“We had a delicious dinner at Henry Parsons Project. I had the fried oysters as an appetizer. The portion was so large that I took most of my main dish home as leftovers. My husband had the brussel sprouts and shrimp and grits, while I had the noodles with peanut sauce and okra. We accompanied our meal with a yummy Chardonnay. The chef came out to talk to us before our meal, a nice gesture. The menu is inventive and the ambience was warm and cozy, a perfect spot for a romantic dinner!“

“That food was soooo freaking good. Yes, go. My mom sent me back the next day too?. The fried catfish was excellent & the chicken was delicious ? I do not make this review lightly because I frequent high-end reatruants...but when the food is this good, I'm going to say so...keep up the good work!!“

“It was even better than I remember. I had the catfish po boy, chicken & waffles. The French bread, remoulade sauce & generous seasoning of the fish were delicious. I would definitely not consider myself a grits fan but the fried cinnamon sugar grits…so good. I can definitely post photos of empty boxes but other than that ??‍♀️. “The Boil Daddy never misses! From the moment we walked in, the service was amazing — the staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly sweet and attentive. The food? Chef’s kiss — everything was so flavorful and fresh. The vibe of the place is fun and relaxed, and the prices are super reasonable for how much food you get. “I really enjoyed the Nola vibes in the seating area on the side of the building. I was worried that the cajun seasoning on the tots would be spicy but it wasn't, and they were very good. I also had the chicken sliders without the hot sauce, and they were also good, but I wish they'd had more slaw on them. The Theves sweet tea was soooo good, I wish they sold it in gallon size!“
