“This place is great in all aspects. Food is served fast, delicious, and portions are generous. Plenty of variety on their menu, than other places. Prices are very reasonable than others in local area. They also are tech friendly with taking your order via tablet or you can also have the option to order with a server at your table. Ive also order food for my work lunch break and they are very convenient and fast to have my order ready by the time I arrive so I can enjoy my meal and my lunch break. Love the staff thats very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone and plan on bringing my friends and family members here to eat. “My wife and I eat here easily once a week. We celebrated NYE dinner around 6:30, and it was pretty busy. The owner and two other employees were quick and made sure everyone was seated, order was taken, and had what they needed at all times. Food took a little longer, as expected, but they were kind enough to bring out a complimentary order of wings that we got to try for the first time! Incredibly delicious, I was only able to take a picture after not before lol. We will be ordering them from now on as an appetizer! If you try any new pho restaurants in San Diego this year, make sure this location is at the top of your list!! Our go to orders are as follows: Signature pho, beef rib pho, shaking beef, Thai iced tea, Vietnamese coffee, watermelon smoothie, matcha latte, and now the wings. “this is my favorite place to go get pho. only after visiting 2 times the server was recognizing us and calling us friends. you can sit anywhere you like, there's 3 tvs you can choose to look at, ones channel changes, one is on sports and the last on cartoons, they play music occasionally & it's usually instrumental covers, I love the songs that play. service is quick and friendly, I usually get the house special pho which is rare steak, chicken and shrimp, or shrimp fried rice. my wife usually gets ox tail pho, both options are really good. their thai tea w boba is the best Thai tea imo“

“Don’t order with your eyes because you won’t finish… trust me, it’s that good! They have to have the “best” Viet BANH CUON (steamed rice rolls) in town! Also the best BANH Mi Chao (Beef, sausage, meatball, eggs, and French roll skillet) for a great value too! I will most definitely come back again …and I live 30 minutes away in East Chula Vista! The meat of the vermicelli was tasty, and the veggies were fresh.
The pho had a good flavor.
The mango slushy was delicious.

“The menu keeps changing as they are still figuring out what works and what doesn’t work.

We came at peak lunch time on a Saturday and our food came out quick.

We ordered:
-Chicken wing garlic fish sauce: This was crispy and seasoning was right on. We liked how it was fried and wanted to try other flavors but got too full.
-Broken rice grilled pork: Loved that they offer legit broken rice, the bbq pork was nicely char and moist. The egg loaf was a bit dry.
-Bánh canh tôm cua: least favorite out of all. The broth has a thick consistency similar to egg drop soup with starchy tapioca noodles. Broth wasn’t as flavorful as other places and lacking more shrimp flavors.
-Crispy fried egg noodle w beef: Can’t go wrong with this dish. Crispy noodles with veggies on top.
-Periwinkle snails in coconut milk: wow, the portion was generous. I prefer the curry broth to be more curry-like, it was more of a watered down coconut curry.
-mussels with green onion sauce: This was prepared nicely. You must dip in their sauce to get the whole experience.

For drinks, I got the coconut coffee I tasted the coffee and coconut flavors, wasn’t too sweet. My friend got the coconut kumquat. She likes that it was refreshing and they used whole kumquats with the skin. She also tasted a bit of lemon and preferred it to be more sour and not so sweet.

Overall, this place gives you a glimpse of Vietnamese street food. I like the seafood items. Reminds me of night market. If we come back, I’ll get the escargot just because those are bigger than the snails and less effort to eat.

“Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

“This place definitely deserves a full five star review! First, the interior is very beautiful, modern and romantic. They have a flower photo spot by the entrance. The menu is kinda simple, it seems they know what they want to serve. Their signature is a big bowl pho soup with lot of meat, two big back ribs, slices brisket, short ribs and meat balls. It is seriously a giant bowl of meat. I think you can even share with someone if both of you don’t eat that much. The soup boiled 14 hours with 19 ingredients inside. It is so flavorful and so healing! I literally finished the whole bowl of soup, can you believe that! My baby enjoyed the meat and noodles as well, the meats fell apart from the bone, it is just perfect! We also had a spring roll dish, they are classic and standard, still pretty nice. We also had two cocktails! They have tea and fruit flavors, unique and delicious. We ended our meal with their dessert, the sticky rice with mango sorbet. It is nice but not that amazing like their pho noodles. I highly recommend here if you want to have pho in a nice environment restaurant, especially for a date. “As a gluten free person, I ordered the chicken fried rice with no soy sauce and no oyster sauce, and a passion fruit boba tea with no sugar (which tasted totally normal). I talked to a man on the phone before going and he said that the chicken fried rice was gf with no soy sauce, breading, wheat, or anything, but when I got there the server and manager had a bit of a harder time understanding me but we managed to come up with it being safe without those two sauces. I'm not celiac, but they did say they would take extra caution when preparing it. It tasted great even without any sauces on it.

We enjoyed the charbroiled pork and lemongrass chicken banh mi - a great value at $6.25 each. The bread had a great crust: thin, very crisp, and flaky. The pickled carrot and daikon added nice texture and brightness, while the raw jalapeños brought the right amount of heat. The egg rolls were also a hit, with a peppery flavor and a crisp outer shell.

Note that this is a grab-and-go spot with a strictly business vibe. The service is efficient, so have your order ready. There is only one small table for snacking and two benches for waiting. They also offer extensive party tray options if you order in advance.

There is plenty of free parking, though the lot gets competitive on weekends due to the nearby Aldi and Lucky Seafood Market.“

This restaurant has plenty of seats and the ambiance is very casual. There are TVs around and it’s mid-noisy inside.

The service is pretty quick given that the menu isn’t as large as other Vietnamese restaurants. There’s prices are also decent and competitive for the area. The servers are really just there to take orders, bring out orders, etc. - very casual dining.

One thing to note: The aroma will stick to your skin, hair, and clothing! And it’s pretty intense. It should definitely be your last stop of the day. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

“I was craving pho and I found this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Many of the reviews raved about the Pho Filet so I had to try it out. Who doesn't love filet mignon?
