“Busy on the weekends and mornings so recommend coming here on a weekday. We came here during Wednesday for dinner and did not have to wait. They were out of the chicken rice but had everything else. You order at the front and then get a seat. They don’t do reservations so best to come with a small group of 2-3. Highlights on the menu for us we’re the French Toast and Pork Belly Rice. The French Toast was sweet with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Overall, great place with good prices and would come back!“

“Open Market catered a wedding reception I was coordinating in October, and they were wonderful. Their restaurant is one of the bride's favorites, and they were great. The food is delicious, and I'm working on getting my husband over there soon. They couldn't have been more accommodating and flexible during the planning, and they were straight pros at the reception. As a planner, I love caterers that are easy to work with and easy for my couple's to work with, and it was a great experience for everyone.

The cashier is very welcoming and attentive. She made you feel like you were a close friend, it’s my bday week and she over heard and put a candle on my strawberry donut which I think is very thoughtful of her. The pastries are scrumptious. The ice vanilla latte was very good they garnish it with cinnamon. Not too bitter not to sweet just right. I will definitely come back. I love the 70s wallpaper, retro look inside. “THIS PLACE RULES. A secluded and tucked café with coffee and food in Hollywood. It’s on a closed lot, but there are signs pointing to the parking lot to find the café. You do not have to work here to come to Dukes. I usually come here when I get my car wash or get my car worked on while I wait. They have reach in cooler for RTD drinks, super dank, massive burgers, but I always opt for their sandwiches because they’re on point. Everyone that works here is super cool, down to earth and professional. If you want hot sauce, they’ll let you select from a secret arsenal. Love this place.“

Ordered two 16oz lattes with an extra espresso shot in each, one chocolate concha, and two breakfast bagels. After tip the total was $50 making it $25 per person.

The cinnamon brown sugar and cajeta lattes were very good. The chocolate concha, especially when dipped in a hot latte, was delicious. The breakfast bagel was okay, but a little too salty for my taste.

Probably won't be back again just because of the price. It's a shame because the coffee and concha were good.“

“I found them from an IG food review, like many others. So when I went they were out of several menu items because it was such a great review. They ended up making me a build your own breakfast sandwich and it was delicious! I had turkey, eggs and cheese on sourdough bread. That bread was magnificent, so perfect! One of the best sandwiches ever! I went back the following weekend and got the same sandwich but on a flaky, buttery, delicious croissant! Which was equally great! I'm not really down with community seating, which is why I gave atmosphere a 3, but the staff is wonderful, great customer service and genuinely seem happy to work there. My sandwich was a little pricey compared to what I'm used to paying. It was almost $17, I usually pay between $10 and $13.“

She was quick to response, attentive and planned my event and prepared an amazing cheese board, Lemonade in a gorgeous crystal dispenser and the most amazing sandwiches! The catering arrived on time, carefully displayed on white ceramic trays/ wood platters. I have hired Float for all my corporate special events

“I recently visited Gong Gan and had such a great experience. The café is super cute with aesthetic decor — definitely a spot that feels both cozy and Instagram-worthy.

We tried a variety of drinks, desserts, and food, and everything looked as good as it tasted.

One of my favorites was the meringue affogato — crispy meringue topped with gelato and espresso poured over. It was delicious and really fun to eat. The black sesame latte was rich, creamy, and nutty, while the matcha yuzu tonic was refreshing with a light citrus twist. I also loved the strawberry matcha — fruity and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The corn cream coffee was surprisingly unique — sweet, creamy, and slightly savory.

For desserts, the Injermi croffle is a must-try — crispy outside, soft inside, with soybean cream and roasted soy powder. The strawberry French toast was also amazing, loaded with toppings and very indulgent. The egg tart was simple but satisfying.

For savory options, the GG burger was juicy and flavorful with bulgogi sauce on a croissant bun, and the mushroom cream baguette sandwich was creamy, cheesy, and comforting.

Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for creative drinks, good desserts, and a cozy café vibe. Would definitely come back!“

“Not close to my first time getting coffee here, I've also come for various events, but its my first time leaving a review, because I couldn't not do so for this. Got their email with the new seasonal drinks including this Orange Blossom latte that I just have to try. Ordered it from home on their app as I head out for work yesterday, get there, head straight to the counter, it's not there. All good, I'm only 5 mins away, I see it's already packed in here this early in the AM, so it's just not ready yet. I sit to wait... tick, tick, tick, time goes past, commute out there's getting worse, time to clock in's getting closer, where's my coffee? One of the baristas calls me up to the counter and she's like: What'd you get? I tell her and she says I don't have a ticket for that. I tell her, No I ordered it on the app. I go to look, and Dang, still unpaid in my cart. Line at the counter's long so I reorder on the app right there on the spot, go sit back down. Tick, tick, tick... tick, tick, tick... Girl calls me back up to the counter: I still don't see your order... No, you saw me order it. Pull it up on my app and Fuuu, I ordered it for Hill St in DTLA, this is Slauson. I look up and she says: Don't worry about it, you don't have to drive all the way over there, I gotchu. I dropped $5 bucks in their glass tip jar on my way out. Ain't no way Starbux up the road would've done that. I wish I'd gotten her name, but if you're reading this, you have no idea how much you made my morning yesterday. Thank youuu! And that OBL was so good.“
