“Great little neighborhood spot with good breakfast, excellent burgers, and some Mexican as well as Asian selections which are great options to add variety to the typical burgers and chili fries. I personally love the steak sandwich and they make an excellent breakfast burrito. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of free parking in the center lot or street parking on Torrance Blvd. They also continuously post specials and bundles which they really discount to provide a nice savings. The guys who work here are really nice and I have seen them clean at the end of the night and they do a great job. I have eaten here so many times I can't count... no fancy, not expensive.. honest tasty food quickly and affordable. Highly recommended.“

“The food looked and tasted really good. We paid for premium but it all came in plastic. I was disappointed that premium was just plastic but the food was still great but the atmosphere was not. Spicy soup and live dungness crab tasted and looked great though I felt sorry for the crab 🦀. Quite a bit of noise with the mallets cracking the crab. I really liked to see the catfish and lobster. Really comfortable place and great food. 😊“

“The food here is Top Notch! My favorite is the #13 Gamjatang and #16 Wooguji Galbitang. Soups are flavorful and loaded with lots of meat! They don't skimp on the ingredients here! Love their kimchi!
Restaurant is clean and spacious with bright lighting.“

“Ordered the Galbi-jjim and it was so tender and flavorful! The ribs were fall off the bone. Add cheese for extra flavor and a fire show. The side dishes were tasty. Service was good.
Will be back to try the soup and other dishes!“

“At first didn't think much about the place due to the store front and name bbq chicken, figure it was just a regular chicken spot but I was in a mood for wings. While viewing the menu I was intrigued by the flavors offered. Once entering location it's was refreshing to smell and see the cleanliness and aroma of something that immediately caught my attention which had me anticipating greatness.. and thats not all, the service was to the Capital T. The gentleman at the register answer all my questions with plenty of recommendations based on my taste. I was more then pleased and I didn't even order yet. Once I ordered I couldn't wait for my honey garlic wings with a side of pickled radishes. After my order was completed I was handed a buzzer to inform me when my order was ready. Now I waited in the car not sure if there was seating in the back cause I didn't ask nor venture I just wanted to head to the car and express my opinion to my spouse.. no more than 10 -15 mins later give or take food was ready. Now let me tell you i very impressed by the smell. Plus the container was perfect fully closed with air pockets so the 🐔 could breath. Now this always makes a difference no matter how the food smell. Maintaining that crispyness I look for.. now let me get to this chicken. Boy/ Girl let me tell you, chicken sooooo good make you wanna slap your momma. Flavor 10, texture 10, plus the service 10, this a perfect game for me. Triple doubles. me and wifey was licking each other finger fighting for the last drip. Been a while since I had something this good in Cali. And I'm a new York wing head.. with this said I'll be back so I hope to see all y'all in there tomorrow, cause I'm definitely coming back, so lock me in for a lifetime membership. Was great to meet y'all at Bbq chicken in lomita“

“Must visit this place. I had half and half fried and marinated chicken with Tteokbokki, pasta and fried dumplings etc. I was not able to find a good korean fried chicken place for a long time and this place is the best. Also try the pasta and spicy rice cake as my teenage girls loved them. Must visit again soon to try the other menus as well such as the Army soup as that is also one of my favorite korean dishes. The owner is really nice as well!“

“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“Bomb!
Fried chicken was super tasty, not spicy at all if that's what you're looking for though.
Soy garlic ribs were really good too!
Both were way too much for two people. My wife and I are stuffed and there's enough for ones of to have lunch tomorrow.
Just have to wake up before she does and take it to work with me!“

“Best Korean restaurant in the LA or South Bay area if you’re looking for authentic home style Korean cooking! Menu has a good variety of dishes that are cooked so good 😋 Small place but food and service is fantastic. They have the best banchan(side dishes). Check it out when in Gardena you won’t be disappointed.“

