Service was great except they started asking if we wanted to take home leftovers while some of us were still eating. Just a pet peeve of mine. “It was kinda slow as I was there a little past their rush but a great time to get good service. Sadly they close way way way too early for me which was quite disappointing as I personally feel there's so much more potential for late night revenue if they stayed open even after closing the kitchen. I basically had 3 different people serving me and would go back for any one of them. They were all super nice and attentive. Food and drinks were great and prices are favorable. It's not a cheap place to eat but for the type of establishment it is they're priced fairly and not overpriced like many places of the same class. I had a Hickory BBQ bacon cheeseburger myself which comes with a side of your choice. I asked for the meat to be cooked medium rare and medium rare is what i got. ❤️ The flavor? Mmh! Amazing! I'm looking very forward to my next trip there. They also have a full bar at that location. I know they're a family oriented business but I feel they'd also do well after family hours but maybe they're satisfied with what they got and aren't needing the money. I understand many establishments prefer to cater only to specific clientele and that's understandable but many would love to see them expand and would support it. ?? For now they close at 8:30 which seems to be a typical norm for that area so get there early and enjoy. ?

Vegetarian options: It's not a vegetarian establishment but there's salads etc with no meat and I believe a meat free burger choice

Parking: Parking can be somewhat limited if it gets busy especially since there are multiple business establishments that all share common parking areas. I happened to get there at a slower time and had no issue with close up parking. There's also a shopping center across the road that could be used if parking is scarce.

Kid-friendliness: It's definitely family oriented and have games there to confirm it. Might be a great place for birthday parties, etc.

Wheelchair accessibility: Most definitely ADA compliant with handicap accessible amenities.“

“Tasting rooms do not get much better in Silicon Valley than here. This is a downtown Los Altos outpost for Byington Vineyards and Winery, which has estates in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Alexander Valley. They sell wine by the bottle, glass, and flight. It’s a great place to come in the afternoon for some remote work, to catch up with friends, or to enjoy wine on the evening. The selection is outstanding! Pinot, Chardonnay, Cabernet, sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, and more than 20 wines more! This is a TRUE HIDDEN GEM.“

Pho combo -generous on the good meat
Lemongrass Chicken and shrimp rice - wow the grilled shrimp. Will order again definitely.
Spring rolls - great! Has peanut sauce
Egg rolls - solid
Chicken salad. - huge portion. Only thing is chicken a little tougher than I like.

“Really good, authentic Korean food. The place is lovely and the service was terrific. The dishes aren’t cheap, but the portions are good, and the food is very high quality. The pan chan (side dishes) are delicious and generous. Really grateful to have this as a local Korean option!“

“OPH is one of my favorite breakfast chains, but this location isn't like the others. The usually light, fluffy pancakes were heavier and the bacon wasn't the thick-cut awesomeness found across other OPH locations. The building was also an anomaly among other OPH locations I've been to, lacking some polish and charm. Service was attentive, so points there.

As a breakfast place, not terrible. But as an OPH, I expected more consistency with the brand standard.“

“This place is one of the best bagel places in town. Their cream cheese is very fresh, bagels are always fresh and yummy and the owners greet you with a smile and fast service. It is also never crowded, so you are in and out in less than 5 mins.“

“This is one of my favorite places for breakfast and brunch. I've been a regular for years, and the service and food have consistently been good. They recently added a few Mexican dishes to their menu, such as chilaquiles, which are a solid choice. Their benedicts, smoothies and bagels are also really good.

However, their pancakes are THE BEST! No matter what I order, I always have to try them. They are simply delicious with a very particular flavor.“

We were there for a birthday celebration brunch and our seating was a table for 4 beside the fireplace. A good variety of menu selections and attentive and personable staff. “The al pastor tacos are insanely flavorful and addicting + the 4 salsas provide a great variety. I'm a huge cilantro fan, and our food tasted super fresh and was very well made. They charge about ~20 cents extra to take out instead of dine-in. Very clean bathrooms as well!“

I like how the food comes out slowly so you can enjoy the food. The vegetable tempura was very generous portions, also the chicken karrage! Loved the eel omelette.“

We tried the chicken schnitzel, the house potatoes, spaetzle and mushroom sauce. I really enjoyed the chicken and potatoes. The mushroom sauce was also very good.
I don't know why I keep ordering spaetzle, I think it is quite bland and oily/greasy. Not a fan
