“We attended the 20th annual Celebrate the Craft. It was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the event. The waitstaff at the bar was friendly and provided excellent service.“

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

The menu has a great variety, from poke bowls to grilled fish, all with bold, well-balanced flavors. Hannah was one of the most professional and knowledgeable waitresses I have ever had. She was tremendous! I tried the poke bowl and it was delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also on point, with a nice selection of craft cocktails and sake. Service was friendly and attentive, though the restaurant was a bit busy, so there was a slight wait for our food. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and I'd definitely come back. Perfect spot for a casual yet high-quality seafood meal! Would definitely recommend for seafood lovers or anyone looking for a great dining experience.“

“The Station Tavern is a great family eatery. Pet and kid friendly. Our family gathering was delightful. Staff was very accommodating as some of us arrived early to secure a table the rest 30 minutes later. Staff kept checking to make sure everyone was accommodated.

“This place is has one of the best smash burgers in San Diego!! I got the Baja Deck and the flavor came together like a symphony in my mouth. The fresh jalapeños, paired with the Chipotle aioli had the perfect level of spicy with being overwhelming. The bacon ? was perfectly thick and I didn't have to search to find it like other burger joints that I've been too. The patty wasn't over smashed, so one patty was good enough for me. The other options look good as well. Definitely NOT a menu that'll leave you stressed out from all the options. Well balanced. The shoestring truffle fries ? were delicious and not overly smuttered with truffle oil. Definitely a good amount for the price! The price is premium, so don't expect it to be cheap. We'll worth it though. Stop by and get burger if you're looking to try something new.“

“Bf and I wanted to get a quick bite before our movie at the AMC started and was immediately greeted by Matilda with some of the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at a burger place, let alone a mall location. Matilda was very sweet and would always check up on us while we dined in, offering to clear our table and asked if we needed any extra sauces, etc. pls give Matilda their flowers because they definitely deserve it!! That’s how you do customer service <3 May Matilda’s pillow always be cold on both sides haha“

“When coming it I usually come with my mom, everytime I always get the Nashville sliders. They have the perfect spice level along with a tender crunch. The staff there are very sweet as well, same with being with good service, the manager. Sadie, our sever was very heart warming and welcoming making sure we were able to get seated and food served, the service here was just as fast. This restaurant down in OB will always be my favorite spot to go too!“

“Came here for dinner not really knowing the area. Saw that this was a small place in a shopping center so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was a pleasant surprise. By far one of the best burgers in SD! Great flavor from the meat, bun was light and not overly bready, the sauce was a great addition and of course having real cheddar helped too. Overall just a fantastic burger. Will definitely be coming back here!

“Heard about Hodads from Guy Fieri.......my mother and I went to check it out....... I ordered the Guido burger with fries and my mother ordered a single cheese burger with onion rings.......I also ordered a michelada also........Guido burger was really good and fries were ok.......Michelada was kind of small but good.......kind of expensive though......my mother loved the onion rings and her burger.......another note I took was the music being played......when we first arrived the music was late 70s and the were great songs that I had forgotten about.......then at some point the music changed to what sound like punk rock.......not to sure about the punk rock because the punk rock I know from the 80s is a little different than the punk rock now a days......over all it was a good experience and I will be going back“

“This little spot was fantastic! Truly some of the best food I've had in SD. I ordered the Godzilla hot dog, my husband got the Pastrami Tsunami, and we shared the pierogi plus grabbed a couple beers. The service was friendly and super fast. The food was fresh, and I think the sign said they make their own sausages. The sausage was phenomenal: flavorful, spicy without being overbearing, and seemed lean (no squishy, fatty deposits). The food, although very comfort forward, didn't leave us feeling heavy. The seating is all outdoor at little patio style tables just down from a little fishing pier and next to The Rady Shell. This is now one of my favorite spots; looking forward to going back.“

“It was our first time at Belmont Park and this was the first place we ate at. My wife and I split a large fries and the souvenir drink and I had the fried chicken sandwich. I thought the food tasted really good! The fries have this great battered texture and are irresistable to eat. The chicken sandwich had a touch of apice that helped keep the flavors just interesting enough. The chicken could have maybe been a little thicker and the prices could have maybe been slightly cheaper but I have no real complaints. We'd eat here again!

Oh, and after leaving a review on Yelp, we were able to get free soft serve ice cream. We really appreciated the gesture, though the ice cream was just OK. Not much flavor.“
