“The signature dish is the crab in sauce, which comes in medium and large sizes. medium is two crabs with two bowls of rice, and large is three crabs. Compared with other Korean restaurants, the sauce crab taste is mild, and it will not be salty enough to explode in the middle of the meal and cannot continue to eat. The crab is fresh, not fishy, and the meat is firm, not squishy. The crab meat is also very full, the crab legs are full, there is no empty shell crab. The sea urchin rice is a little smaller but the sea urchin is enough. regular sea urchins are not particularly sweet, but they are fresh and worth the price. The sea urchin Rice bowl combo will be served with steamed eggs, runny eggs and two prawns in sauce. Raw marinated salmon rice is amazing to me. The salmon is marinated just enough to be flavorful, but not overly salty. The portions are generous. You can eat two bites of each piece of salmon.“

“Now this restaurant… fireeeeee. The atmosphere at night is my favorite! The food was delicious I couldn’t get enough of the spicy tuna rice cakes. The aguachiles are FIREEEE it’s the right amount of spicy. The margaritas pair well with their dishes. I look forward to trying their lunch menu! I will be back.“

“Progressive Japanese food that focuses on simplicity and freshness showcasing technique. They highlight their eel and we got the whole one to share. It can be a bit intimidating for people not familiar and a bit simple but the effort to prepare takes a lot. For the price, I wish it came with a side of rice or something to complement it. I really enjoyed the Tofu and Eggplant dish also. The Eggplant was super unique and cooked in a way I haven’t tried before and was very flavorful with a dark miso crust. The Corn and Sausage was unique too and presentation was pretty cool. I really enjoyed the Strawberry Shaved Ice for dessert. Great way to end!! Overall, the food is on the lighter side so if you’re looking for hearty or indulgent food this may not be the best pick. They serve smaller plates that are good to share between two people or a small group. Service was great though and super friendly.“

“Possibly the best and freshest Mexican style seafood in LA Think fine from a James Beard award winning chef and kitchen on the very casual setting of a food court It’s busy so get in early as the line to order grows quickly Plenty of parking with extra space at rear of the car park for the overflow This is a must try if you are in the area“

We had the ceviche Classico & lomo saltado - I’m not even joking that my boyfriend and I had to hug after the meal because it was SO delicious and enjoyable. The flavors were bright and unique. You can tell that these recipes were thoughtful created! Can’t wait to try more on the menu ❤️“

“Just had a self Omakase date and I have to say, the detail that was poured into each dish, flavor wise, was really special. Even just the sashimi pieces themselves really had great complimentary garnish flavors that weren’t even noticeable just looking at the fish.
Great service and throughly enjoyed.“

“Freshest restaurant quality sashimi and sushi at a reasonable price in the U.S. Their sashimi is top notch. Highly recommend the Hamachi/yellowtail toro (so underrated), the scallops, and the squid/ika, but honestly any of the options won’t disappoint. Also a big fan of their tamago and their Takuan roll (which has fresh perilla leaves inside)!
If you’re a big sashimi/sushi enjoyer and value quality, this place is perfect!“

“This was formerly a M- star restaurant and it is no suprise why based on the food. The ambiance isn't anything to write home about and some of the seat cushions were ripped up. The server's explained the food really well and food came fast. Would definitely recommend this for a seafood lover and for someone who enjoys spicy food. I had a few dishes that I had never heard of like a drink made with condensed milk, coconut water and something else...it was good. The green sauce they serve with the chips is VERY spicy. Would definitely go again and try some different things.“

“If I could give Tuk Tuk Thai on Sawtelle in W. L.A. six stars, I would. They serve, hands down, the best Thai food I have tasted outside of Thailand. We were blown away by everything...the delicious, creative, authentic, clean food with the freshest ingredients , the cute, funky, casual and intimate space and exceptional hospitality. We ate incredible tasty, innovative and beautiful dishes such as mouthwatering fresh scallops and shrimp dumplings, duck, Wagyu beef and a killer pad Thai to name a few. The servers and kitchen were flexible to accommodate our parties' diverse dietary requirements and did so with pleasure and grace. I highly recommend you to run, not walk, to try this W.L.A gem..I cannot wait to go back!“

