“We were excited for comedy night and enjoyed the venue and most of the show. Unfortunately at the end of the night, the host, Jake Gallo, stopped doing comedy and launched into an extended political rant after seeing an Israeli flag at a nearby ranch. He repeatedly talked about Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, and genocide. It wasn’t a joke or a brief comment—it became an angry political monologue that completely changed the atmosphere. We came to laugh, not to be lectured about one of the world’s most divisive political issues. It made the room uncomfortable enough that we left. Ojai Beverage is a great place, and we’d gladly return, but we hope they keep future comedy nights focused on comedy rather than partisan political activism.“

“We had a GREAT experience here. We got off the boat after spending a full day at Channel Islands NP and walked in here to order take out. The server was so friendly and accommodating, offering us a cold beverage while we waited. She was excellent with taking our order, noting my partners food allergy with respect. The food was fast and super hot. Even after the 15 min drive back to the hotel the orange chicken was crispy and both entrees were hot and delicious. Just an awesome experience from service to food. Would love to stop back by if we’re in the area again!“

“I got a juice from here at the farmers market it was a large blue drink. That was Sunday it’s now Wednesday night, I can’t stop thinking about it. It was so good and made me feel healthy too , I drank it all that day. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is bc it’s really expensive . They told me the large was 15, then they said with tax that’s 17.50$ . This is the first time I’ve paid tax at the farmers market anything else is a solid price, corn is 5.00 flat, nuts are 5$ flat, huge agua Fresca is 10$ flat you get where I’m going with this. It’s delicious however paying 17$ for a drink did hurt. I mean that’s the price of a meal these days. Drink flavor taste etc 5/5 price 2/5.“

“I had jury duty at the Ventura courthouse and when I was through, I was starving so I decided to go to eggs and things I ordered the chorizo, scrambled eggs, and English muffin with strawberry raspberry preserves and then of course you get the Swedish pancake, which is exactly why I’m so obsessed with this place. The service was spectacular. I got iced tea to drink. I never waited for anything. Everything was always there. The owner of the of the restaurant was so nice. Make sure everything was good. I can’t wait to go back. I’ll actually make a special trip to go to that exit and things particularly cause the service was so great and the honor was so nice.“

“Hands down BEST sushi in Ventura! We come here at least once a week. Highly recommend parking along the street, catching sunset on the beach, then coming here for dinner. Although everything I’ve ordered here has been excellent, my very favorites are the Avocado Bomb (the best I’ve ever had) and the Sushi House Roll. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly, and attentive.“

We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! “Wow. WOW WOW WOW! this place deserves it all good was made with love and care the owner was beyond attentive you can tell he cares so much about his craft and his people. I got the Filet Mignon and it melted in my mouth it was so flavorful and not too strong on the sauce it danced on my mouth. The atmosphere was very intimate. if you have an anniversary or date night please do yourself a favor and come here. It is on the expensive end, but you get every single dollar worth of food, every single dollar worth of service. I cannot recommend this place enough“
