“Contemporary Catering is incredible. Period. Hire them. It will be the best decision you make. It certainly was ours. My (now) wife and I spent over a year planning our wedding weekend and Rob, Rachel, and, of course, Chef Nate, were there for us every step of the way. First, the food: It is 5-stars, no joke. I am a “foodie” and a bit of a self-admitted food snob. Honestly, I would drive an hour daily to Encino to eat in their test kitchen 7 days a week if they would let me. Even now, three weeks after our wedding, our guests continue to rave to me about the food (pro tip: you NEED to serve the mini chicken and waffles appetizer). Trust me when I tell you that their execution was flawless and the quality was exquisite. Second, the people: You will not find a more invested, passionate, and sincere team of individuals who love what they do and are so good at it. They are unbelievably responsive, overly generous with their time, extremely attentive to detail and endlessly patient. Without a doubt, we can say that thanks to Contemporary our wedding day was perfect and we are so grateful to everyone on the team. Rob and his team provided so much more value than I ever thought possible. We will ALWAYS refer Contemporary to our friends, families, and loved ones in need of wedding catering and, personally, we can’t wait to work with them again to cater other events in our future! “A friend recommended Bite Catering Couture for a party my husband and I were having. We were extremely happy with the food from Bite. We worked with Elena Linardi who was very personable, responsive and made it easy. I had a lot of questions during the process and she answered them right away. We ordered 12 items and they were all delicious. The food was delivered on time and the person who delivered the food organized the items that needed to be heated and went over the dipping sauces that went with each. He discouraged a tip, but I gave him one anyway. We had approximately 45 guests and there was plenty of food and some leftovers. Nothing but positive comments on the food. I would definitely use Bite again and I highly recommend them for your next party or gathering.“

In general, customer service is not very friendly. They are only involved in their work and don't take the time to say hello or say thank you for the purchase.“

I picked up the French Girl from the secret lunch menu and a box of Lady Crackers.
The sando was easily the top 2 french ham & cheese style baguettes that I have had outside of Paris. The spread gives it a nice sweet hint that is unconventional but very welcomed.
There is also an Inciardi Print vending machine. If you acquire the Lady Crackers print then you get a free box of Lady Crackers.“

“We have been working with Haute Chefs LA for at least 9 years!
Haute Chefs are always the first on my list when I have to cater a dinner or event.

Their prices are incredibly reasonable for everything you get, but lets be honest, we're here to talk about their food. Their food is always delicious and portions VERY generous. Their presentation is also something you can't forget about, we eat with our eyes first.

They have also become very conscientious of people's dietary needs over the years that I never have trouble finding gluten-free or vegan options on their menu for those with dietary restrictions.

I was going to list some of my personal favorites, but then the list got very long. However, you can't go wrong with their roasted cauliflower, steak & shrimp. Their charcuterie & cheese board is also very beautiful and delicious with the freshest in-season fruits. Their menu has something for everyone, and they are willing to take any other adjustment should you need them for one reason or another.

The Bruschetta was meticulous and delicious, my wife had the Picatta and I had a Calzone. Pasta was perfectly to the tooth. The chicken tender and flavorful. My Calzone (I make my own and have eaten them all over) was exceptional and the sauce was fresh and lovely spotlight on the tomato. “Jeff catered my wedding and I could not ask for a better caterer. The first thing I loved about Mr. Ardi's was the menu. It's comprehensive. You can pretty much get anything you want, and he'll still have some surprises! I actually didn't get much of an opportunity to enjoy the food itself, being the groom, but it was all delicious. Jeff was great to work with. He and my wedding planner pretty much took care of everything for us. Jeff and the staff were great and we all had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!“