“Queen’s Raw Bar & Grill is a charming take on a Southern seafood and raw bar. The space is beautiful and the service friendly.
Standouts were the fresh oysters, grilled artichokes, fried code sandwich and passion fruit sundae.
Friendly dogs are welcome on the patio. It’s a perfect afternoon spot, or evening date spot.“

“Went here specifically for the lobster roll. Best I've ever had. Yes it's small, lobster rolls are always small. Yes it's expensive, but I've paid more and they weren't nearly as delicious. We got the warm with butter, in my opinion, the only way to eat lobster. And it was delicious. Just splurge, so worth it. I will come back just for the lobster roll. That's all we got, so I can't comment on anything else“

“Okay, ngl, the entrance was confusing to find, but once you go in, the vibes are immaculate. The food was amazing, my wife and I shared the mixed seafood cocktail. I had the shrimp burrito. My wife had the tuna birria quesadilla. I liked the quesadilla, but who am I kidding, the burrito was by far the superior menu item. I still have dreams about that burrito. The shrimp had a light batter, and each ingredient was appropriately represented so that you don’t wind up with a mouthful of just one thing. It was perfect. I’d go back just for the burrito.“

“Manager Josh is amazing. I had a bad experience dining at Ospi already in terms of service, so after there were missing items in my order I was about ready to give up. I called in and when he took the phone he didn't hesitate, asked me for my address and drove over the food himself. He also threw in a kale salad for me as well. I will be coming back. Ospi team, you have a good one in Josh!“

“The soft shell crab taco was stupendous. One of the best things I've eaten this month. Unique, flavorful, absolute must have.
The Baja style fish taco was fine, but not nearly on the same level.
One taco was around $7, which is more of a gourmet price. But I would happily pay that for the soft shell crab taco.
Service was very impersonal. Nobody greeted me. Not a single word of hi/hola, thank you, goodbye. Nothing. You just enter your name and order on a tablet. A few moments later somebody looks and gestures at you to take your food. Sitting situation is not great. But it's a fast casual bite, so you're not there for a long time. FYI - this is a food truck and not a brick and mortar space.
I would go out of my way to eat the soft shell crab taco again. Wow, I'm still thinking about it.“

“When I think of seafood in eastside Los Angeles, I think of Ceviche Project. This is my go to for ceviche, aguachile, tostadas, and oysters. Octavio is an incredibly passionate and kind human being, and his food speaks for itself. He provides a completely engrossing and sensational culinary and human experience. The quality of the seafood is unmatched, the atmosphere is so relaxed, and the hospitality of Octavio goes beyond that of pretty much any other restaurant in LA. . It's just such a pleasure being able to eat at this local gem of a restaurant. The Silver Lake/Atwater Village/Glendale/Los Feliz community is lucky to have a restaurant like this. Thank you Octavio for your hard work!“

“A very stylish bar tucked away in downtown LA near Grand Central Market feels like an NYC bar. I had a great chat with the owners—they hand-select everything they serve, from small-batch wines to charcuterie sourced from both local and international makers. It’s a perfect spot for a date or catching up with an old friend. Everyone was super friendly, and the doorman adds a nice touch of safety and comfort.“

“NIKU X delivers an impressive seafood & A5 wagyu steak buffet. The quality of the meats and seafood is top notch. The wagyu is tender and rich, and the seafood bar has good variety. The decor is stylish and the service attentive.
A few drawbacks: some items are a bit slow to be replenished, and the price is steep but for a special occasion it’s worth it.“

“Great fish tacos. Note that these soft taco shells are the larger kind where they're put on the grill for a minute to get slightly crispy and crunchy, not the tiny cold ones out of a bag that everyone else uses for their fish tacos and has to double because they fall apart the instant the salsa touches them. The tacos have generous portions of fish and you can get extra salsa at no charge (again, unlike a lot of other stingy places).
The whole fried tilapia was good too.“
