“What a cool super quality place! We were a group of 12 work colleagues with a pre set menus lunch. It was quite expensive as you would expect a place in the this super chic LA street. They brought way too much food for the table (not their fault probably) and everything was delicious. Very special kinds of sushi, even vegetarian ones, salads, main and side dishes, all so unique and delicious. Service was impacable and the place itself is gorgeous. Even the take away bags are elegant. Loved it!“

“Such a great find! I’ve driven past almost daily for years and years and finally made it it in tonight for dinner. All the fish was very fresh and delicious. Chefs were wonderful, friendly and super talented. It’s my new sushi go to. Favorites tonight were the Albacore Paradise Roll and the baked snow crab hand roll. Chef’s Special Halibut Sushi was divine.“

“The food was good overall! We tried the fried mushroom shared plate, which was a little average. It was essentially fried mushrooms with a sweet and tangy sauce. We also had the Firecracker Maki Roll, which was good, although it leaned a little on the sweeter side.

My absolute favorite was the udon noodles! They were creamy, flavorful, and just perfect. I would definitely recommend trying them.

“Izakaya Miyabi was an unforgettable place for us. It has a cozy Japanese atmosphere that feels a little more special than a typical sushi restaurant, but still comfortable and relaxed.

The menu has a lot to explore, from sushi and sashimi to yakitori, tempura, gyoza, black cod, and small izakaya-style dishes. We especially liked trying a variety of plates instead of ordering just one main dish. The spicy tuna crispy rice and hand rolls are also great choices.

I have had the good fortune to visit Echigo on a number of occasions over quite a few years, it has always been exceptional, Chef is a true master of his craft.
