“This was my first visit to this storefront Trattoria. While this isn't an attractive venue, it is quite comfortable. All the white tablecloth tabletops make it warm and welcoming. The food is well prepared. There is an ample menu. The caprese salad, Pollo Saltimbocca, and limoncello cake were fantastic. All portions are very generous. Except for the cake. I could have eaten an entire cake, instead of just a slice! Our waiter, Eduardo, was attentive but never intrusive. I'll be back soon.

We were so excited to dig into our favorite dishes that we forgot to take pictures. The owner was lovely and brought out the lamb dish because she had forgotten to tell the server that we asked for the next dish. (which was totally not expected but we really appreciated) After the first-time dining here, we made it a goal to visit Sardinia. Hope to continue to dine here when we come to San Francisco for years to come! He welcomed us into his amazing restaurant for a tasting that felt more like a celebratory dinner than a formal event (we’ll definitely be back), and went out of his way to accommodate our guests with dietary restrictions. He even surprised us by offering to make custom shirts in our wedding colors—such a fun and personal touch that truly went above and beyond.

“Met some out-of-town friends there before they flew out the next morning. All the food was delicious, including desserts! Pluss you can costumize your Thickness. I requested thin and that's exactly what they brought me. Delicious! And the veal! I haven't tried a better beef than this one. And I'm picky with my meat. We love the garlic bread too. My husband and I will definitely come back and try the pasta because I'm obsessed now with their sauce. Both of the waitress that helped us were super nice and kind. “A really wonderful, romantic oasis in downtown Burlingame. All the food we ordered here was delicious. The Italian sausage lasagna was my highlight. The pomegranate and arugula salad was also wonderful. The Bolognese lasagna was solid but not as standout. The complimentary focaccia bread at the beginning was just so-so.

The staff and service are extraordinarily welcoming and friendly. I'd highly recommend a visit!“

“This meal, which just happened to fall on Valentine's Day, was a lovely beginning to our trip which started with a flight out of SFO. Fortunately I had thought to make a reservation or we never would have gotten in. The service was warm, the atmosphere was cozy and not too dressy, and the food and wine were great. I especially enjoyed my risotto with scallops; while the scallops were small, they were tender and there were plenty of them. We will definitely keep this restaurant in mind when we visit the area in the future.“
