“This is one of the better ramen and bar in Torrance. Their ramen bowl portion is quite large and I see ladies packing half their ramen home. Also a good deal is their lunch special that allows you to add a side dish that is a small entree. I had fried aji fish which was nicely done. They have happy hour drinks after 8pm. Looks like head chef is Japanese. They have a lot of condiments and spices for your noodles on the table. Service is nice and quick.
Parking: Plenty
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor“

“A very clean pho restaurant with simple decoration. It also offers special pho, bone-in beef ribs, which are as soft as your mouth. Lemons are generously provided. The soup is hot enough. You may need to wait a while for the meal. The dining experience is very good.“

“"Thai District is a culinary gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic Thai flavors that transported us to Thailand. Scott, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Not only did he provide impeccable service, but he also shared interesting tidbits about the area, like the length of the actual “Long Beach” in Long Beach, adding a delightful personal touch to our evening. We left feeling completely satisfied and already planning our next visit. Five stars all around for Thai District!"“

“This is authentic Japanese! I had their Curry udon and it was amazing. It was served super hot(not spicy) just the way I like my noodles. Came with a small salad and those rice things(yummy). 20 bucks for the meal, Not bad at all.
Not their fault but people kept walking in and leaving the door wide open and creating a cold draft. I would recommend attaching a spring or someway to automatically shut the door.
**Update, I went back. This time I got the chicken katsu curry and I was not disappointed. It was a lot of food and came with sashimi, cold ramen, and even 2 slices of roll. I think this is turning into my go to spot.“

I’ve had pho before and never really liked it, so I ordered the rice and pork chop plate for myself however, I tried her ( my girlfriend) Pho and let me tell you! I’m definitely gonna be coming and having Pho the next time! Highly recommend!
P.S o don’t usually write reviews but I had to! This place is 10 outta 10“

“The curry is very good and not too heavy or salt. It goes very well with the poached egg and beef nikutama was very flavorful with the onions. The tempura was very soft and flaky. I've been here a couple times and loved getting the dashi broth and miso udon along with other tempura items available like the shrimp or zucchini.
There's a fair amount of seating along with outdoor seating. Plenty of parking available in the plaza with other restaurants there. The staff was nice and attentive to the items you wanted.“

“Small ramen place among several Japanese businesses in Torrance.
We were a family of 4. 2 kids and us parents all of us are vegan.
We ordered vegan gyoza and the 2 vegan ramen they had. The food is great even if the vegan options were limited.
The service felt rushed and the lady who attended us was curt/rude. We had to ask for bowls, cutlery, napkins and everything else.
The other lady was nicer.“

“It’s a small restaurant but good quality. The food is delicious & has right Vietnamese taste. For you guys who like soupy food, you should try mì Quảng or different types of bún, not just Phở. My bf is a big fan of bánh mì (Vietnamese baguette). He said this restaurant would be in his top 3 Viet bánh mì.
The price here is so affordable. You’ll be surprised like “What?? In LA, with this price, are you kidding me?”. But dont forget to take cash with you. They’re good old fashioned Viet restaurant you should try.“

“Cute simple and easy. Only slightly above priced what would make me personally happy to see and the add ons for ramen is like twice what I think it should be, but a cute quick spot. I’d you’re on a date be aware you will be basically seated right on the sidewalk next to a McDonald’s with lots of vagrants passing by but they have never personally bothered me nor have I seen them targeting anyone seated eating but it’s still slightly odd ambience. Ate there about 6 times, will return.
Vegetarian options: Ramen“

“Absolutely amazing. The place is a little bit small, so there's not a lot of places to sit when they're busy, but the food is sooo good! I tried their beef bugolgi and it was the best that I've had in quite a while. I will definitely be coming back again and trying new things as well.“

“Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. We split two dishes. The flavor was solid on both, but definitely indulge in their hot sauces because it elevates everything from great to phenomenal. Would honestly eat here everyday if I lived nearby.“

