“Delicious and nicely-decorated Bundt cakes. They have a great assortment of flavors and many size choices. Their cakes are always moist and their cream cheese frosting is great. Their employees are always friendly and efficient. All their flavors are very good but I recommend the white chocolate raspberry and the confetti cakes.“

“Came out because of an Eater article, stayed for the mochi pastries. Got an espresso cloud, a black sesame mochi cake bar, and a hojicha mochi muffin. Espresso cloud was tasty, black sesame cake had a great flavor, and the consistency of the hojicha muffin was spot on. Came on a Sunday morning so it was a bit packed and hard to hear orders get called out (hence the 4 star atmosphere), but would absolutely come back again.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the charming, highly-rated Hello You're Welcome café. They make and bake everything in house- you can even see the ovens. Really friendly staff with a slight hippie vibe. Some items were made with almond flour, like their giant chocolate chip cookie, so I had to skip them (allergic). I was pleasantly overwhelmed by a delicious gigantic frittata slice with bacon, onions, and tater tots inside. Togadachi coffee is really interesting: the beans were fermented with lavender. Extra sugar helped me adjust to the unique flavor. The wall full of retail items features coffee beans in VHS boxes, which is a first! I love their mugs and bought one to take home.“

“Yvonne and her team are the BEST of the BEST! Everything about the experience was exceptional. The team is so professional, organized, and prompt. They put so much love and care into the product. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was better than any cake I could've ever dreamed of! absolutely perfect in every way visually. The taste and texture was phenomenal, even the non vegan/GF party guests were RAVING that it was the best cake they'd ever had. It is so hard to find a fully vegan/GF bakery that does cakes that are artistic, unique, and STUNNING- I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne and her amazing team. “If you’re looking for an allergy-friendly bakery, this is well worth the visit! We’re visiting from out of town and I just wish there was a place as just as careful as back home. I got really excited and got almost one of everything. There’s a small counter for sitting and eating. These were the first allergen free cupcakes I’ve eaten that don’t taste a little weird, which was so refreshing and exciting. Fun innovative flavors as well 💕“

“This place came to the rescue!!! The wedding cake I had made fell over on the long drive. It was a disaster!! Other bakeries near the wedding venue were already closed and others needed at least 48 hour notice… the wedding was happening NOW. I called Sonora Bakery in my final desperate attempt, explained the situation, sent them a picture of the cake and within minutes, they got to work. The cake was delicious and the wedding was saved. Thank you Sonora Bakery…. You have a customer for life!“

“What a fun spot to take your pup! Dog friendly outdoor patio where you can sit with your leashed pup, plus a mini “dog park”, which is really better suited as a place you can hang with your dog off leash! I love how Muddy Paw supports local animal charities 💕

“First time coming here. Just wanted a cute vegan spot for coffee with some food. They had so many options it was hard to choose. I ended up ordering something extra to go. Everything was so good. I had the breakfast sandwich, dirty chai latte, jackfruit tacos and a tart with apples and almonds. It’s bittersweet that I live in South LA otherwise I’d be here every week. 😅“

“I’ve been to the DTLA Arts District location so many times, so I was shocked (in the best way) to discover this one so close to home. The space is modern, clean, and has a cool vibe — though I still lean toward the unique Arts District atmosphere. What really stands out is the pizza: same incredible quality as DTLA. Blindfold me and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.

The only thing to keep in mind is that pizza by the slice can add up — if you’re thinking of grabbing more than two, a fresh pie might be the smarter move. Either way, I’m thrilled to have another amazing spot nearby!“

T-Swirl Crépe is a Japanese crepes franchise that offer the finest crepes in America. This location is at a large plaza in Temple City. They have the freshest ingredients and all are Gluten-free! Also, they have smoothie and milk tea. It was my first time here and perused their vast list. I had a mini Berry crepe and it taste good. For me it hits everything from the light sweetness to texture to flavor.

Service was modest. Staff were competent. Prices were fair that match the quality. Atmosphere was relaxing. Vibe was okay. Seats were comfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my Japanese crepe. I recommend you visit. I shall return.“

“We ordered the pecan pie for Thanksgiving. It was the best part of our meal!! I've gone through a lot of pecan pies in my life. Always disappointed that the crust doesn't have the right amount of salt to balance the sweetness or that sweet gooey stuff around the pecans is artificial tasting or the pecans don't taste right. This pie is perfect from start to finish. It's made with real butter which I can taste. The pecans seem to be just slightly roasted and there's lots of them. I'm so happy with this place. I'm ready to try their other products. We ordered online and everything worked out perfectly. There's a bit of a line out the door but you have to understand why. It's just really really good. I cannot eat a pecan pie from anywhere else at this point. Thank you, Susiecakes!!“

Today’s pilgrimage finds me in Sierra Madre at Syndicate, a fantastic find nestled comfortably downtown on Sierra Madre Blvd. Plenty of street parking and a beautiful place to take a stroll if you don’t score a spot immediately out front. The vibe is instantly welcoming, decor is colorfully minimalist, that’s probably not a thing, but it’s the best descriptor I have. The baristas are friendly, skilled and true devotees to all things coffee, even willing to share some potential sites to visit on the next LAtte stop. The coffee itself is excellent, rich, flavorful and no hint of bitterness. I went with oat milk this time and it paired perfectly with the blend, rich creamy, delicious! I can wholeheartedly recommend a visit should you find yourself in the area, or even if your not- expand your horizons and make it a destination, it’s worth it.“

“I had the best experience here at melrose bakery. I was searching online for Italian bread for sandwiches and found this gem. Nancy was super helpful, I ended up leaving with 2 giant loafs of sourdough bread. All for $5! I originally wanted rolls but those need to be ordered ahead of time. They are a wholesale store and open to the public. I followed the exact instructions on the reviews to find this place. Awesome place!“

“Cakery Bakery was kind enough to donate a few dozen cupcakes to a community celebration at Flintridge Bookstore this past weekend. They were enjoyed by all the children in attendance - delicious! Thank you, Cakery Bakery for your support of this local event (Where's Waldo Local) and of other small indie businesses.“

“Came here with my wife and got yogurt. Tart was not working so the girl kindly got it working for me. I left a $2 tip. The owner comes in at the end of her shift, takes the money from the can . I may have mistaken, but that was dirty imop. Give the tips to the workers..

“This was my first time having Ben's and my first time visiting a ghost kitchen. There's limited street parking in front of the kitchen, and there's parking on the side at the former Rite Aid lot. When your food is ready for pickup, pull up your email confirmation to scan at one of the kiosks/screens inside the ghost kitchen. A woman brought my food up once I scanned my email confirmation.

As for the food, it all tasted good and fresh. It's a healthy and reasonably priced fast food option. I had the chicken hearty bowl with a side of chickpeas and potatoes. All of it was so good.

The only reason I removed a star was the tiny portion of chicken I received with my bowl. Other than that, I'd definitely try this place out again.“

“I just got the 5-day cleanse. First time I ordered and of course they packaged it wrong according to the person that I've been emailing with. One of the soups seal was broken and it leaked out. Very disappointed with the customer service because she says that they can't send me a replacement soup just to $12 refund for the one that was damaged. I don't know how I'm supposed to do the 5-day cleanse next week as planned as I am now short a soup 😔 First and last order if they can't make this right. UPDATE: I guess they did the best that they could to make it right. They found me a similar soup on Amazon and are sending it to me since for some reason they can't send a replacement soup of theirs“
