“I travelled from Riverside County to come eat at this restaurant and have heard such great reviews about it from my relatives and friends who live all the way in China! It was worth the drive and we will definitely be back again. Each dish is unique and they also have gluten free options as well as requested options. (My f5 year old is Gluten free).The bamboo and mushroom dish had a hint of sweetness with an undertone of spice, the Chong qing 🌶spicy chicken was mouth watering, along with the eggplant 🍆 dish, dry stir fried fish, and glass noodles with pork! I enjoyed every dish and my kids enjoyed their shrimp fried rice dish and greens as well. Our family is a foodie family and we love ❤️ traveling far and near to try dishes from around the world. “Delicious skewers on top of the already good hand pulled noodles. We went there enough times that we got the gift card which also makes this really good value for the money.

Other good dishes are the meat pockets. So far didn't find a dish we regretted.“

“Very good. The Brown sugar pancake is very soft and chewy. And the Sour beans Gnocchi with minced pork is very tasty as well. the Gnocchi is made of very authentic Chinese northern style dough,it’s their specialty here,also very chewy and tender. I like it. Will definitely be back.“

“A very solid Chinese restaurant in the area! I really love their lettuce wraps as well as their hand pulled noodle soups! The atmosphere is basic but it gets the job done very well. The tables and cloths are a little worn. Service is very friendly and the waiter can make good recommendations!

Parking: Parking here is extremely difficult as there is not much street parking in front of the business. Do not park in front of the liquor store as well as he can threaten to call the tow truck. Either park out back of the business or find somewhere else and walk.“

I had order from this place multiple food. Today I ordered a hot and sour soup, THE BEST Hot and Sour I had so far!!’ Tangy, sour-y, pungent, hot!!!! It was delicious and only $6 bucks.

And I had their baked sea bass in portugese sauce!!! THE BEST portugese sauce I had so far in my life as well!!!!

“Stop by Zen restaurant for a quick lunch before my flight. Food came quickly.

I ordered the pepper and pork intestine stirfry lunch special and Hubs ordered the Peking pork chops. Both were pretty good and because it was a lunch special the value was definitely there.

I like the claypot rice from here ! Definitely underrated and not many people know about this item !
The wasabi pork and chicken is not the best, I prefer the one from kitchen or Hing Lung.“

Parking is limited. 3 handicap and another 3-4 general parking. Some spots on the street. Make sure you are traveling north on El Camino. No u-turns around here.

Food is good. We made a reservation. Suckling pig is discounted atm.

“Probably one of the best dim sum places in South San Francisco! We were there just before 10:30 in the morning on a Sunday and they had a line outside the restaurant. Service was good and excellent dim sum, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for authentic and freshly made dim sum!“

We decided to get their beef tendon noodle soup and selected the biang biang noodles (you're able to customize the dish to your liking with whatever noodle option you prefer). We also got a side of their pork and shrimp dumplings, because who doesn't love dumplings?

The beef tendon noodle soup was rich and flavorful, while the accompanying noodles were perfectly cooked and chewy - providing a great mouth feel to the dish. The dumplings were delicious as well, and were a nice addition to the meal as a whole.

“I have been here many times, and it’s been awhile since my last visit. This is usually where I go when I am in the area and in the mood for Pho Ga (Chicken pho). They open early for breakfast and have some special sets you can order, such as a rice noodle set, a porridge combo, sandwich set and a noodle soup set meal. Their menu also consists of pho, rice plates, pho ga, etc. They are known for the Pho ga, which is hard nowadays to find a place that serves authentic pho ga. In the morning in can get busy due to the breakfast rush and for the reasonable prices they offer. I was told they open even earlier on the weekends, so please plan accordingly. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving for pho ga, want a great breakfast spot or just so happen to be in the area and is not afraid of trying new things. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.“
