Loved the beef & lamb rolls, mushrooms, lotus root, and konjac for a lighter option. Their red oil wontons ($5.99) are freshly made and so tasty—can’t wait to try the dim sum they’re adding soon!“

“A neighborhood gem serving the usual Chinese takeout fares as well as more authentic dishes. There is something for everyone to enjoy. I personally really like the dan dan noodles, fried rice as well as a number of the chicken and beef entrees. Very reasonable price and generous portions that are great for sharing.“

“I passed by here many times and never knew if it was open because the curtains block the interior view. Today I finally have this place a shot on a hungry mindset. It’s like a hole in the wall that serve authentic Chinese dishes at great prices. Also the service was great and the food was very delicious. I definitely will be back to try out other dishes.

“Ordered for a last minute work lunch. They delivered to Brisbane (no delivery fee). The gentleman on the phone took my order before the restaurant was open and was extremely patient. Food arrived hot and everyone seemed to like it. Overall food was good quality (I mean it's Chinese take out so nothing magical), only thing was they forgot to label each box/container (after I asked) so I spent 15 minutes opening and labeling everything.“

“My partner and I are regulars here! My go-to is the combination rice noodle soup, and my partner gets the combination egg noodle soup. The portions are really generous and the noodles are always perfectly cooked. We also love the flour cake with egg. AND, their chili oil is superb. “Don’t come for the ambience but do come for Canto comfort Chinese food. This is as local as it can be. The whole ambience is a reminder to those greasy, savory, comforting food I grew up enjoying. The best items are the bbq items in combo with a wonton noodle soup, finished with a plate of stir fried vegetables or the “ho fun” or broad rice noodles with shrimp and egg sauce. I enjoy browsing the menu but most of the time I end ordering the same dishes.
If I were to have a last meal, my usual from Mr Fong would be it.

“We came here to celebrate mother’s days. Their food is very good. Service is a hit or miss. Their portions are getting a little bit smaller but the food is still very good. We usually order: shrimp with walnut, Crispy fried Chicken with Shrimp Chips, peasprouts & garlic, sweet and sour fish, broccoli mushroom and beef (yummy), and a claypot with eggplant. “I come here to eat here basically once a week because the service here is the best among all the branches I have eaten at. The only drawback is that the food portions are a little smaller than those in other branches.

“The service was poor. I placed the order too quickly and got it wrong. I immediately found a waiter. Just one or two minutes after placing the order, I was told that it was already being prepared and couldn't be cancelled. I will never come here again.“

“My go to location to have Porridge. We order: minced pork & preserved egg porridge, roasted duck, roast pork,bbq pork and the Pan fried rice noodle with XO sauce. Their porridge is a little bit watery which I like while my husband likes his a bit thicker. But my favorite is the roast duck, and bbq pork over rice. They give you a lot of rice with it. My comfort food and it’s reasonably too .“
