“Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience here. The service was extremely poor, and our server was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude throughout our visit. He repeatedly rolled his eyes at us and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

What bothered us most was the way he served the food. Instead of placing the plates down normally, he would practically drop them onto the table from above with such an aggressive attitude that it felt disrespectful and almost as if he wanted to throw them at us.

Good food can’t make up for service that makes customers feel disrespected. I really hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer-service training.“

If you sit outside you need to go inside to order which was no problem at all. They can get very busy so be patient. It’s worth the wait. Kevin is so kind and helpful. “Listen if you’re looking for a place that is packed full of flavor with none of that extra show frill. This is the place! Super quick and every meal is packed to the brim. I always end up with half the box for dinner later. The owners are super friendly and gave some suggestions to try over the basic Alfredo sauce. Very much a lunch staple or a I don’t want to cook on the way home grab type of meal.“

“We have been to Rosmarino a few times - found it by accident while looking for well rated Italian restaurants in the area (we recently moved to Danville). The food was excellent with several vegetarian options, the service is friendly, and they have a nice wine selection. They offer a monthly (I think) wine and food pairing where they highlight wines from a region or country. We asked and they were able to give us vegetarian options for each course. It was an excellent experience, and we got to meet some interesting people at our table.“

It’s always made exactly the spec and you can also customize it as much as you want which is great. “The three meals were delicious. However, I did order GF angel hair pasta with my meal, but a different type of pasta was used. I took a gluten pill before eating it, so I had no problem, but some people who are not helped with the special pill would have become terribly sick. My allergy to gluten is moderate, but two acquaintances of mine absolutely cannot tolerate any gluten. If GF angel hair was not available, then someone should have called me because risotto would have been fine.“

“We have held several get togethers at Stella’s- it’s the perfect location for the Friday night concerts but weekdays are great too. It’s very comfortable going there with casual to fine dining and dress wear is anything goes. I prefer to dress up with friends and go to Stella’s for appetizers and cocktails. They have a great wine selection also. I highly recommend Stella’s for a fun upbeat place to meet with friends or even solo. You can eat at the bar and enjoy a glass of wine. You are welcomed there with a smile and everyone is so friendly too!“

“Alora Social in San Ramon is such a fun spot for a night out! The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, making it perfect for date night, a celebration, or an evening with friends.

The food is excellent and beautifully presented. Definitely don’t skip the hummus platter—it’s fresh, creamy, and served with warm, fluffy bread and delicious accompaniments. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well prepared.

The cocktails are another highlight. They have a great selection of creative, handcrafted drinks that pair perfectly with the food.

For an extra special experience, I highly recommend visiting on a Saturday evening when they have live belly dancing. It adds such a fun and energetic element to the night and really makes the experience memorable.

One tip: make a reservation, especially for Saturday nights and weekends. They can get very busy!

Great food, fantastic cocktails, welcoming service, and a lively atmosphere make Alora Social one of my favorite spots in San Ramon. Definitely worth a visit!“

“Food was great! Newish menu which was a great blend of different styles. We ordered family style and it was perfect. Everyone on staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our bartender was our server as well. So lovely and we had a great time.“
