I ordered the medium heat level, which had a great kick but wasn’t overpowering. For those looking for a real challenge, they have hotter options too, but beware – it’s not for the faint of heart! The atmosphere was casual and laid-back, making it a great spot for a quick bite with friends or a casual lunch. The staff was friendly and happy to explain the menu for first-timers. One small downside was the wait time during peak hours, but it’s worth it for fresh, made-to-order food.

Their Tuxedo coffee, a delicious white and black chocolate mocha, is clearly a local favorite. They also boast a great selection of tasty smoothies and a large menu with plenty of breakfast options. Despite a steady line of customers, even on weekdays, service is extremely fast – both food and coffee are ready in no time! While the scrambled eggs were a bit bland and the sandwich was just okay, the exceptional drinks and speedy, yet friendly, service make this a fantastic and relaxing spot.“

“Love Henhouse and was stoked to try this new addition to their fleet of vibey taprooms.

The space is broken out into two areas, a food court with Hot Boys Chicken (awesome local fried chicken chain) on one side, and next door the namesake record room/bar.

We got a few beers in the record room, as the name suggests they've got the servers also making selections on the 1's and 2's which was a fun dynamic. Overall the atmosphere was good and the beers were solid per usual.

-1 star for our server being a little rude and pushy when we asked for a simple recommendation from the tap list.“

“Eclectic restaurant in the old part of Hamilton field. Inside and outside seating. Really good and fresh calamari, where you can actually taste the squid. Fish tacos are excellent, fresh fish perfectly cooked and good value. Shrimp tacos were also good. Fettuccine jambalaya had a well developed sauce with a good mix of proteins. Finished with a Snickers cheesecake and strawberry pavlova, both excellent. Service was good with very friendly staff. Only downside was the smell of the deep fat fryer, probably should have sat outside. Recommended and will return.“

“I had never heard of this restaurant (or been in downtown Novato) and didn't realize it had multiple locations. The entire menu sounded delicious. I got the ahi salad and was so happy with it. Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was chill. I will absolutely be going back.“

“I was there with 11 other people and we all got our food within about 10 minutes of ordering which was surprising and I was expecting it to effect the food quality but it just might be the best Mexican food I have ever had and the workers were super kind and the best lemonade I’ve ever had as well, was maybe a tiny bit too sweet but that’s fine I’d highly recommend it, it’s so worth the money“
