“Yummy pho and nice atmosphere. Super fast service and nice outdoor seating!! I came here after a competition. My friends got the nearby bbq chicken place, and I saw this pho place and turned out they had awesome pho. The service was super fast (hot steaming pho within ~5 minutes or less). Broth is tasteful. The only recommendation is I prefer a little bit more noodles. I feel really bad but they made an exception and still served me a table when my friends brought over the kbbq chicken.“

“Such a cute little space with a great ethical commitment and excellent food! I brought my partner here to grab a quick lunch to go. We each got a banh mi (I got the lemongrass chicken, no mayo, and they got the pork) and a sparkling limeade. The person who took our order was super friendly and the food came out fast. We were both impressed by just how big the sandwiches were and how much protein was on them! And the limeade was incredible - just slightly sparkling with a hint of saltiness.“

The remodeled interior is very welcoming, modern, and has interesting art and motorbikes from Vietnam. Classical music in background (chef's kiss).

Also great that the place serves demi-bottles of reasonably priced wine. Beer's great too.

“I had a craving for tom yum soup and thankfully they took my order even though it was about 20 minutes to closing time. It was just a little too spicy (ordered mild) for my taste, but still delicious. Plenty of lemongrass goodness with a kick. I forgot to add noodles, but they accommodated me at the counter. The thai tea was very delicous, strong & creamy with just the right amount of ice. I tried the mango sunrise but it was not what I expected (again, just my taste!). It had a distinct taste to it that I can't put my finger on, but the mango compote & the coconut cream part was really good! Definitely want to try the mango sticky rice next time, but it is on the pricy side ($14).“

Only downside is the parking directly behind the restaurant is limited to 5-6 spots. If it’s full you have to park in the parking garage“

“Back in October, my friends and I spent a month vacation in Vietnam and we were introduced to Com Tam. We wanted to see if King Com Tam Vietnamese Restaurant is as authentic as we had in Vietnam.

Com tam - Vietnamese broken rice is rice that was broken during the milling process. If you're unfamiliar, broken rice has a couscous-like texture. The broken rice plate options might seem extensive, but it's just rice with various combinations of pork chop, beef, pork, fried bean curd with shrimp paste, egg roll, sausage, shredded pork and skin, and steamed egg loaf. All served with veggies, a small bowl of broth, and fish dipping sauce. The plates run from $12.99 to $20.99 for the 10-item plate. If you don't see exactly the plate combination you're looking for, you can just tell the waiter which items you want and they'll charge accordingly. Just ask if you can swap items.

Not Vietnam authentic, but then again I am no expert but definitely satisfied our cravings and brought back memories of our month long trip. We loved it so much that a month ago during the rainy weather that we went back so we can try the noodle soup/pho. The portions were generous for around $13.99 a bowl. I was craving Bun bo Hue, Vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup and my friends ordered beef pho and hu tieu, a Vietnamese Phnom Penh-style seafood noodle soup with pork and shrimp. It was good but I've had better.

“I absolutely love this spot for Vietnamese food. Every dish I've tried has been consistently flavorful, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying. My standout favorites include the fried egg rolls, the Banh Mi Bo Kho, and the Bo Luc Lac--each prepared with impressive attention to detail and authentic taste.

There's still so much on the menu I'm excited to explore, so I'll certainly be returning to Pho Hai. An honorable mention goes to their Spring rolls, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Thai Tea, both of which are wonderfully bold, rich, and balanced.

“Went to K5 on a Friday night since we were craving some Pho (for the first time), and had a great experience. Located in the Eaglerock area (where there are not too many pho options), K5 is one of the pho options you should add to your rotation. Good service, good food (especially on a cold night), and reasonable prices. The location is pretty large, but it gets pretty crowded (at least it was when we were there). Plenty of parking since it is a large plaza. One of the better pho options in the area.

Tip: It was a little crowded on a Friday night so we had to wait a little bit before being seated (not too long, like 5 mins).“

“My family stopped by this place to get a weekday dinner. It was relatively quiet and a cozy spot for more intimate gatherings. The waiter was attentive and quick to refill our waters or utensils.

The pork chow fun had plenty of wok hei and wasn't too salty. Mixing it with the brown sauce made the noodles texture much more slippery. The hainan chicken was served with cold chicken and rice, but i appreciate how the rice isn't too oily and subtly seasoned. We also got green beans - you can ask for the salted fish seasoning to be taken off and to have it be sauteed in garlic only.

“Was around the area so decided to grab lunch and it wasn't as great as before. We ordered the seafood egg noodle and seafood white noodle, both lacked flavor. I had to add satay sauce to make it taste a bit better. The ice water glasses were dirty as well. I don't know if it's under new owners or new chefs but it wasn't that great. Good thing it was a cheap lunch.“

“Found this place on TT! I got the lemongrass beef, with shrimp rolls, and shrimp cake! SO good!!!! So fresh, and a big portion too. The shrimp cake was the best I’ve ever had. Juicy and succulent with a nice crisp on the outside. Devin the owner is very nice too. It is nice to see an owner with passion for their business and food. The people next to me got the salmon belly and shrimp cake rolls. I will definitely be getting that next time. They also serve beer, wine, and sake which is nice too. “AJ Noodles first-timer here and it was simply amazing. Their egg rolls were crunchy and delicious, but their steak pho was the star of the show! The broth was so clean and tasty, I can tell they put a lot of care into making the soup. I will say, it is a little different from your average vietnamese pho, but it has its own charm and still very good. “Had a quick early lunch here on a Tuesday, around 11am. No wait, tables were available. Ordered Pho Bac XL plus added tendons, and an Iced Coffee. Food came really fast. My bowl of Pho Bac came out piping hot, which is good. Extra tendons came in a separate bowl. The amount of food that came in XL size is more than adequate, I’m quite satisfied. The broth was just right, not too salty. The Iced Coffee complemented the meal well. Seating here tends to be on the tighter side. I was in and out within 35 minutes.“

Definitely one of the best Vietnamese home cooked meals at a restaurant in the area. The flavour is so authentic that can transport you back to the Southern of Vietnam (mien Tay) in a bite. We ordered the lunch set for family and cannot fault a thing. It came with canh chua, ca chien, goi tom thit, ca kho, bap cai chua. Flavour was mouth watering and all very good value for money. Saigon Flavor is a tiny hidden gem in SGV. They have extensive menu, featuring Vietnamese classics such as pho, rice dishes, banh mi, bun, beef stew, grilled pork, porridge, curry, vegetarian options and more. Furthermore, one thing that is noticeable they do not offer chicken in their entire menu. That is a demerit in my opinion.

I have drove past by this spot for years but never had the chance until now. I guess I want some new food adventure. I had a grilled Shrimp vermicelli (since they don’t have grilled Chicken) and Iced French Coffee x condensed milk. Both were good. Staff were affable and patient. Service was bloody spot on. Prices are competitive. Serving was modest. Atmosphere was quite relaxing.
