“First time to this location. It is now my favorite Brig. Excellent and very friendly service. Food was great. Nothing to do with the restaurant but parking is a nightmare of sorts. Friday night at 6:30pm in IB near the beach is tough. Great experience at the Brig which never disappoints.“

“Hey! I came back since they were nice enough to send me a gift card for my previous experience. This time around was much better! If you like onion rings they were different but very good, the pork belly drunken noodles was an awesome dish & the Mongolian duck quesadillas was different as well but delicious! For a Weds, service was great but a tad slow which is no big deal. 1 girl had to wait on all the tables. Still no Sushi Chef so no sushi. I still recommend coming 4-6 happy hour. Well, I checked this place out that just was changed in the resort. The menu is totally awesome! Go between 4-6 for 50% off on certain parts of food & drink menu on the main menu. The view outside is awesome since you overlook The Pacific! Service was on the slow side but very friendly! Unfortunately, I had a few different items since I’m a foodie & retired from the business after 45 yrs. 1 dish in General was terrible at $59. The Short Rib Entree…..the chef/mgmt must be crazy cause the potato croquettes that came with it was nothing but mini hash browns you’d get from McDonalds, roasted red peppers were out of a can & skimpy on the Demi-Glacé! They offer an array of Sushi but wasn’t available which I wanted to order as well. Let’s be real here….for an impressive menu & very high prices, the food should equal or be at the top if it’s game! Spending $140 for 1 person may sound like alot but only if the experience merits it. Good Luck!“

“Just got back from a great meal at Eddie V's. We started by sharing a warm goat cheese salad that was amazing. My wife's scallops were beautifully prepared and my Norwegian salmon was absolutely scrumptious. The cheddar au gratin potatoes were amazing. Dessert was a warm Belgian chocolate cake with ice cream and chocolate sauce and berries—just awesome. Service was impeccable.“

“Kimberly was a great hostess and everyone was so kind to our group of 100+ people! We had a high school reunion luncheon at this Sizzler and the staff was nothing short of amazing! Kimberly was prompt, quick and served us with a smile. I think Dan was also working in our section and he also did wonderfully. \n\nThe prices were a little higher than I recall, but the food was good so it was worth it. The parking lot was busy but we had no trouble getting there and it was fairly accessible for our crowd. We didn’t have to wait too long for our food, we were playing games while waiting so the time went quickly. “I’ve had my eye on this location for a few years now every time we visit San Diego. After a while I finally decided to go for the happy hour and was totally blown away! The aguachile negro was a very generous portion and the oysters were a nice balance of sweet and salty. The host/waiter was super friendly and happy hour is for the entire establishment- not just the bar :) Great for solo diners or two or more people as well Looking forward to my next visit!“

The food (Joe's Classic Sampler appetizer, Broiled Seafood Platter, Captains Plate, and Not Joe Mama's Chicken) were soooo good, but sooo much food that we all took at least half of our main courses home. We also had the apple crumble for dessert (which is why we took half of our food home because we wanted to leave room for dessert!). It was the BEST apple crumble we've ever had. And can't beat the view...right on the water. Highly, highly recommend Joe's Crab Shack!“

We ordered two EPIC hot lobster rolls (Connecticut style, warm with butter) and although they were delicious, for the EPIC PRICE OF $39 PER ROLL, it was very skimpy compared to what you get for that price in New England. They stack it high in the middle and don’t fill the bun to the ends to make it look super full. It’s not. The New England clam chowder was great though.“

“I love it here. The service is fast, friendly. I’m a vet so I love the fact that it’s veteran owned. The house sauce is great I love it. I’ve been to this place three times since I’ve moved to the area and every time the food was great however the only thing I can say is that the crab legs get cold extremely fast and sometimes they’re hard to crack open, and once they become cold, I don’t want to eat it anymore; then it’s kind of a waste of money. And crab isn’t cheap. I think the crab getting cold fast has to do with it being in a bowl, so the air gets to it quicker or something .. I’m not sure. But other that that food is good and I still love coming here. And I met the owner once extremely nice guy.“
