“i got a bigger plate with all chow mein, honey sesame chicken breast, teriyaki chicken, and kung pao chicken... in total, it weighed ~37oz and only cost ~$13... i think this is great value for what you get...
the chow mein was also very good today... long stringy noodles... cooked just right... it was good...
the kung pao and teriyaki are my favorite, as always...
the honey sesame chicken breast was also decent...
to supplement my meal, i also made a microwave steamed rice at home (from costco)...“

“I don’t know why this place is anything but 5 stars. It’s a really good, classic Chinese food restaurant. Everything is fresh and has good flavor. The restaurant is nice so it’s good for a casual date night, as well as getting take out/delivery. My husband and I order from there a lot and it’s consistently good. Their mushuu chicken, egg flower soup, and garlic beef (asked to be made not spicy for us) are some of our favorites.“

“This place pleasantly surprised me. I was not expecting much but the food was actually very good and we enjoyed it. We got the Orange Chicken and Sesame Chicken and both were great, also had an order of the egg rolls, also good. The price was very affordable at about $10 a plate and they give you a lot of food for that. We had leftovers the next day. Service was friendly, fast, and professional. It's an older place and needs a facelift but the important part is the food is good and for the price cannot be beaten.“

“This is a VERY casual place. We take out from here. But don't let that disaude you. For Chinese food on the fly, we love this place. The ingredients are always very fresh, the veggies are always fresh and cooked al dente, and the flavors are fantastic. I LOVE the vermacelli and pad see yew-style noodles. The people working there are always friendly, and they pack the to-go box FULL. It's cash only, so be prepared for that, but there's a Stater Bros in the same shopping center, so getting cash is easy. Support these hard-working people and their fantastic business!“

“I don’t claim to be a connoisseur in Asian cuisine. I do like fresh, variety, spices, sauces and appreciate courteous efficient service. My second visit. Was not disappointed. The wait to be seated is long. Would not have waited but one person in our group was visiting from out of state and insisted.“

“Had a good meal at Haidilao! Food was delicious and service was exceptional. I want to give a shout out to Nancy who was our server. From beginning to end, Nancy went above and beyond in making my family’s first time experience comfortable and welcoming. Thank you Nancy! Definitely want to come back!“

“I have been coming here for a long time. I have tried a few different dishes & every one was wonderful. But I moved to Anaheim a year ago. So I don't get to come here as often. But when I do I always get the Moo Shoo Pork with extra pancakes. The staff is ALWAYS happy to see me. They are so friendly. It's a great place for take out or a great place to bring the family along Either way you won't be disappointed.i highly recommend if you are in the area to go there?“

“Yelp waitlist doesn’t work on the app only in person when you arrive.
The approx wait time was still 30-45min+ depending on the size of your party.
If you’re open to ordering “to-go” would recommend that for sure! Love their product food pictures online to get a better understanding of what you’re going to eat.

“I’ve been craving Mongolian Bbq for a while but haven’t really explored. Saw this place with good ratings and must say, the ratings didn’t lie! It’s a cosy hole in the wall place which you know that means it’s good. Staff are very friendly and attentive, explaining the menu and how this roll. I got the all you can eat with my boyfriend, it was so much food! I will absolutely come again and I will highly recommend this place to friends!“

“Do not sleep on this food!
I’m a foodie and this was no disappointment. We ordered Dan Dan noodles, Orange Chicken, Juicy Pork Dumplings, and broccoli beef. All were so tasty and so incredibly fresh; one of the best new additions in Huntington Beach period. Normally I’m hesitant to order orange chicken because it always seems to be a disappointment but this Orange chicken was actually the best I’ve ever had.
Next time I will definitely be ordering chili beef, green beans and pan fried dumplings as they looked amazing. If this place continues to stay consistent with quality and freshness, it will be non-stop busy.
Not the most amazing atmosphere. It’s somewhat cold feeling and doesn’t have a stylish vibe like din tai fung but the food is worth the visit.“

“It's the same as the best Chinese restaurant in town when I was a child. This is the only place where you can enjoy the same atmosphere and taste as you remember. I really, really love this restaurant.
Rajogi, scorched rice, black bean noodles, jjamppong, and noodles are all so delicious.“