“We got the duck combo plus the table-side fried rice and it was quite hefty. Can probably feed a good 4-5 people. The duck is grilled with potatoes, rice cakes, mushrooms, garlic & chives and the combo of everything works well and takes away from the usually gamieness associated with duck. The bean paste dipping sauce was probably my fave. The kimchi fried rice was pretty serious as it even had japchae in it. Combo also includes kimchi pancake, steam egg, corn cheese, bean paste soup. Definitely not your typical Kbbq spot, in a good way, and I dig that they specialize in things like duck and intestines, which I'll be trying on my next visit. Bonus points too for being close by in the South Bay where I live.“

“Delicious food that keeps me coming back! My personal go tos are the salmon poke and chicken katsu bowl; I think you get the most bang for your buck getting either one of those. Chill atmosphere with a nice and varied music playlist in the background. It gets fairly busy during the 12 PM lunch rush, but nothing too crazy for an unreasonable wait time. 5/5 stars!“

“I was thrilled to discover this restaurant, especially after all the Korean sashimi spots in South Bay closed down. I’ve visited multiple times and sampled a variety of dishes—including my absolute favorite, the halibut sashimi. Every dish I’ve tried has been packed with quality flavor, making it hard to choose just one favorite.
They specialize in Korean traditional comfort food, and it’s a treat to explore the different offerings. The owners—a husband and wife duo—cook and serve everything themselves, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like visiting family. They genuinely enjoy chatting with customers and always make sure you’re satisfied.
The halibut sashimi stands out not only for its taste but for its freshness—they catch it live from the tank right before serving. The restaurant’s name, “Jagalchi,” is meaningful too: it’s named after the famous fish market in Busan, South Korea, and symbolizes marine life, especially fish.“

“Me and the family came here during the week to try something new. Saw the food and menu and thought let’s do it.
Came in and got seated right away. Inside looks great with a lot of room and the staff was very friendly.
After looking over the menu, we picked more items than we thought we could handle. But all of it was amazing.
We ordered TTEOK BOKKI with ramen and cheese. Tasted great. Great texture and taste
Come with the Korean Style Spicy chicken. Perfectly cooked and seasoned and a hint of spice that gives it a great flavor.
Lastly we ordered the Spicy Pork Bulgogi. Just as the chicken, amazing. Spicer than the chicken by a tad but amazing taste
We ordered rice with it which probably why we didn’t finish half of the portions of each dish. The employees felt we didn’t like it but we took it home to eat again the following day!
Must try in the Gardena area. :) thank you!“

“This is an excellent place to get restaurant quality katsu at a very reasonable price. I had the tonkatsu combo. It came with soup, cabbage salad, steamed rich, and a delicious katsu sauce. The cutlet was perfectly cooked, and the breading was light and crispy, as it should be.“

“Stopped by Jang Su Jang in Torrance and the place was bustling, with only a few tables open for dine-in.
Ambiance (4/5): Lots of natural light mixed with warm-toned lighting creates a cozy and homey feel. The restaurant has plenty of space, with tables for both small groups and larger parties of up to 8. It was lively and loud inside, but in a good way—exactly the kind of noise level you’d expect at a thriving Korean spot. Beautifully decorated and welcoming.
Food (4/5): I ordered the Jangsu Bossam, which came with rice and two portion sizes of banchan. Everything was well-seasoned, with the cucumbers being the standout—crisp, fresh, and addictive. The bossam itself was flavorful and generously portioned (marketed for 2 but easily feeds 3). We also tried the bibimbap, which was satisfying and nicely done. Overall, both dishes were good, though not quite unforgettable.
Service (4/5): Since we ordered to go, I didn’t get the full dine-in experience, but ordering was quick, friendly, and efficient. I’ll update if I get the chance to try table service next time.
Overall: Solid Korean food in a cozy, busy setting. Worth returning to, though maybe not a place I’d find myself craving often.“

“Portion sizes here are undefeated. You get so much chicken in the small bowl. The grilled chicken is juicy and hot with a unique teriyaki sauce that steals the show. I really like their short grain rice as well. Great post-workout meal.
I used to frequent the Long Beach location and this spot tastes exactly the same thankfully. Area is a little rough but the store itself is clean and inviting.“

“It was seriously so good. My friends and I were looking for a place that was open late after playing cards, and this place hit the spot! It was 116 for five of us, and they kept refilling our sides whenever we ran out. Honestly, we've decided this might be our weekly spot to go to! A real gem“