“This is my first visit. This is a Chinese restaurant where you can eat lobster. In America, it's pretty much like eating lobster in a Chinese restaurant. The lobster here is sold by weight, so be careful. They have chicken made in the style of Peking duck, and it comes with 3 different parts and seasonings. I changed it up and it was quite delicious. The portions here are large, so it's a restaurant for 4 people or more.
It was delicious thank you very much“

“Just moved here and came across this place and it is hands down amazing! Love the jajangmyeon and sweet and sour pork. Spot on and hits the spot. Service was great! The waitress was very friendly and accomodating. Wish I took a pic of the food to post but it looked so good we ate it so fast haha
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Even gave my son chopstick trainers?“

“Portions, service, and quality. Nothing fancy as far as decor but the good and portions are killer. Usually I can kill a large pho at most places no problem, this place always leaves me full. The meats are fresh and not sketchy. The servers are very nice and willing to help.“

“I loved the selection of meat in their combo pho. The brisket was super tender and fatty the way that I like it. Also, I don’t know if there’s something unique about their Sriracha, but it’s really fragrant and floral which really enhances the experience. I’d definitely come back here. It really hit the spot“

“It is the perfect place for even a mildly cold day. The ramen is absolutely delectable and so rich in flavor. I got the fried chicken curry ramen, and it was so good! The portion size was perfect and filling. There was more than enough chicken brought with the dish, and everything balanced so well. My friend and I split some takoyaki and the pork buns, and both were delicious. I look forward to visiting again!
Parking in the area can be difficult, as it's only paid street parking. On the bright side, the street parking is free after 6:00 pm.“

“The food here is so good. This is my family and I's first time trying Cambodian food and it left a great impression. The food was amazing and they give you a plethora of sauces that you can use to customize your meal. The staff are also very nice and friendly. The only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness, as I saw a dead cockroach is the washroom but other than that this was an amazing experience.“

“Me & the wifey wanted to randomly select a ramen spot we had both not checked out to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary.
A pretty good choice for the tastes were on point and quite delicious for our Ramen cravings.
Wifey got their Signature Tonkatsu Ramen with wood ear mushroom, corn and a side of garlic butter for the both of us to share.
I got the same thing without the fungus among us and corn. However I got it spicy and boy let me tell you it was quite spicy, Got me perspiring and gasping. Don't get me wrong it was well worth it for the flavor taste buds kicked in overdrive and lead me into pure Ramen ? joy.
I had to eat the Ramen at a slow pace which gave me time to enjoy every slurp and chew.
If you love spicy like I do, go ahead and get it spicy. If this level of spicy was hot, I don't wanna know what the 'Super spicy' level is all about.
Oh yeah we did get an order of their 'Lolipop' chicken which was really crispy and delightful. Not quite the Karaage as it may seem. Traditional Karaage has more ginger kick than this one, however it's still a great appetizer which comes with a nice spicy plum sauce for dipping and a small mini spring salad.
Service was decent, the restaurant was clean and organized.
I'm not quite sure if I'd come back to this one, however it was a pleasant surprise and I enjoyed being out with my wife.“

The soup is light but very tasty with just the right amount of salt.
It took about 15 minutes to be served.

“Quint Japanese restaurant that’s been there forever, hidden in the Southeast corner of a strip mall. If you weren’t looking for this restaurant, you’d miss it.
The katsu jyuu (pork cutlet covered with scrambled egg and oinion) combo is their Monday special (different Mon-Fri). Comes with either hot/cold soba or udon. Very tasty and flavorful. Worth a try.“

“This is really a very small restaurant that specializes in Thai food. There were not many customers when we visited that night, so the environment was quite quiet. Since I was very hungry after work, I ordered more dishes. I personally liked their crab fried rice. It was not too salty or inexplicably sweet, but the Tom Yum Goong noodle soup was of a lower standard and didn't taste like Tom Yum soup at all. What’s a little surprising is that the quality of the desserts they serve is actually very good. Sticky Rice Mango is my favorite dessert. Although the mango is not sweet enough, I am still willing to give it high marks. The fried banana with coconut ice cream just won my wife's appreciation.“
