“Our first time at Broma and it was great! James, our server, is a real pro: knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The menu is very multicultural. I had the chicken liver mousse - delicious! Then the very yummy chicken sandwich. My husband had the tasty crab dip and then the lamb ragout with pappadelle! Outstanding. We had no room for dessert. It's a perfect place before a concert at Shoreline. We will return.“

“Delicious dinner at Scratch! The Brussels sprouts were crispy and tasty, the filet mignon was tender, and the scallops were light and perfectly cooked. I ordered a piña colada that came with an alternative rum (didn’t know and personally not a fan). My server was super kind and quickly fixed it for me. Both she and the front desk lady were so friendly and welcoming. Great food and even better service!“

“Sekoya has been on our list for a while, and we were finally able to make it for a birthday celebration. They made it special from the start, giving us a personalized menu with ‘happy birthday’. The inside of the restaurant has a cool vibe to it, so if you’re looking for something more special I’d recommend that. Otherwise the heated covered patio is a great option. Their cocktail program is extensive and absolutely fantastic. But the food, that is where the magic is happening. We started with the tuna tartare- fresh, classic. The plantain chips give it a nice flavor. The crispy prawns were over a bed of papaya salad and spicy mayo- a balance of sweet, spicy and crunchy in each bite. For mains, we had to try their burger. This 6oz patty was flavored in I don’t know what, but it was easily one of our top burgers of the year. The side of truffle French fries were a classic but could be skipped. The roasted scallops were large, perfectly cooked over polenta and topped with bacon jam. If I could have licked my plate I would have. A MUST get was, yes, the beef tongue skewer. Our waiter told us it would be his last meal so naturally we had to try it. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be ordering it again. To celebrate the meal (and our birthday), we got the mini crispy chocolate chip cookies with a side of vanilla ice cream. The perfect pairing to end an amazing meal. There are so many other good options on the menu we cannot wait to come back!“

This restaurant features Mexican dishes with an American flare infusion! I had their their Shrimp a la Plancha, which is Mexican shrimp, garlic butter, red onions, jalapeños, guajillo chile, avocado, and Tamarindo-chile sauce, and it comes with herb lime rice, black beans, and blue corn tortillas. This was absolutely fabulous!!! It wasn't your typical Mexican dish...the different ingredients they used to create this dish all blended together VERY well!!! If you are looking for a little something different to satisfy your Mexican food craving, and want some added flair, then this is THE restaurant to go to!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!! “Just went in for lunch and wow they've leveled up! Overall a solid 4.5!

The things that we used to like were all still yummy, and some things that I hadn't been impressed by were really good!

In particular:
- The youtiao 油條 deep fried doughnut stick was freshly fried and amazing. Maybe a smidge on the heavily crispy fried side but yummy and chewy. The best youtiao I've had in years (but I don't really go out of my way to order this normally since it's often stale). Will definitely get this again!
- the soup dumplings Xiao Long Bao had a nice delicate skin and were tender and flavorful.
- the ground chicken skewer and chicken heart skewer and chicken porridge were really good still. Porridge is still a little salty for my taste but yummy.
- service was fast, friendly, and attentive.

They had a sizzling meat dish on a cast iron that smelled amazing - will look for it on the extensive menu next time.

Great job! Hope to be back often.

Really like the porridge and the skewers. Consistently good. I like to get the chicken heart. Tsukune ground chicken is pretty good!

The scallion pancake is pretty good.

Kid likes the XLB but I think they're mediocre

Noodles pretty mediocre in my opinion.

Would recommend avoiding the fried stuff (fried shrimp tasted frozen but maybe it's improved in a year?).
