Had fresh oysters from Virginia, which I was told are only $2 on Tuesday or Wednesday (have to fact check here). And probably the best thing on the menu is the bacon wrapped plantains, not a lot of food, but every bite is heaven. Wife loved her fancy drinks, but I prefer scotch.“

“After searching for the top burger spots in town, Benjamin quickly made it onto the list of visiting restaurants. Among them, Benjamin stands out with some of the best burgers around. The burger was very tasty and made with high-quality meat. Although it’s a bit pricey, I think it’s definitely worth trying. The service and atmosphere also contribute to a great overall experience. We weren’t sure if they took walk-ins, so we decided to make a reservation just in case.“

“I was having such a grand old time at La Fe that I wanted to take a picture of my experience. I set my phone on a ledge, but my phone fell through a crack. La Fe’s STAR employee, Caleb, had to dismantle the freakin’ couch using power tools in order to retrieve my phone. It took so much work and time and I’m so grateful. Aside from the superb service, La Fe is such a perfect spot for a date or for chilling with friends because of the stylish and hip decor. I would def recommend!“

The staff was so friendly . One of the reason why this is such a great place to be able to still socialize while there music and other people is cus the surround system is vintage and was personalized to be played up high over everything which makes the place more comfortable. The food was marvelous wasn't expecting a Mediterranean twist but definitely loving it gave the food a special kick to the flavors . The combination of the spices and texture made the food amazing. I tried the steak and fries 10/10 and the shrimp roll be cause I love shrimp. And I loved them both . Personally I like dillso I was ok with the shrimp roll but for my ppl that dont like to try new thing I would recommend to stay away. The drinks were delicious. I had mexican can shots and Jennifer gray . Both I highly recommend. Also a mango cart cocktail but which was delicious also but it has a habanero taste to it thats not my favorite. But still enjoyed it. Something else I learned was the mixers are made natural from all the spices or fruits . Naturally extracted with also give the drinks that extra flavor. More natural and not processes. This is definitely a place to come and enjoy with friends. There was actually a birthday being celebrated and they show movies on a roll down projector this is event worthy for people looking to host an event here.“

“My favorite neighborhood bar! Love to watch the football games here (Eagles/Lions/Bills bar), food and drinks are fantastic and not overly priced like a lot of the bars in Silverlake. Pool tables and a quiet outdoor patio in the back.

We were a group of about 40 and from the very beginning, Liz made the entire process so easy and stress free. She was always available with quick replies to questions, flexible with any requests we had made, and genuinely excited to have us and was just wonderful. I got to meet Zach the night of the event and he was exactly the same way. They both understand hospitality and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The staff that night made amazing drinks and the food was delicious. On top of that, the room itself is already a beautiful space, but when we walked in and saw it decked out in the holiday lights, we knew right away we made the perfect choice in Corner Door. Everyone remarked on what a great time they had so thanks Corner Door for making it so special! We will be back!“