“A nice restaurant for Korean comfort food. The bibimbap was good. It feels less Americanized than most restaurants, which was a good thing. We were a bit sad that the samgye tang didn’t have ginseng in it. I think it might be in the broth when they cook it but we usually get the real ginseng our dish too when ordering this. Overall, the taste was good.“

“Korean BBQ all you can eat. Pretty good, haven't been here in awhile...... used to be very cheap, now it's $25/person. Kids 5-7, $10. 8-11, $16. But most places have gone up since covid. No galbi here, just bulgogi, brisket, spicy pork, pork belly, chicken, and beef belly (thin sliced short rib). Not a whole variety but these are the main meats.“

“Finally - a solid, quality KBBQ option on the west side!
We ordered Course Combo A for 2, kimchi fried rice, dumplings, and the soybean paste stew. The meat was great quality, our server cooked the meats for us perfectly the entire time, and we left really full and satisfied! While the banchan might not have been as thorough/traditional as some spots in Koreatown, the flavors were still authentic and solid.
The ambiance inside was also nice, bright, and modern, making it the perfect spot for a date night (it's also right next door to AMC!!) or celebratory meal. Parking was also super easy and free in the structure.“

“Lately, I’ve been very into kimbap. However, I can be pretty picky about it in terms of what’s inside. There’s sooooo many options for what kind of kimbap you want. For me, I’m really into the beef kimbap. Kimbap Paradise has the best beef kimbap, in my opinion.
The restaurant is located in Torrance, super close to my home. It’s in a busy shopping center so there’s plenty of parking. I easily just call in my order and pick it up. It’s usually ready within 10/15 mins depending on how busy they are. I never dined in, but there’s lost of seating inside to do so. If you’re not a kimbap fan, they have many other Korean dishes to choose from.“

There's so many different things to try, you won't soon get bored here! The food comes out hot and carefully made to provide you the best experience possible! There's plenty of seating, plenty of parking, and a wonderful grocery to shop at before or after you eat! I encourage you to give it a try!
10/10 would recommend, I will return!“

“Amazing little Korean mom and pop shop in Gardena. The whole restaurant has maybe 4 tables, and when we got there for an early-ish lunch on Saturday, there were no other patrons. The auntie and uncle were very kind and brought us tea and banchan quickly, but the star of the show was the food. Delicious soup that came out quickly along with rice (choice of white or brown) and banchan. Portion sizes are huge!! Definitely get your money's worth here. The parking lot is pretty small and shared with a couple other restaurants. Heads up, the restaurant storefront signage is in Korean only. Will definitely be back to try some other soups!“

“First, I notice it's not flame brolier.
The portions are bigger. However, you can get your own sauce. They gave 2 small tiny teriyaki for a works bowl. Then, I was charged for extra sauce. The 2 she gives is not enough. You usually can put the sauce on yourself. Not here they give 2 per bowl.“

“This place is insane value. The sandwich ingredients are fresh and the chicken is very crispy. My second time going and it’s just as good as the first time.
If you like spicy the sauce is perfect numbing flavor. I already want to go back and can’t wait to try the other menu items.
Also if you like purple yam the Goguma latte is very creamy/rich and refreshing.
The owners are so nice and friendly- I’m surprised this place isn’t packed. Look forward to trying again soon.“

“I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I was actually worried about the undercooked meat comment because I am pregnant. Everything was perfect and i didnt have to ask for anything different. I asked for extra sauce and he just gave it too me happily. Also the restroom was available to use which was great for me. I got the half and half plate with extra extra avocado. Highly recommend !“

“Working from out of town and was craving some good chicken. Found this place and will be a for sure place I go to when I am out this way. I got the spicy original wings since it was my first time I got 8 just to see how i would like them and they did not dissappoint. The size of the wings were big I filled up on 5 and normally I can eat a lot. I got a side of fries with some ranch and their secret sauce (wasn’t my favorite) as well the hot spicy sauce (was delicious). Can’t wait to try more on the menu. First time having Korean chicken. Totally recommend this place.“
