“For some reason the app placed my order at this coffee bean (I’ve never ordered from here and don’t live near it) and I called, and the nice barista heard me out and refunded my order. He was so kind and quick, I really appreciated his response and compassion. If I’m ever in the Marina I’m going to be sure to visit this location! Thank you!!!!“

“This week, I decided to try a new coffee spot and visited Alfred. The menu featured many great drinks, including some of my favorites like Lavender Latte, Vanilla Latte, and Lavender Matcha. I had a hard time deciding, so I chatted with one of the employees, Olivia. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions. I had a very pleasant experience and look forward to returning soon.“
