You order through a QR code at the table, and my go-to is the Deluxe Mazemen—basically a dry Japanese noodle bowl loaded with toppings. The flavors are deep, rich, and full of umami. It can get a little heavy, but that’s where the vinegar comes in—just add a splash to balance it out.

The chashu pork in the deluxe is tender and flavorful, and the noodles are always cooked just right. Once you finish most of your noodles, you can ask for a free scoop of rice to mix with the leftover toppings—a perfect way to round out the meal. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying their broth (I think it’s chicken and pork based)—a warm, comforting finish after all that richness.

“I am only rating the popcorn chicken Ramen! That is the item I've had 4 times. The restaurant is kinda hidden. If you ever go there, they are right in front of the alhambra carwash and its in a brick building.

The chicken is mild. Medium or hot spice level. Soup is super hot and tasty.

It is quite a treat. You should definitely try this item if its your 1st time. If you are mexican and like spicy like me get medium spice and xtra spice on the side in case you like it very spicy! Will definitely keep going.“

They can easily accommodate my kid’s random eating habits and they have options outside of ramen for that one person in the group that just isn’t in the mood. “Hidden gem serving yakitori and ramen place in Arcadia!
The service was impeccable. Place wasn't too crowded, likely because we came on Sunday at 3 pm. Believe they also recently opened.
All dishes were well seasoned and balanced. I ordered several yakitori along with grilled herring, squid, and takoyaki. Definitely try the cold okra. It's refreshing and delicious! The grilled squid is so good!
I will definitely be returning to try their ramen. So happy this yummy yakitori/ramen place opened around Arcadia area. Saves me a drive to Tokoyo town.“

“A great spot that is casual, comfortable, delicious and filling. The food is very well made and extremely satisfying. Their signature is the Katsu curry and it really hits the spot. Had to wait around 20 minutes on Sunday evening since it is so popular. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are lots of cute duck decorations inside too. Highly recommended for a quick and delicious meal.“

The workers were so nice and the one guy was asking every single person that came to the counter if they were okay/ if they enjoyed their food which I thought was very sweet. Music was a bit loud but I was by myself so that’s the only reason I noticed. Highly recommend going if you’re looking for a ramen spot and it looked like they had a lot to choose from sushi wise.“

Choice of thin or thick noodles, u gotta tell them. Interior is decent. Tables and seats are cool. Parking n the back.
U gotta pay and giv order at register first then they give u a number and then just sit anywhere. Be sure to tip then too or leave 11% gratuity or both. Or bring cash to leave on table before u leave after u eat. Theyre not servers but they do bring your food out for u.
Seating is limited. If its busy u gotta wait until seats r available! Give the employee a chance to clean before you get in the way & sit down.
I didnt like the seasoning on the edamame bc of the salt size and its lemon citrus-y yuzu sauce. Not my prefernce, wouldnt get it again or jus order without the sauce.
The spicy topping is nice and spicy, im getting 2 or 3 next time. I can taste the quality in this food! Its good. The music they were playing was cool. They were working really hard.
The vegan broth was really thick like a cashew alfredo which usually isnt my preference for ramen but it was good. Check website for menu. Help urself to water & such. Def would go back. Cashless & over a dozen locations. I added seaweed egg spicy sauce garlic. They also need to kno if u want a whole egg or half.“

Yesenia was our server and she was a 10/10 all-around super professional server from the moment we set fot in the establishment. The food itself is unmatched. I have been to their San Gabriel location at least 3 or 4 times and this place is just as good in terms of flavor and quality. The ambiance is great, the server even went as far as lowering the window blinds after some new customers walked in and they sat close to one of the windows. Tsukemen will forever remain as my favorite kind of Ramen (it's basically cold noodles that you dip in a hot and salty broth served in a small bowl on the side). One of the assistant managers offered to help me in how to eat it but I was already familiar with the concept, so I thanked her for her offer and proceeded to eat. The fried chicken is another ball game, it's literally Japanese fried chicken but they also add a touch of some sort of honey-based syrup that makes it 100 times better. “Great spot for noodles! They are Lanzhou style with 7 different varieties to choose from! This restaurant is located in Atlantic Times Square. There is underground parking that can be accessed on Atlantic or Hellman. If entering from Atlantic, take the upstairs ramp. The restaurant is very close to AMC. (You can park downstairs, but you will need to find the stairs to walk up.)

I do like the N2 braised beef noodle soup, N5 lamb noodle soup, and N4 spicy beef noodle soup. I love the flat noodles! I tried the beef rolls $12.99, but it's such a small portion. The ones at 101 Noodle Express are better (and they have a good green sauce too).

“My family and I come here often for dinner but usually during weekends when it gets packed. We went on a Wednesday evening and there were just a handful of tables with customers. We ordered a few items from their happy hour menu. Perhaps because it wasn't very busy, their yakitori was perfectly cooked. The pork cutlet curry rice was very good as usual; the cutlet was so crispy and the pork was juicy. My son also enjoyed the ramen.“
