“I ordered Veal schnitzel and beet salad.

Overall the schnitzel had a gentle texture, however some small parts were a bit chewy, for this price I expected to melt in ny mouth.
Beet salad was good, I like the addition of pistachios, however some greens were not fresh, I could taste it.

We got some inside knowledge about the town as we are from Oregon. The drinks were perfect and the food was top notch! I would have expected to pay a lot more for the quality of food and service we received at literally any of the surrounding places. We will visit Palo Alto again if only to go back to Scotty's as a new tradition! Thank you, Sergio, for making our anniversary dinner a great one! Someone give him a raise!“

“Good food and atmosphere. Located at the corner of the busy plaza. Went there for brunch over the weekend, tried French toast, chicken & waffle and shrimp Po'Boy. All three items are great and tasty. Two small critics: 1. service is a little slow. 2. the coffee can be improved.“

“We ate dinner here and it was a good experience. Our server was really attentive and good at her job. We ordered apps and entrees and the food was solid. One app didn't come out correctly and they comped it immediately. The choices were to sit at the bar or a table in the breakfast area, and we sat at a table. It wasn't unpleasant but lacked the ambience of an upscale restaurant. It was a good dining experience.“
