“My son and I YELPED for Mexican food.Good Mexican Food, and decided to give this place a try. I had the Spicy Shrimp Plate, and my son had the Steak and Spicy Prawns. They also provide Tortilla Chips and a Salsa Bar. The guy who cooked our food, knows how to cook! My shrimp was absolutely a balance of green/red peppers, onions, in a slightly sweet, savory and mildly spicy sauce. The Rice was done just right(not dried out).The Black Beans, were tender, with just the right amount of salt. The Iceberg lettuce and sliced radish was cold, fresh and crispy— Served with a dollop of sour cream, avocado sauce; a slice of tomato and sprinkle of Mexican cheese top the salad - it did a nice job to balance the heat of the main course. Everything was well executed. The overall indoor atmosphere is very clean, simple and no frills. Love their neon menu signage. And, their prices are reasonable. Thank you for the delicious meal. Was a little noshy, Got tempted by the menu and ordered the breakfast burrito, friend ordered avocado toast. Food was super delicious and garnished nicely. Atlas is bringing good times back to down town San Bruno. Make it one of your first post pandemic stops!”

“I've been to a couple Shari's locations, mostly up in the northern parts of California and have always had a positive experience and impression. This particular spot was no different and in fact, have not enjoyed a Shari's more than this one location.

The premises are great, yeah, a bit dated, but clean and the views from here are spectacular. It is an easy on & off place from the freeway in a not too congested part of town.

The service was spot on and the food that me and my buddy had was good. Seriously, there was nothing to complain about. And so to those who expected more from a chain restaurant, I don't know what you were envisioning, but I think you'd have to recalibrate your expectations.

These folks did a great job with our food, efficient service and providing a good atmosphere. I'd definitely put this place on my regular rotation now that my friend introduced me to it.

“Stopped in to Newell's for a pre dinner drink. We just kind of stumbled on this place. How does one know where to get a good cocktail when you're an out of towner!?
Well let me tell you about Newell's.. The bartender was fabulous! She wasn't even sure what a certain drink was but she more than nailed it! It was right on! My Cadillac margarita was potent! I managed to wobble out of there to my next destination.. but barely! They do not serve food but our sweet bartender brought popcorn in order to save me embarrassment! It was a fun experience and I think I may have to return!”

“I have been to many IHOPs, especially to the ones in SF, SSF, DC, by far this is the best IHOP you can go to in terms of food, service and everything. Most IHOPs I been to aren’t as good as this one.

Jessica has been holding it down for so long as she always welcomes you with warmth and a nice smile! The service is amazing, the food I always cooked right and they never get the orders wrong nor do they take too long to take your order or make the food, they simply value your satisfaction.

Personally I like supporting smaller local business especially because I own one down the street, but this IHOP deserves that same kind of love.”

“A no-frills place for authentic comfort Chinese (and a few other non-Chinese but still Asian) dishes that is very convenient for those arriving late at SFO airport (they open past midnight). Walking distance to a few hotels or to a bus stop along El Camino Real, which passes several hotels in the area. I ordered the beef rib pho and fried oysters. I was satisfied with my meal and the beef rib was tender and flavorful. If ever I arrive in SF late at night on another trip, I won't hesitate to eat at this restaurant again.”

The flavour profiles were delectable and riddled with subtle, yet distinct notes erupting from the aftertaste. It was surprise after surprise of flavourful tones. I was grateful that I selected the 7-course menu. My significant other had to surrender at dessert. The 10-course menu would have been too much (l experienced it the first time here). “I love this damn place! I am from LA County and just HAVE to stop here at some point whenever I visit. I usually get the shao mai, beef roll pancake, or the pork shrimp dumplings w/ chives. Recently tried the pan fried Shanghai dumplings and enjoyed them. That honey flavored grapefruit drink? Maaaaaan SO GOOD. I usually get two of those because they are just so tasty and refreshing.”

“The food tasted OK at Little Vietnamese Bistro. There were two other parties when I ate here at 6pm on a Thursday night. Slow night. Food arrived shortly after I ordered. The chicken papaya salad $15 was drenched in fish sauce. It was a wet salad with a lot of nuts and shredded steamed chicken. The little pieces of crunchy dried garlic was a nice touch. It would have been nicer if there were more herbs like Thai Basil, cilantro or mint to make it more fragrant. The side of five spice chicken $7 looked dry, but it wasn't. It was juicy inside with a light coating of spices. At other restaurants, the skin can be rubbery. Little Viet Bistro cooked this correctly.

