Be polite! The world does NOT need any more rude people...I politely spoke to the owner/manager about the issue. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me the difference but even offered to comp me some food or a couple of drinks. Now some food would have been good, but I also didn't want to impose on his graciousness, and so I asked if I could just get a Boba Milk Tea. He made me TWO Milk Teas with Boba! And it's pretty good! We will return. This particular issue with our order was the only one that we've experienced out of multiple visits to BMC Pho, and the manager/owner was extremely gracious in resolving it and making sure I left a happy customer.“

I ordered the boon bye hwei and it was surprisingly good... the noodles were perfect, plenty of meat, NOT watered down soup. My only concern is that it wasn't temperature hot. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place.“

“What I can say about the food is that I like to follow my taste buds. My taste buds says it was very flavorful and the quality felt and tasted top notch. it was also quite plentyful. As for the service, they were very eager to serve us. We were not ignored and they were very kind. As for the atmosphere, it is a bit quiet. if that's what you like then you'll love this place. if you prefer music in the background then you may want to try elsewhere. I like this place because it wasn't noisy and it took away a lot of the anxieties from most restaurants that I experienced. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Vietnamese food and enjoys the friendly employees. Why did I give four star for flavor? I do this normally because I do believe that there's always room for improvement. Even with the best tasting food in the world. “Today I called in a lunch order for me and my boss who is a little special and like all the available meat options in his fried rice. I headed over to pick up the food which was ready in a timely fashion and went back work. As we were eating the food in walks a worker from the restaurant because they forgot to put shrimp in his rice. The dedication to service required to drive over to us to drop it off without us calling really shows the care they provide to their customers. We will definitely be back!“

Their vermicelli bowls and rice plates always hit the spot and the sides of egg and pork loaf and shrimp paste wrapped in tofu are tasty as well. You do not need the sweet fish sauce because everything is so flavorful by itself, but it's definitely a nice addition!However, I don't necessarily care for the soups here. Their pho broth is a little bland and imitation crab meat in the seafood soup someone in my party ordered was still cold in the middle.“
“I was skeptical to try to this place because it looks too modern. Sounds silly, but I usually like hole-in-the-wall places for "foreign" food because I have found that those places tend to have more authentic dishes. However, I have been to so many pho places around here and I can say that this one has a very tasty pho. The broth was very flavorful (the last place I tried had ok/good pho but I mentioned in my review that the broth there was lacking some in flavor). Also, I like tripe as a meat topping (which isn't as popular around here) and I don't always find the right meat combos that I like on other pho restaurant menus and the combo with all meats has some meats that I don't prefer. I like that here they have a two-item meat option and I can pick the two meats I really want. There is also a meatless and a vegan option with vegetable broth.Would definitely go back to try other menu items!“

“As is usually the case, some people can only complain and I feel Pho Vina could be getting a bad rap. I've been coming here weekly for about a year and have nothing bad to say about this great spot. Firstly the menu, it's enourmous! I've barely put a dent in it and nothing has let me down. The food comes hot and delicous time after time, whether busy or slow. Just now I was here by myself and it is quiet. I got my usual vermicelli with mini egg rolls sliced into bite size pieces so hot I've taken a minute to write this while it cools. It took 4 min. from the time I sat to get my plate. Better than any fast food dump!Alongside my plate I always order Vietnamese iced coffee which is super tasty and packs a caffeine wallop that blows Starbucks away.I will adress one common misconception I've heard, that the staff are rude. This is a cultural thing for sure. They are laser focused on getting you served as quick as possible and that's what they do. Small talk is not in their agenda. Primarily due to language difficulties is what I've found. This family busts their buts to keep this spot going.Because of its prime location I could guess that they need to sell a whole lot of coffee just to break even.Sometimes you'll notice the television is on, and everytime it's an Asian cooking show that I've seen them watching and commenting on.Definitely give them a chance, there's enough variety in the menu for everyone. “I've been to this place a few times and I really like the decor but all in all it it is a regular pho restaurant with the typical service that you'd expect. The pho is actually really good which I like, and they give you plenty of sides like the bean sprouts and basil. A pretty decent place if you just want to have a spot to get a warm soup. My favorite part about pho whittier is the consistency , quality, and the timing. Seriously, the food comes out ridiculously fast! I come here pretty often with my parents because it's so close to my house.
