I’ve been here several times over the past 2 years, but my last visit reinforced that this is going to be one of the places I will frequent from now on. In fact, I’m going this week 3 times! “The Chilaquiles and Chile Relleno Burrito are delicious. The cashier was very informative and nice. They have great specials. On Mondays you can buy any breakfast burrito and it comes with a free drink if I remember correctly. I would definitely come back here again to try something else.“

“I came here for breakfast and I was not disappointed. I got the breakfast sandwich with bacon, and it was cooked to perfection. I got coffee and orange juice. Price are fair but the orange juice is like 6 or 7 dollars a glass. It seems over priced but it is freshly squeezed. Over all, good food and great customer service. Will need to come back soon.“
“Old town Monrovia is cute and has great vibes. This cafe is just off the beaten path and is definitely a great spot to have breakfast.The granola pancakes are lovely with great flavors. I wish they had had more real maple syrup, but they were running out apparently. “I went with my friends to get breakfast. We had a good time and enjoyed the food. I love waffles and the one I had here was really good. I also loved the orange juice. It tasted freshly squished. My friend accidentally ordered something thinking it was one way but it turned out to be a different thing and they nicely replaced it. I will come back here. “I’ve been cutting out refined sugar and it’s been difficult but I came across this place and I was able to have a wonderful chocolate shake with almond milk and cocoa, yes it had sugar but pure cane sugar. “Came here for a family lunch and we will definitely be back! Hearty portions. The chapo specials have a few type of meats they kind of compete with each-other and I would skip the chicken in that specific combination. The breakfast burrito was a HIT. Next time I want to try it with hash brown/refried beans. Everything else was good , will be back for sure . Service was good, not a Michelin starJoint but the price is right and it's definitely a neighborhood joint. “Crossroads is a nice little cafe with a great variety of sandwiches. My friends and I ordered sandwiches to-go and they were so yummy! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and loved it. It was a good spice level for me but may be a little bit spicy for some. Everyone else really enjoyed their sandwiches as well. Overall, it was a great meal and I will definitely be coming back to try more things in the future.“

I had an iced Rose Latte, which was delicious and not overwhelming. Both the Croque Madame and Croque Monsier dishes were flavorful and large portions. “A mom and pops diner with great service and interestingly tasty food. Craving for a different breakfast experience and spotted this place and thought to try. The place is dated but clean with ample parking space. There was a sign on what seemed to be a door but wasn't sure it was pointing to where the entrance is when it meant that door was the actual entrance to the restaurant. Went on a Sunday morning, wasn't too busy. Got seated right away. The server was very attentive to our needs. Service is fast as well. Tried their chicken burrito which was surprisingly very delicious! Portion size is moderate, has the right amount of meat and eggs. It comes with an option to either their red or green sauce which had the right hint of spiciness to it. Price is very affordable and overall, not too shabby.“

“This is one of the closer places I could find 肉夹馍 rou jia mo (Chinese hamburger), so I stopped by and have a try. We just came back from a trip to Xi ‘A which is the birthplace of this food. The taste was ok. They added some chopped green pepper which I don’t think the authentic version has it. The bun is also a bit more burnt compared to the authentic version. Overall not too bad but just don’t expect it’s the original version!“
“Came here for my lunch break today & was seated right away. Surprisingly, it wasn't super packed considering that it was lunch hours. We ordered French toast & Belgian waffles with the breakfast platter (eggs, bacon, & hash browns). Our server was very attentive. She took our order right away & the food came shortly after. Love her attentiveness! She brought water refills without us even asking for one. I've been here on multiple occasions and overall, I'd say I've had a positive experience each time. Definitely a great spot to come to for breakfast/lunch if you're craving for traditional American food. This is a family friendly establishment, so there will be times where you'll hear screaming children when you're just trying to enjoy your meal, lol.“

Hamburger patty was well seasoned and the rice was perfectly cooked. Gravy was very yummy and I wished I had more. 5/5 plate. Reminds me of Rainbow's Drive Thru in Honolulu Hawaii. Ube Pancakes were fluffy and the ube tasted lite. Coconut complimented the airy texture and flavor you get from the pancake and ube. I wished there was more ube and no coconut. I also wished there was more sugar in that dish. Maybe I just have a sweet tooth? I think if you are an ube fanatic, the. you'd rate it higher than a 3.5/5. Ube coffee. Tasted like 1/2 coffee and 1/2 ube. Delivered what was stated on the name. 3.5/5, maybe 4/5. Get the Loco Moco. I love Loco Mocos. I think you'll love them too. That's worth coming back for more!“
