“Last night we went to Speak Cheezy on 4th St at Termino. First off, EXCELLENT customer service! We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“

“We ordered ahead when they opened for the day, and when we arrived 15 minutes later we picked up our order. We had two extra large thai curry pizza with chicken and were able to sit down for lunch. It tasted good. There were peppers, chicken, and a lot of cheese on the pizza, with curry on the side as a dip or topping. The curry is slightly spicy, but good. Highly recommend.“

“The food was terrific. The pizza is the best in Southern California. And the Brazino was perfectly cooked. Tony , the GM, welcomed us after we're seated, and our servers Jesse and Lu, were outstanding throughout the entire meal. So it was great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. All their drinks (and pizza too) is amazing, but the banana cotta cream they put on the latte is insane, my soul almost left my body from how good it was so I get one every chance I get“

Food was great, especially their sauces on the side and the unlimited topping option with cauliflower crust pizza was really good. Large tables and plenty of place to sit.

“I was staying at the Golden Sails Hotel in Long Beach for the 14th Annual SURF GUITAR Festival. Their front desk recommended Pizza X Two so they gave me a small paper menu they kept in the side office. I called and ordered a small 8-slice pineapple and ham pizza along with their deluxe Mac n cheese bowl. I don't write reviews very often but I just wanted to say that their deluxe Mac n cheese bowl was amazing 😋. The pizza was good, too. But if you REALLY want to be blown away, order their DELUXE MAC N CHEESE!!!!!“

“We’re visiting Long Beach and happened upon this place. We got the Caesar salad and a dirty pepperoni pizza- both were absolutely delicious! The salad had a bit too much dressing for my liking but it was perfectly garlicky. The pizza was crisp, hot, and absolutely delightful. The salad could easily feed 3 people! If we lived here we would eat their pizza all the time.“

“I just want to say may you guys stay blessed and your business flourish forever!!! I love mushroom on my pizza and everytime I ask for 3x the mushrooms (mind you I pay extra for the extra toppings) I have never received a pizza with the mushrooms I ask and pay for. Its always a small and disappointing amount (like a regular mushroom pizza). You guys are the first to actually listen and gave me a good amount of mushrooms. “I got to this pizza place just about every Saturday when Im in Long Beach. Their pizza is so good! And the were open on Christmas. You can only take out or eat outside. And their prices are very reasonable. The young man at the register is always so professional.“

“If you’re looking for incredible pizza in Long Beach, Pizza Parlor needs to be on your list. This was easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

My boyfriend and I shared one large half-and-half pizza, and I love that they let you do that because it gives you the chance to try two different pizzas. We ordered the Blanco Sin Salsa and the Chef Mike Veggie, and both were absolutely delicious.

The first thing that stood out was the crust. It’s made with sourdough, and I have to say it’s some of the best pizza crust I’ve ever had. I’m usually the person who leaves the crust behind, but not this time. It was perfectly crispy on the outside, light and chewy on the inside, and I found myself finishing every last bite.

The pizzas were cooked perfectly. Not burnt, not undercooked, just right. We ended up eating the entire thing because it was that good.

My favorite was definitely the Blanco Sin Salsa. It reminded me of cacio e pepe in pizza form. The combination of the crispy sourdough crust, the blend of cheeses, and the black pepper was absolutely chef’s kiss.

The Chef Mike Veggie was also packed with flavor. Every bite had something different going on, and it never felt like a boring veggie pizza.

I’m also a ranch-with-pizza person, and their ranch deserves its own shoutout. It was so good, and I appreciated that they weren’t stingy with it!

We also had the chance to meet the owner, Michael, who was in the back making pizzas himself. You can tell he pours his heart and soul into what he does. He was incredibly welcoming, took the time to chat with us, and made us feel right at home.

This isn’t your average chain pizza. The ingredients tasted fresh, the quality was obvious, and somehow we left feeling satisfied without that heavy, greasy, bloated feeling you sometimes get after pizza.

On top of the amazing food, the atmosphere was awesome. The whole staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there.

We’ll definitely be back. If you’re debating where to grab pizza in Long Beach, do yourself a favor and give Pizza Parlor a try!“
