“We kicked off our girls weekend at High Camp Winery, and it was the perfect start to our trip! From the moment we arrived, the experience was welcoming and relaxed — and a huge part of that was thanks to Erin, our server.
Erin was absolutely fantastic! She was fun, personable, and made us feel like we were longtime friends. She took her time with us, never rushed, and made sure we were having a great time while learning about the wines. Her energy really set the tone for the rest of our weekend.
The wines were delicious, the atmosphere was laid-back and beautiful, and we left with great memories (and a few bottles!). Can’t recommend this place — or Erin — enough. We’ll definitely be back!“
“Excellent wine! Loved them all! 🍷“
“Angela, the owner was/is awesome. Her daughter, the manager, super lovely. The wine… superb. Maybe the best we’ve had all weekend. You can actually taste the flavors suggested in the wine notes. The strawberry. The watermelon. All of them. A “should” visit when coming to Paso.“
“So glad we visited Tackitt Vineyards on our retirement tour through Paso Robles... Meeting Leon the owner and finding out we share the same birthday and year was pretty cool.. Would have loved to try the Cask Six Three ... Wines are all good and conversation always a plus... Thank you for a wonderful experience!“
“Put this on your list if you’re visiting Paso! 10/10 we loved the whole vibe. Gorgeous views from their outdoor spaces, rolling hills and vineyards in the distance while you sit under a beautiful oak and listen to a fountain. We loved every wine in our flight, and the price was right! I think our servers name was Buck or Brock, so knowledgeable and helpful! Adored the whole experience!“
“Cinquain winery has a great selection of powerhouse wines on the full spectrum. Be sure to make an appointment with them on your next visit to Paso Robles and stop in for a a tasting. You won’t be disappointed.“
“Always fun, always great wine and great food and great staff.“

“Bon Niche Cellars is seriously one of the best kept secrets of Paso Robles. I visit and taste every time Im in the area. Melani is the owner and winemaker. In addition to being a great winemaker, she is also a Navy veteran and is part of the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail, a great collection of boutique hand-crafted wineries in the San Miguel area of Paso.
A really cool thing about her winery and her wines is that her vineyard is SIP Certified, which means shes organic and doesn't use any chemicals in growing her grapes or producing her wines. She has quite the minagerie of barnyard assistants to help keep the vineyard well manicured, including goats, sheep, donkies and Kune Kune pigs. You can spend an afternoon there enjoying the scenery, the animals and some great wines.
Because she’s only open for tastings a few times a year, scheduling an appointment is highly encouraged. Bonus - Bon Niche is dog friendly!“
