“I am addicted to their delicious poke bowl! The add-ons and base layers are so delicious! I am pre-diabetic so being able to pick up food that has lots of protein and veggies is phenomenal. Their creamy salmon on kale with fried garlic is unbelievably delicious. I wish I could eat it every day! Plus they just switched to sturdy cardboard take out containers and I feel great composting that at the end of my meal.“

“It’s a busy place even on a Wednesday night. Came here after a movie and sat at the booth area. It was a bit hectic trying to get their attention but it’s busy.The spicy level 1 wasn’t spicy to me but still good. Chasu was a bit overcooked. Takoyaki was good.“

“Ramen so good I forgot to take pictures! We found this little gem while staying at an AirBNB in Studio City. The menu was varied and we found something for everyone in our party, including the picky little guy. This was honestly some of the best ramen we've had anywhere (we were on vacation) and I have recommended it to others traveling to area. The service was super friendly as well.“

“We just ate here this evening and the place doesnt disappoint. Its a tiny shop in a strip mall and the interior just feels so welcoming. The service tonight was pretty great, even with 3 kids, we felt so welcomed. Its hard to navigate with kids in small spaces but the food, the service and the space just felt very lively. “We came here on a whim, after finding The Daily Outpost mysteriously closed on a Friday evening. Umigame is so good! From a valley girl who eats everywhere OUTSIDE of the valley, I can truthfully say that I am happy about this being so close to home. :) Ambiance and atmosphere here is 10/10. Both of my experiences have been pretty great. Staff has all been nothing short of attentive and really nice. Both times I have sat at the bar, and each time was a pleasant experience. However, I will say that the restaurant gets very loud which can be a tad bit overwhelming, but I don't think they can control that. As for the Ramen, I can honestly say... it was flavorful. My first visit, I decided to try something outside of the norm, which was the Shrimp Wonton Ramen. It was delicious! Definitely not a traditional ramen but just as good. The friendly bar tender recommend I try the Spicy creamy Vegan ramen with added wontons the next visit.. which I did. 10/10 would suggest!!! The broth on the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen is super flavorful! Adding in the Shrimp Wontons just made it 10x better in my opinion. I have yet to try any of the small plates, because the ramen is sooo filling. But next time I definitely will. Great beers on tap, and yummy cocktails! As mentioned, I will be returning back to try other things on the menu. Overall, I do enjoy this restaurant.“

The dressing is some kind of sesame dressing and it was fabulous. Usually restaurants treat their salads as an afterthought and give you something basic with ranch, but not Kai ramen. The salad, wow.The ramen was also excellent. The broth was great and full of flavor and was nice and warm (temperature and heat wise, I got medium). The dish had a lot of different ingredients which kept it exciting throughout.Excellent experience, will be back again!(Parking lot fills up quick and is small, plan accordingly)“

“Small and cozy (and hidden above Panda Express on the corner of Reseda and Nordhoff), this Japanese eatery offers traditional dishes at reasonable prices and large portions. The service was prompt and friendly. The chicken katsu curry and seafood Ramen are the two best dishes.“

“Wow. The restaurant, first of all clean and looks like owner care and keep in good shape, restroom is nice and clean. Table has touch screen with menu with fast software and pictures that I can understand what to order. I ordered Ramen and Philadelphia roll with tempura outside. The roll was amazing with creamy Philadelphia, the rise was gentle and fresh-soft. Amazing. Ramen was so delicious, only the mushrooms were a little bit despicable. I paid $33.95. For this price I will give 5+++.“

“This is one of my go to for the ramen. Their spicy chicken and shrimp ramen are my favorite. We don't eat pork so their variety of broth makes it so simple to get great food. Their fried rice is also amazing. You can have your perfect combination of meats and veggies. The spring rolls is my cherry on top. Their other sides and appetizers go well with any dish you choose. There is so much food that you are able to make multiple meals or split with the bestie. I usually do to go and it remains hot and well prepared by the time we get it home.“

“THE BEST!!!!! I've been coming here for years, and from the first time, I couldn't help but visit the great people who work here and eat delicious ramen that tastes sooo good. This is my go to in the valley. I personally get the vegan ramen every time based on my dietary restrictions but when I tell you, vegan ramen has to hit the spot so hard for me or I won't go back willingly, and this one is a stand out by a long shot. I wish I had a photo but it's devoured before I remember to. My boyfriend gets the vegan too, but also gets their meat options and never gets tired of their selections. “This was our first time here. We ordered the wonton chicken ramen soup and Orion beer plus appetizers. The service was very friendly and attentive. Our server Kahlia was great! She was very patient with us and took the time to explain the menu since we were not familiar with the restaurant. She recommended her favorite menu items and were glad she did. “I came here last Friday after my stepdaughter's dance performance. She was starving after a long grueling day of performing at her performing arts school. So we landed here at Tamashii Ramen House. This location in North Hollywood was the perfect medium from DTLA on the way to the valley. The street that it's on is very popping on weekend nights. We were happy to see that we got there just early enough to get a seat for a party of 3 without having to wait. The food was solid and the service was sincere. My favorite was the Spicy Miso Ramen Soup. This is a solid place that is reliable with good food.“
