“Great waiter, friendly staff , food was exceptional, warm popovers brought to the table with herbed butter , I had pan fried crispy seasoned skin-on steelhead Salmon with fennel & leeks and Romesco sauce on mashed potatoes , it seems as though mashed potatoes are the thing with fish now a days, while I prefer veggies or rice of some sort , atmosphere is very cosy, nice but casual, like wearing a jacket with a withe shirt and jeans with flip flops, waiter brought me a fuzzy blanket, because it feels like winter here, it was slightly overcast, sun broke through about 3pm, walked around town, shopped at the local food market, it’s a thing for me to check out local grocery stores, finished with a cafe latte at Equator coffee, hit the spot! The pork ribs were a total standout — perfectly tender with just the right balance of sweet and savory, and the fried rice that came with them was rich, flavorful, and satisfying on its own.
But the real star of the night was dessert — the Baked Hawaii. Not only was it beautifully presented, but it was also hands down one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. A creative twist on a classic, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

“My friends and I have been wanting to come here for a while and we finally made it. Took advantage of their HH and got one of everything from that menu. Our favorite dish was the oysters and also the mussels which we kept ordering over and over. Deviled eggs and popcorn shrimp were okay, but the cod tacos were just ehh. One of the employees was super nice while others weren't as much. Overall it was okay and we may go back.“

“Anchovy Bar is a charming restaurant with a niche concept that feels refreshingly different. The anchovy toast is a definite must-try—surprisingly fresh and not fishy at all. While the bread was a bit thick for my taste, the sesame crust added great texture and paired well with the anchovies. Beautiful presentation, too.

The broiled oysters with roasted garlic–balsamic butter were also solid—rich, flavorful, and satisfying.

Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn’t quite live up to those highlights. The biggest letdown was the Cantabrian anchovies. At first, they forgot the anchovies entirely. When we asked about it, they brought out small, sad-looking brown slices that resembled canned sardines more than premium anchovies. For a place called Anchovy Bar, we were hoping for something a bit more… memorable.

In the end, it seems like the anchovy toast might be the best thing they make—and honestly, it’s worth a visit just for that or only for that.“

The service has been quick, focused, aware and guided us to some specials they thought we’d like. 4th time here and I always look forward to coming back when I’m in an oyster and Champaign mood, sitting outside and letting the baby people watch before shopping type of day.“

“Really enjoyed dinner at the Peking Duck, hard to get reservations but so worth wait, pre ordered half order of peking duck and absolutely worth the $48.00, ample serving for 2 people, next time we'll order the whole and take leftovers home,! with some sides all delicious! had a wonderful waitress Jenny who explained the food to us as it was served, how to eat the duck in wrappers, and some history behind the food. A great experience, delicious food, prices were on target, We're already planning on returning, will try during week as weekends are very busy. It looked like other diners ordered variety of foods to eat with the duck, which we did also, all complimented the duck. Very good value delicious food! Grandson dropped his ear pods and the young man cleaning our table ran after us to return! We are so impressed with Z&Y Peking Duck!“

I was hard pressed to find any lobster in the lobster bisque but the flavor was quite good. “Great lunch special. Fish was so fresh and sweet esp compared to a few other places in the area ?, def fresher than I’ve been able to get at the grocery stores. Shocked by how perfectly grilled the salmon was, rareish and soft on the inside with a good crust on the outside. Portions were huge, including the ginger/wasabi side dish. Server was super attentive and kept our water glasses full.“

“I read all the wonderful reviews on the actual website, and a friend and I decided to meet there for dinner last night (3/5/25) I was excited about trying out a new spot. The ambience was nice the restaurant was lively and surprisingly busy for a Wednesday night. Our food arrived in a timely manner however, our Server never return to ask if there was anything else needed. Although the crab chowder bowl was tasty, I would have like a little pepper and perhaps some Tabasco to further bring out the flavors. Unfortunately I couldn't get the Servers attention. The garlic noodles were definitely garlicky which wasn't the problem. There was way to much butter/olive oil with no other type of seasoning leaving them bland. The real issue was how the Server popped up and started reaching around the table to remove things as if we were being rushed out. She came back with dessert tray of which we declined then proceed to bring check and clear what she could away. A large group sitting nearby was rushed out after another large group was escorted to their table. Most started trying to finish their wine and gather their things which was obviously awkward for the group that appeared who had to turn around and give them room to leave. Our Server offered to-go containers and appeared impatient that we weren't leaving. Our entire dinner from beginning to end was 50 mins( with my friend trying to eat a whole crab which takes time) and we felt very rushed. Overall our experience was just "ok" therefore I wouldn't rush back anytime soon. We did however appreciate the 1 hour parking validation.“

“Yesterday, my sister and I had the BEST table at the Iconic Spinnaker Seafood Restaurant in Sausalito - the at table at the far corner facing San Francisco! WOW - What a beautiful and clear day, with just a 'hint' of fog over the Golden Gate Bridge to the ocean side. The food was Fabulous - mine was a 'classic' "Crab Louie," with lots and lots of wonderful crab, and Tiramisu for dessert! Our servers were Alex and Francisco ("Francisco:))" who attended to our every need - even politely and notably giving extra time, as I was Determined to enjoy EVERY bite of my more than delicious, Crab Louie!! With a menu that is FULL of Classic Bay Area Seafood offerings, an Iconic setting and ambiance, and Incredible view of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge and The City, I would change nothing about my visit!
