“I had a very bad experience with Uber Eats a week and a half ago, but Black Angus went above and beyond to correct the situation.

They didn't have to, as it was out of their hands, but they STILL did.

I am so appreciative to their commitment to going above and beyond in their services, that I hopped onto an app to praise the way they handled the situation.

If I could give a fist-bump to the manager, I would. 5 STARS.

“My family and I drive from San Diego every year to eat at this amazing gem. The ambiance is casual to formal. The view is spectacular, come close to sunset to see it. The salad/soup bar are excellent and come with every meal. The portions are large so you will most likely take half home. The service is always great, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have yet to come to a holiday brunch but ive heard great reviews.“

“Really enjoyed my visit to Season 52! The food was fresh and seasonal, and the vibe was relaxed but still nice enough for a special night out. Service was good too, Michael recommended the pork chop which I rarely get, but as he said it was an explosion of flavors, very moist with a perfect cook to it! A must try!!“

“The Eddie V's Newport Beach location is by far our favorite restaurant. We have always enjoyed our dining experiences here for many years. We are beyond sad to hear that this location is closing over the lease renewal with The Irvine Co. We hope that both parties can work this out. It would be a terrible loss if Eddie V's Newport Beach closes.“

“We had the chicken kabab, shawarma, hummus trio and falafel plate and all the things were fresh and delicious. I especially liked that everything was spiced and seasoned very well and the falafels were crispy outside and moist inside and very flavorful. Highly recommended

“I visited Yard House on a Thursday night, which wasn't too busy, but still kinda hyped. I was greeted by the host and sat at the Bar. The drinks were so good. I tried the Lavender lemon drop Martini, and it was amazing. The host recommended their whiskey glazed salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. All the staff were super friendly and I had a great experience at this location.“

“Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I had menu questions they were happy to clarify. They have a QR code with a picture menu. Their rice bowls are only served at lunch and we are already planning our next trip back to try them.“

“We recently held our company Christmas party at Twenty Eight Restaurant, and it was the best venue we’ve ever had. 

The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—extremely tender—and the salmon dish was very fresh. They offered a selection of top-shelf liquors, and the dessert was just right: not too heavy or too sweet.

If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend this place.

“Had a work team lunch last week. We’re used to sacrificing food for a gorgeous ocean view… not at BLK… we got both. The food, drinks, service was superb. I had the best Chilean seabass anywhere-it was cooked to perfection -crispy outside/juicy inside (see pictures)!!! The Brussels sprouts were sooo good and the French fries looks and tastes like fresh made. The calamari was also very fresh tasting.
Their drink menu is almost as long as food menu.
Blake, aka master bartender and waiter and photographer ?, will make custom drinks, exactly to your liking.
Can’t thank Blake and the Chef there enough for making such a memorable time for all of us.
Everyone had a great time and we all want to come back.

“Old classic American steakhouse. Bartenders are outstanding and pour a good drink not your standard 1 oz. . The Owners Jeff and Steve have greatly improved the place the last several years. I've seen their business increase. The food is very good and competitively priced. Some comments I read earlier that it was overly priced they must go to Denny's a lot. The weekends get packed. Sometimes 1-2 hour wait for dinner. They have entertainment on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. They also have great Happy Hour specials M-F. I'm just another happy customer that has been coming in for years.“

“What a fantastic dining experience this evening at The Bungalow in Corona Del Mar. The hostesses were very friendly and professional as was the Valet attendant. We were seated at a lovely booth in the dining room. Derrick was our server extraordinare. What an amazing person, professional and kind. We started with drinks and my wife had her favorite, Don Julio Blanco with Topo Chico and three limes muddled with mint and I had bottled water and a soft drink. We both started with salads and my wife had the Cesar salad and I had the wedge. Both salads were presented well and very tasty. Oscar, another fine individual came by and brought us fresh bread and also attended to our table. We so enjoyed the evening with great conversation and fantastic food. Derrick took our entree order as well and my wife had the seabass entree, butterfield and I had the filet mignon entree with melted blue cheese and a side of sautéed spinach. The meals came out beautifully prepared and presented and the taste of both meals were excellent. I finished with an Americano and some additional conversation and then Kevin, one of the managers, stopped by to thank us for coming in while asking how everything was. We thanked Kevin and praised the staff, food and overall experience. Highly recommended ?“

“Have eaten here about 3 times in the last year so far. Services is always good and friendly. Plenty of parking outside. The place is mostly clean. During my last visit a few weeks ago my niece ordered a burger medium well and it looked great when it arrived. However, when she bit into it she had a 3" x 2" strip of greasy paper in her mouth. This was either paper from the burger or from the cheese. We don't know. The waiter and manager were alerted and they offered to replace the burger with a fresh one and comp the meal. They also gave her a free dessert for the trouble. The waiter apologized profusely every time he came to the table. For this I'll say service is great. However, they need to pay more attention in the kitchen to begin with.“
