“First time to visit this restaurant in more than 10 years when it was still at the Campbell location. I like the clean bright and airy feel of the space, and also the excellent service by the staff. The noodle dishes are still as good as I remembered back in the day. The green beans were fresh and crunchy. The Mongolian beef had a bit too much onions though. Overall we had a very nice meal experience.“

“Ordered take out and was pleasantly surprised at the meal. Good quantity of food. Had good flavor. Will try it again. The interior is a bit shabby in a very nondescript old strip mall with no character. Most would drive by and never know its there.“

“This place has many good reviews compared to other nearby spots, so I tried it out and ordered chicken fried rice. I've been sampling fried rice at various Chinese restaurants around the Bay Area lately. While I wouldn’t say this is the best I’ve had, it’s not bad. It falls on the better side of the spectrum; the rice was not greasy, which reflects the oil quality they use. The chicken was tender and tasted good, and the portion size was great. I might have added salt to the chili oil to enhance the flavor. The staff was friendly as well. I should come back and try more dishes!“

“The best service I've ever had or seen at a panda express! I didn't get his name, but he was a tall Asian gentleman, he was so friendly and accommodating even though we came near closing time! I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating. 10/10 would panda again!“

“Food was decently priced and really well flavored! Warming some things are pretty spicy. I'd recommend the Spicy Couples Delight (cold beef appetizer). Service was speedy and attentive. There were a lot of large families eating here. Love Szechuan cuisine so I'll be back!“

“Unique hot pot restaurant in Santa Clara, located in a shopping plaza off of El Camino Real. The menu has a lot of traditional Chinese food items such as chicken feet, pig ears, duck wings, gizzards, and duck heads. Not for the first timer, but definitely a tasty place for connoisseurs of Chinese clay pot (note: not the same as hot pot). Staff was super efficient and attentive. Plenty of parking in the free parking lot.“

“Dough Zone was great for a late dinner. The service was extremely fast (we waited less than a minute for a cold dish and got out of the restaurant within 30m) and the food was good. And best of all, the prices are extremely affordable. Many filling items are under $10 and parking is free. Would recommend!“

“The food here was absolutely delicious! The soup was a bit on the sour side, but it actually paired really well with the bamboo shoots and still tasted great. Although the restaurant is supposed to close at 8:30, we went in around 8:15 and had no trouble ordering. It’s really close to AMC, so it’s the perfect spot to fill up before catching a movie. Super satisfying and definitely recommend!“

Fashion Wok = Home Eat
Excellent service from all staff, very good, hot, fresh food & beautiful location in downtown Sunnyvale! Parking in the back open complex gets full but across the street in the parking structure there's plenty of parking there.
Home Eat is best known for tasty chicken dishes, I would never recommend beef dishes. Their Mongolian Beef isn't good at all.
Today's fare (large portions!);
-Mapo Tofu: delicious and NO sugar added, as it should be
-General Tso's Chicken w.broccoli florets: delicious, sweet, with a tiny bit of heat
-A. Choy stir fried bok choy: ok, but their eggplant and string beans is much tastier
-Sesame Chicken: very good, sweet, no heat
-Kungpao Chicken: absolutely delicious, perfect flavor
-Cumin Lamb: only for those who love cumin
-Grandma Curry Wok: just ok
-Egg Yolk Fried Chicken Wings, like 12+ pieces: no. Smelled like egg yolk, was fresh but didn't taste good, wouldn't reorder or recommend
-Spicy Pepper Fried Chicken Wings, also 12+ pieces, also fresh but not tasty at all and also not one bit spicy.
***For fried flavorful chicken wings, just go to the Korean restaurants that serve them to light up your taste buds“

“Great malatang place. Quick and easy as well. When you walk in when busy they will tell you if a table is free and give you number. Then you can just fill up a bowl of food from the bar. Everything from veggies, noodles, meats, fish, balls and most things you can find at a hot pot place.
I like the normal broth one medium spicy. It’s not crazy spice so you can easily get spicy without issue. The dry pot is good but a little too sweet with the peanut sauce they put in. Prices are good and it’s a nice place. I like to come here a lot.“

“Nothing too special - it’s authentic and tastes great but I wasn’t overly impressed and wouldn’t come out of my way to come here again.
I think my favorite was the beef pancake, it was stuffed with beef and the dough was fresh.“