You can order in Chinese. The staff spoke fluent Cantonese to customers and Mandarin among themselves. Good job everyone at Little Viet Bistro.”

“I came in on (9/1) right before 7 pm with 3 of my friends. It seemed a little busy for a monday…well, it’s labor day. Our server, Betty (i think) made sure to keep bringing us fresh biscuits while we waited on our food. Betty was exceptionally sweet. I think we were her last table but she went out of her way to be nice to us. One of my friends had a togo order and she waited to make sure the burger got to us before she left her shift. she was so genuinely gracious, pleasant and accommodating We all hope she is working the next time we are in. she’s a great server.❤️ we’re already planning our next trip”

“Good taco salads here in their San Bruno location. It was $11.29 + $2.49 for the added steak. That crispy flicky taco shell revivals the best of them. Free chips! If you want to mix it up, their mango salsa is a very unique La Salsa thing. They tend to get rid of the mango salsa during the holiday season though. Plenty of seats and service was excellent for a counter ordering restaurant. The cashier is also the chef.

About La Salsa, I used to visit their SF Battery St. location near my office in the 2000's before they closed. Also previously in the 2000's, I used to visit their Mountain View location every other Saturday before going to Fry's Electronics. Their food is healthy if you order the right things.”

“We were visiting friends and decided to eat here. Its a great little gem. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable and the sever was great. The food didnt take long at all. The place was clean and not too loud.
I noticed quite a bit of locals here which is always a good thing.
I dont know about parking as we took a Waymo here.
I had the enchiladas with green sauce with an extra taco. My wife had the really big burrito. I was able to eat all mine, which was the perfect amount and my wife had to take half the burrito home.
Overall well worth a visit of you like no fuss great food.”

Their Bonchon is some of the best we have ever tasted. Especially, their Kimchi. We have tried many different brands of Kimchi from Korean supermarkets. The shop is compact where it is strictly to go only, you can either order from the kiosk or a staff can help you at the counter. Their menu consists of milk tea, slushies, specialty drinks, snacks, etc. The staffs here are well trained and quick with orders. I typically get a milk tea and a popcorn chicken when I make my visits. I recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you are on a limited time or if you just want something quick. The premises are great, yeah, a bit dated, but clean and the views from here are spectacular. It is an easy on & off place from the freeway in a not too congested part of town.

The service was spot on and the food that me and my buddy had was good. Seriously, there was nothing to complain about. And so to those who expected more from a chain restaurant, I don't know what you were envisioning, but I think you'd have to recalibrate your expectations.

These folks did a great job with our food, efficient service and providing a good atmosphere. I'd definitely put this place on my regular rotation now that my friend introduced me to it.

“Atlas is a unique place. I’ve stopped by with friends for an event but not really had the full Atlas experience until tonight. I had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The Italian garlic combo! Friendly staff, wine and beer, tonight there was live music on the patio area. Max the owner is a wonderful host who is very active in the San Bruno community. Atlas is bringing good times back to down town San Bruno. Make it one of your first post pandemic stops!”

“I have been to many IHOPs, especially to the ones in SF, SSF, DC, by far this is the best IHOP you can go to in terms of food, service and everything. Most IHOPs I been to aren’t as good as this one.

Jessica has been holding it down for so long as she always welcomes you with warmth and a nice smile! The service is amazing, the food I always cooked right and they never get the orders wrong nor do they take too long to take your order or make the food, they simply value your satisfaction.

Personally I like supporting smaller local business especially because I own one down the street, but this IHOP deserves that same kind of love.”

“Love this place!! Randomly chose this place (good gôogle reviews and in the neighborhood) to meet a friend for a hot drink. Was a little noshy, Got tempted by the menu and ordered the breakfast burrito, friend ordered avocado toast. Food was super delicious and garnished nicely. Made friends w the enthusiastic and gregarious staff. Enjoyed everything about this place! all the small touches, the awesome art on the wall and the welcoming comfy atmosphere made it a great first impression. Thanks Chris and "Papa" for some scrumptious food, perfection in a Mexican cocoa, and for making us feel like we came to exactly the right place. 😃😉☺️...