“We came for Sunday dinner with our 2.5yo toddler (part of the Irvine Company kids eat free special). Our server Yazzie was very accommodating and patient with all of our spills and messes. We were seated within 5-10 minutes. Everyone at this location was very friendly and in good moods. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and would come back in a heartbeat during the kids eat free season (other times during the year it’s just much easier to eat at home with a toddler haha).“

Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or celebrating something special, Min Chef never disappoints. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

“Absolutely fantastic food! I arrived in the morning for lunch, and everything was made fresh to order. The flavors were delicious, and the quality really stood out. My only suggestion would be to offer slightly larger portions, but other than that, it’s both budget-friendly and worth every penny.
The staff are amazing I witnessed them kindly assisting a senior citizen with his order, which truly made me smile and reminded me that compassion still exists in the world. That alone speaks volumes about the heart of this place.
I definitely recommend this establishment!“

“Been coming here for over 15 years. Great selection of dishes prepared with consistent flavors and fast service. Never had a bad meal in anything I've tried, although the curry could be kicked up a notch. Staff is attentive and friendly. Prices are very reasonable to portions served. Hard to beat the lunch deals too! Their hot & sour soup is the best around. Often have the large bowl with a side of brown rice as a lunch meal.
Vegetarian options: Several dishes on the dinner menu that are vegetable based and you can request a protein, including tofu, of your liking.“

“Stopped by on a weeknight and found the restaurant relatively full but I get it!
The restaurant itself is open and clean. The service is fast and friendly. Given so many people I was happily surprised how quickly the food came and how attentive the service was.
The food, honestly, loved it! The portions are a good size. The flavors are spot on. They offer a grilled menu after 5pm, which is fun to eat!“
“We are grateful to have hosted our wedding at the Diamond Seafood Palace #3. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, thoughtful, and above all – stress-free. We had been searching for a venue that could comfortably accommodate 300–400 guests, felt modern and elegant, and offered great value. After speaking with multiple places, the team here stood out immediately for their responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care, especially Laura, who helped us understand what the venue provided before we booked it.
Our ceremony and reception both took place inside the restaurant, and even though another event was happening in a different section of the venue, we barely noticed thanks to the effective soundproofing.
The space had a romantic and modern vibe, complete with golden chairs, multiple LED screens showcasing our wedding photos, custom lighting with our names on the dance floor, and a romantic sweetheart table. We were amazed at how much was included: from elegant aisle décor and a red carpet entrance to a seating chart mirror and photobooth. The centerpieces were tasteful and truly brought the whole look together.
Guests enjoyed how spacious the venue was and loved the delicious food – with plenty of generous portions and leftovers to bring home. The service was outstanding; every waiter was attentive and efficient, making sure everyone felt well taken care of.
A major highlight was our venue coordinator, Anh Bao, who was not only calm and easy to work with, but also accommodating. When we realized last-minute that we had under-ordered beer, he quickly helped us get more without any hassle.
If you’re looking for a venue that delivers elegance, value, and above-and-beyond service, we can’t recommend Diamond Seafood Palace #3 enough. Our wedding day was unforgettable, and this venue played a huge part in making it so special.“

“I usually take out/delivery and this place is really good. It's a small business so it makes me feel good to support the community. You cannot go wrong with the Chinese food here at all. I also appreciate the variety of Chinese food available here, its not just orange chicken, but they have shrimp, pork, and fish dishes. Even the boba is really good and nice and chewy. Don't skip the boba here either.“

“The taste is not bad, the little boy who takes the order is not bad, but the other services are really not good. I ordered a lot and didn't even have a bowl. I asked a question and a woman gave me a stiff answer and washed it away. . . No apology at all for not providing the cutlery that should have been provided. I wasn't even drunk until I finished eating. . . The restaurants in Irvine are so popular, I’m really not afraid of them, they’re pretty awesome.
Parking: There is no ground floor, you can go underground, there are many places“

“Happy to hear they have a Northern Cafe here now! I remember when this place used to be a ramen shop lol. BUt I also remember it being more expensive that I could afford as a college student. But I'm happy to hear NC is here instead! I recommend trying their spicy beef hot pot if you can handle and like spicy food. It's very flavorful and it kicks you in the mouth a bit, but not so much that you're downing cups and cups of water. Will be coming back!“

