The waiters will then bring your food out to you. The food comes out quick and delicious.

What we ordered:

Liang Pi: This is one of my favorite dishes and not many places make this anymore. QQ Noodles makes my favorite Liang PI and this is a dish I will always order if I see it on the menu in both North Cal and NYC. The noodles are bouncy, the cucumbers refreshing and just the right level of spice. No frills deliciousness.

Sour Mustard and Grass Fish Noodle Soup: I tried it with wide noodle but next time I think I will get the round. The wide noodles are hand pulled which have that great texture and chew. It is done well so there is not a mouthful of dough like some other places. Fish is plentiful and so is the portion of sour mustard.

Large Plate Chicken Noodles (No Bone). Not on their printed menu, this was an option when you scan the QR code. They use chicken thighs and its braised with potato. Flavorful and just the right level of spice thats too spicy but offers a little kick for flavor.

If you are in the neighborhood, stop by for a quick meal. TP tea in the same strip mall is also a wonderful Bubble tea place that makes their drinks with brewed tea.“

“I got the beef spicy mix and it was really delicious! Spicy and fragrant and very well seasoned. Really nice assortment of ingredients, and everything was well cooked. The unlimited rice was a nice touch too, even tho I didn’t need it. Good price for the amount of food and I had enough leftover for lunch the next day.“

“We love how fresh these buns are manually made. They are delicious with a few different interesting flavors. The spicy mince pork and tofu buns are our favorite. It still tastes good the day after. It may seem pricy, but the portion of each order is large, so it's totally worth the money. Only gets 4 stars from me because the frozen wonton have so little meat. They tasted great though, but not much filling at all. Generally, we're happy with the food and the super fast service. Definitely come back for more bao buns, but probably not the wonton.“

The entire menu is very good but let me pick one item to highlight: their Sichuan style dry fried green beans are incredible and are the only truly authentic Sichuan version I've found anywhere in Bay Area. Their version is perfect, so much so that I would gladly make the 20 min drive to Hunan Impression if that item was only thing on their menu !“

The food was surprisingly good, and although the price was a bit high, it was well worth it. pork neck with bitter melon $22 , salt egg yolk with fish & pumpkin $24.50 , salty fish with pork clay pot $24.50 all good!
Especially the bitter melon, it is probably the best I have ever eaten, the cooking time is just right, the pork neck is very soft, but it is full of fragrance.
