“Brunch done right with generous portion. No line on a Thursday morning. We came here through Yelp recommendations. The staff were very welcoming and came by to check on our table often. Donny was our server. Restaurant was clean and roomy. We ordered Carnitas Breakfast Skillet and Chicken Waffles. Both so good. Apple pie was good too. Not too sweet. Would come back in the future!“

“My roommate and I have been coming here for a while, it's easily one of our favorite regular spots. The atmosphere is stylish and gives off great vibes and always feels welcoming. The food is always fresh coming from local California farms. The drink menu is solid with all of the staples and some with added twists. The owners Chris and Jenn are amazing, they and their staff are always kind and provide incredible service. Other points to consider are the burger of the month, a rotating culinary delight often themed and always delicious, and the establishment holds many different events from art shows, drink and paint, trivia and so many others. Honestly, it's always a great place with friendly people. Chris and Jenn are leaders in the community and work to not only provide delicious food, and a great experience but also work hard to make the community better. Would recommend, and do recommend to everyone and anyone. 5/5 stars.“

“The Station Tavern is a great family eatery. Pet and kid friendly. Our family gathering was delightful. Staff was very accommodating as some of us arrived early to secure a table the rest 30 minutes later. Staff kept checking to make sure everyone was accommodated.

Kid-friendliness: Play area for kiddos and dogs. The area is kept clean. Bowls for watering pets.“

“This place is has one of the best smash burgers in San Diego!! I got the Baja Deck and the flavor came together like a symphony in my mouth. The fresh jalapeños, paired with the Chipotle aioli had the perfect level of spicy with being overwhelming. The bacon ? was perfectly thick and I didn't have to search to find it like other burger joints that I've been too. The patty wasn't over smashed, so one patty was good enough for me. The other options look good as well. Definitely NOT a menu that'll leave you stressed out from all the options. Well balanced. The shoestring truffle fries ? were delicious and not overly smuttered with truffle oil. Definitely a good amount for the price! The price is premium, so don't expect it to be cheap. We'll worth it though. Stop by and get burger if you're looking to try something new.“

Rosemarie’s is pronounced Rosemary’s if the guy answering the phone knew what he was doing, but I like to think it’s rohz-muh-rees because that’s more unique and endearing. It’s a two-location tiny burger spot that specializes in sliders. As a lover of variety, this is like a burger heyday because I get to try not one but two burgers! Now don’t be fooled… these “sliders” could probably slide right in with a smaller traditional burger… because they’re large for a slider. I got the Rosiemac and the Little Sal and both were delicious. Clearly they are starting with a good product so any of their creative combinations are going to be good. The Little Sal was my favorite with its onion confit and bacon whiskey sauce - it’s like the royalty of flavors were having a party and thank goodness I was invited. The onion rings and dipping sauce were also great aspects to the party. If you’re not a beer drinker (this seems to keep haunting me) the drink selection is limited. But it was the perfect excuse for a Mexican Coke which paired better than any brew in my opinion. Cheers to Rosemarie’s for taking sliders to the next level with their innovative delicious creations that start with a flavorful, juicy burger!

“Bf and I wanted to get a quick bite before our movie at the AMC started and was immediately greeted by Matilda with some of the best hospitality I’ve ever gotten at a burger place, let alone a mall location. Matilda was very sweet and would always check up on us while we dined in, offering to clear our table and asked if we needed any extra sauces, etc. pls give Matilda their flowers because they definitely deserve it!! That’s how you do customer service <3 May Matilda’s pillow always be cold on both sides haha“

“Heard about Hodads from Guy Fieri.......my mother and I went to check it out....... I ordered the Guido burger with fries and my mother ordered a single cheese burger with onion rings.......I also ordered a michelada also........Guido burger was really good and fries were ok.......Michelada was kind of small but good.......kind of expensive though......my mother loved the onion rings and her burger.......another note I took was the music being played......when we first arrived the music was late 70s and the were great songs that I had forgotten about.......then at some point the music changed to what sound like punk rock.......not to sure about the punk rock because the punk rock I know from the 80s is a little different than the punk rock now a days......over all it was a good experience and I will be going back“

I ordered the Godzilla hot dog, my husband got the Pastrami Tsunami, and we shared the pierogi plus grabbed a couple beers. The service was friendly and super fast. The food was fresh, and I think the sign said they make their own sausages. The sausage was phenomenal: flavorful, spicy without being overbearing, and seemed lean (no squishy, fatty deposits). The food, although very comfort forward, didn't leave us feeling heavy. The seating is all outdoor at little patio style tables just down from a little fishing pier and next to The Rady Shell. This is now one of my favorite spots; looking forward to going back.“