“First I came with my friends. Then I came with my parents and their friends.
This place is so yummy and a hit no matter who you come with.
My favorite to order in order is
1) sweet and sour fried fish
2) sauteed eggplant with fish flavor (idk why it's so good here)
3) house special fish
4) Brown sugar cakes
Everything is good but those are my favorite go to.
The staff are so friendly and kind as well. It's my go to family style restaurant.
Parking: Right in front of the restaurant there's plenty of free parking. I've never had trouble parking here even at peak dinner time on a Saturday night“

“This place hits the spot when I'm in the mood for carbs. I've tried a few of the lamb dishes, and they were a pleasant surprise overall. The meat was cooked very well, and the noodles were thick and filling. The portions are pretty reasonable and the food is very filling, so I would recommend it.“

“Very good food, always fresh. I come here every other week. Overall, the quality of the food is excellent. It would be better if they had seating, as they do not. But overall, it's a fantastic dumpling spot with many other great options on the menu.

“Dough Zone is a great budget-friendly Chinese restaurant. While some of the dishes may not look perfectly traditional in terms of presentation, the taste is fantastic and authentic. We ordered the juicy xiaolongbao, well-filled chive pockets, minced chicken noodles, and wontons—all for around $40. Definitely worth it for the price and quality!“

“There is a chicken with saliva that is a bit weird, but the other side dishes and noodles are good, and the service attitude is also good. My good friend and I ate for less than 100, two noodles and four dishes, which was great. Support store“

“Very friendly and great service along with good food. We ordered both the langzhu hand pulled noodles which came with thin slices of pork. We also ordered the beef with pickled vegetables which we think has more flavor than the other dish. But both were excellent and the bowls were very large and came to our table a few minutes after we ordered. Service was exceptional with the staff asking several times if we needed anything else. The bathroom was very clean as well. We highly recommend this place.“

“Get the wide noodles for soup, round noodles for dry!!!! The noodles are very QQ (chewy) and the portions are huge — I definitely could’ve split this into at least 2 meals, if not even three. The price is not too bad for the quantity. They are cash-only, although you order on a menu on your phone!“

“We arrived for an early dinner at 5:45 PM with easy seating and parking available. Was seated quickly and ordered via QR code. We ordered the Large Old Pot Sauerkraut Fish ($27), which came quickly and was piping hot. Fish was tender, vegetables and other ingredients cooked well, very flavorful. They have varying levels of spice for different palates, but the single chili pepper soup was just right for us. Pretty reasonable price for two people in the Bay Area. Would recommend!
Wheelchair accessibility: Someone with a wheelchair should be able to get in. There are no stairs required.“

“First time visiting. Delighted to find a hand-pulled noodle soup place in DT MV.
Noodle portion is good. Would love the width of the flat noodles be half of its current size.
The on-the-house cabbage appetizer could serve w/o jalapeños as my mouth was burning even after I took them out & put the cabbage into my Chef’s Beef noodle soup.
Friendly staff. Glad to see fe/male restrooms.
Frozen dumplings made-to-go.
Will be back to taste other items!“

“Good food, plenty of parking, restaurant is very clean and reasonable price. The only down side is the smaller noodle portion size but won’t deter me from returning. They have combo for 2-4, 4-8 and over 10 people dishes. I will return for those.“

“The classic grilled fish in Liu’s secret flavor is very delicious, if you like something with more balance of numbing pepper flavor, sweetness and sourness.
The beef and lamb skewers are quite tasty too. They have good seasonings but not overwhelming, so you can still taste the flavor of meat.
Service is great. We come in on a rainy Monday if that counts“

“If you are looking for spicy hunan style food, you get it in here! I ordered sichuan type spicy chicken, and she did ask me if I would prefer mild or medium - I said just regular is fine. It definitely knocked my socks off and I had to order rice to ease the spicyness. But I did love the dish. The spring beans are classic yummy!
They close at 2 pm for lunch. So better check the opening hours. The portion sizes are family size.“

“I agree with Z. Alex on this one, definitely one of the best Chinese Restaurants in town. I am an addict of Wor Won Ton soup and have tried many different spots in San Jose looking for that authentic taste, found it here. Spring rolls are also some of the best in town. I have not had an opportunity to eat there in person, just have ordered through DoorDash, food is consistently great.“