“A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Westminster - BAOS HOG Review Stepping into BAOS HOG, you're immediately welcomed by a fusion of contemporary decor and inviting ambiance. This small, yet noteworthy establishment stands out in Westminster for its innovative approach to bao buns, often known as "baos." Each bao is a masterpiece, with the Hog special possibly being the star of the show. The pork is succulent and flavorful, indicative of the care in preparation. Accompanied by crisp, fresh vegetables and a secret sauce that adds an unexpected but delightful kick, it's a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. Beyond the baos, the menu is an eclectic mix, suggesting influences from various cuisines, a bold move that seems to pay off. The drinks selection complements the food, with both traditional options and more unique offerings, indicating that the proprietors are aficionados seeking to provide a full culinary experience. “It was my first time going to this restaurant and I was surprised to see Jjambbong served. First of all, the portion was large, the noodles were chewy, and the soup was like a thick jjamppong soup.
The downside was that the soup was too hot and there was too much of it, but I ate it well.“

“As a long time resident of the local area, been coming here for years. Same original owners and always the same excellent friendly service and food. Establishments like these needs to be protected at all costs. I know when they finally decide to retire, the restaurant will be going with them, which will be a sad day and loss for the local community. So I come here whenever I can to share a friendly smile and enjoy some Chinese food.“

“Eating here is kind of a unique experience. When we made reservations they asked us to order the food in advance. We ordered the coconut chicken hot pot (椰子鸡锅
), and braised beef daikon. The 椰子鸡锅 dish was interesting as it had coconut water, coconut meat strips, jujubes, and chicken on the bone we had to cook. They also were very particular where they told us to eat the chicken and broth first, then add the lettuce and cabbage.
The braised beef daikon dish was also quite delicious. Looking at the clientele around, it seems like the go to Cantonese style food in the area.“

“What an awesome little restaurant that popped up here. Was looking to try something new and found this amazing little bao spot. The most amazing thing is how they fry these bao. The bottom is hard and crunchy and the top is soft, making a soup filled bao in either seafood, curry or the standard pork. They sell them in quantities of 6 and 2 to 3 is enough to fill me! Highly recommend a quick lunch or dinner here, you won’t be disappointed in the authentic flavors.“

“Authentic and Flavor-Packed Biang Biang Noodles!
Six Alley is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Chinese comfort food, especially their signature Biang Biang noodles. The noodles are hand-pulled to perfection—thick, chewy, and with just the right bite. Each dish is bursting with flavor, whether you go for the classic chili oil version or something more hearty like the cumin lamb or tomato & egg toppings.
The spice level is bold but balanced, and the ingredients taste super fresh. Portions are generous too, making it great value for money. I also loved the casual vibe of the place—clean, cozy, and with quick service.
If you’re looking to try real-deal Xi’an-style noodles, this place should be at the top of your list. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“Review: Singapore Noodles with Shrimp
I was pretty excited when this colorful plate of Singapore noodles hit the table—it looked like a spicy tangle of golden goodness. The vibrant yellow hue hinted at curry powder, and it didn’t disappoint. The flavor was bold, slightly smoky, and just spicy enough to keep things interesting without overwhelming the dish.
The shrimp were generously sized and cooked perfectly—tender with a nice sear. The noodles were well-stir-fried, not greasy, and had that satisfying springy texture. Bean sprouts added a fresh crunch and balanced out the richness, while slices of red bell pepper gave a nice pop of sweetness.
Presentation-wise, it came on a funky plate with Asian calligraphy that added a bit of flair. Portion size? Massive—definitely enough to take some home for later.
Overall, this dish was a winner. If you’re craving something savory, spicy, and loaded with texture, it hits all the right notes.
4.5/5 stars — lose the slightly dry egg bits and it’s perfection.“

“The food here is SO good. But, they have messed up my order twice now with giving me my sides and they don’t give me all that I order. I ordered chow main, fried rice, and egg rolls and none of it was received. I called them and let them know I’m disabled and can’t come in to return my food and they told me to leave a note in my order to prevent this from happening again. Food is delicious so I keep coming back and I’m grateful they exist.
Vegetarian options: Amazing vegetarian and vegan selection. I get kung pao tofu, fried rice, chow main, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls are all a must!!!“
