“We had a great dinner at Prime for my birthday. We love the food & service. The only issue we had is we were charged $6 for club soda! I honestly feel this is way too much to charge a customer. We also sat at the table in front of the fireplace, it was raining & windy out, but the exit area in the patio where we were seated was the only area not covered from the cooler weather & the heater was broken. Luckily the fireplace kept a few of us warm but everyone else was cold. We would've moved but we were a party of 6 & had already ordered drinks and apps. & didn't want to get up and move.“

“Showing the server me 1 person Groupon she said most people order fm back of the menu. So she asked what sections I wanted & I told her 2 entrees & 4 sides. I mentioned to her "all was enough for 2 people!" Didn't dawn on me it was for two people till I got the bill. I even told her I showed her me ticket so it wasn't like I wanted to order for 2. It was taken care of otherwise I was prepared to wash dishes & mop floors! Great food. It was obviously a "miscommunication" b cause I did show the lovely server me ticket; I guess she just assumed it was for 2, despite me being alone.“
