Totally worth the hype. It doesn't take reservations, so be prepared to wait, but the food is so worth it I can't even explain. Definitely the best sushi I've ever had.
We arrived relatively early, around 6:30 pm, and they told us there would be about a 1- to 1.5-hour wait for a table, but our table was ready within 45 minutes. It's small inside, nothing fancy. The food, though... omg! I would recommend getting in line and then going to do something else around the neighborhood, because otherwise, you'll just kind of randomly wait on the street. Definitely a must-try.“

“The servers ask if you have any allergies and then mark the menu to cross out anything you can't eat, and what they can modify so you can eat it. I have an allium intolerance which is very annoying because it's in a lot of dishes. The marked menu ensured I didnt have to guess and there were no unwanted surprises. I’ve been eating at Roll Roll since around 2018. They never miss. At least not in my experience. Originally my wife and I found this place on yelp because it already had good reviews and amazing prices. We usually order a Party Tray for special occasions and it’s become a favourite tradition of ours, however we also like dining in because the employees have always been incredibly kind and accommodating Even now in 2026, when everything has gotten so expensive, they still provide good quality food and better quality service for a good price. We ordered a bottle of nigori sake and the premium omakase experience. We were impressed with each piece given, the fish was obviously fresh and the rice was perfect. (Special mention to the salmon nigiri and the eel roll - still thinking about these bites!) I wish we were given a little more explanation on what each fish was, but with only one sushi chef making everything, it makes sense he needs to focus on customer orders. We were able to replace the lean roll with a different fish. Our server was super nice and we enjoyed our meal. It operates like it’s a sit down spot so you pay after the meal, rather than at the counter like at other stalls in the market.“
