“I arrived last minute, feeling unwell and not in the best condition. Surprisingly, they didn’t turn anyone away who wanted a plate. It was genuinely the first time in a while that I felt truly cared for and ensured that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, was taken care of. To the hardworking cooks and chefs, and the dedicated servers, I want to express my deepest gratitude. All I wanted was a bowl of soup, but you went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a plate before they left, even as you were closing up shop. A special thank you to Almira and Jackie for their exceptional service.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but the family outside you served was happy, the full house inside was happy, and this girl with just a bowl of soup is happy. I genuinely believe that they deserve a raise. It’s time to have a conversation about it. Please make it happen. “My only question is why do you only have a 4.3 this should be five stars all the way across the board, I would only imagine because too many people don’t recognize delicious authentic amazing Chinese food piping hot. I’ve been there several times dine in and dine out and I have been 100% satisfied.

I didn’t even have to wait that long however I would have waited a full half hour for this amazing delicious authentic Chinese food

“Hidden gem in the mall!! It is located in the 3rd level of Bloomingdale's. They have really good burgers and fries ! I tend to usually get the half salad/half soup/half sandwich option (you get to pick 2 out of the 3). Their service is normally amazing unless they are understaffed at the moment and they happen to get busy during that time. Must try their frozen yogurt at least once, i recommend the plain tart, with raspberry sauce and almonds.“

“I am by no means a seolleongtang connoisseur but Hanbat is well-known for a reason! They have a very small menu but they are very good at what they serve. I opted for the brisket in the soup. The beef bone broth is very beefy and the brisket is very tender. The meat to soup ratio is higher than what I expected, probably also because it sinks to the bottom of the bowl. Their rice was perfectly chewy and fluffy, and kimchi was refreshing. Keep in mind that to-go containers are an extra $0.50 so bring your own if you anticipate you will have leftovers! The portion is not huge though.“

“A 4 in one location! Loved the variety of the different type of foods! The soups were delicious, the smash burger smelled good(didn’t taste it was for my young son) which he said was good, the arugula salad so tasty and the pink power salad was indescribable(that good) definitely coming back again. “The Baseline: For a seafood fast casual restaurant the fish/seafood needs to be fresh, the presentation of the food should be comforting and respect the delicacy of the seafood, and there must be a selection of accompanying offerings.

Food: The lobster is high quality here and the preparation is excellent. The Lobster Roll sampler is really good to try the different preparations. The full lobster roll is meaty and filling. The chips are nice but wish I had fries. The soda selection is awesome (got a Maine Blueberry soda). The price is what you get when you order the lobster.

Service: Counter order deliver to your table service. Good and efficient.

Ambiance: The restaurant is really well presented and has good decor. The bathroom was clean. The seating was well laid out and the lighting was good in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the outside is Santa Monica 2025 and is sketchy at night (not the restaurant’s fault)“

“We have been here twice now and each time it has been amazing. The lady that works is the most friendly, kind hearted person ever and takes time to interact with each table to make you feel like family. I would highly recommend this place over and over again.“

“Stopped by for an afternoon sandwich. This is a nice little shop with sandwiches and Vietnamese food.
The people behind the counter are really friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering a #7 pork sandwich. It was really good. What impressed me the most and stood out was the fresh vegetables in the sandwich. They were crisp and refreshing with every bite. I really enjoyed this sandwich!

“They have the best Pho in the Reseda area. This is my go to spot since the goldfish in the front entrance.. they have really made it look nice. All their pho is delicious. Everything on the menu is amazing. They are also opened late that is a plus. Location is always busy but worth the wait. Their food is authentic tasting.“

“I stayed at my friend’s place for five days while I was in LA. On the last day, I wanted to repay them a bit with a meal. It was a nice Korean place. I knew they wouldn’t let me pay, so I slipped out in the middle of the meal, gave my card to the waiter, and paid. I really thanked him for going along with it. The place was packed by noon. I can see why it’s popular.“

“The place to go for delicious pork kbbq! I highly recommend the thick pork belly, marinated pork ribs, and the corn cheese. The pork marinade was flavorful and not as sweet as other kbbq places. They give a nice variety of side dishes which were really good with the pork belly.

The service was also top notch. Very attentive and friendly.“

“I love eating here! The service is always so awesome. I love that it's tucked away, and every time I've brought someone to eat here they don't expect that the restaurant is here. As for the food, it's DELICIOUS! My son is picky, and even he couldn't deny how good the food is. The ramen is amazing, it's so good and the portions are hearty. I usually end up getting a ramen combo with a chashu bowl. Now, I get to eat there AND have delicious leftovers. My family have tried other ramen places around and we keep coming back to Futaba because it's number one in our eyes. The flavor is always on point. Definitely recommend.“

“Glad Hurry Curry has reopened after closing their Sawtelle location. if you are new and don't know what to order, try the chicken cutlet curry and the Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. The curry is bold and savory. make sure to request picked vegetables for the curry. the chicken pasta is also rich and savory. both dishes complement each other without repeating the same experience. the portions are large so bring friends or bring home plenty of portions for leftovers.“

“Tina, the owner, is an amazing person and great Thai chef. I dined in her cozy restaurant and we had a great conversation. I absolutely loved my Penang chicken curry over rice! We hosted a gathering for more than 75 residents, and Olive Garden catered our meal. The food was wonderful, but we noticed one item was missing. I reached out, but with so much happening, I wasn’t able to follow up.

What happened next genuinely touched me: Javon arrived in person before the event even ended, carrying the missing item, a gift card, and a warm, sincere smile. “We had a great experience at our first time visit here. We celebrated my son's birthday and brought in a cake. The food was amazing except for the Alaskan salmon that they substituted from what we originally ordered. They have an all day happy hour on Monday to Thursday. The service was excellent and the servers even sang happy birthday when they brought out the cake. The place was nice and clean and it wasn't crowded when we dined. The only problem was the people on the next table were too loud and there was no wall dividing them to our table so the guy sitting behind my son's girlfriend keeps on bumping into her every time he moved. We will definitely go back here.“

“This was one of my childhood go to spots from when I used to live in L.A. It has been about eight years since I last came, and even though I do not fully remember the exact taste, I just remember really liking the food. Coming back while visiting did not disappoint at all.

I ate two pans, and yes, the servers can seem a little curt at times, but if you are a local or someone who has been coming for years, you understand that it is just part of the place. The food may not be super extravagant, but you can feel the sincerity in it.“

I've been going to this place since it was in front of Kim's Electric, on Olympic Road.

“Hands down the best late night hearty meal after a fun night with friends! The food regardless of what you choose is amazing with fresh ingredients and full of flavor! The employees have it down and are so quick to assist and are friendly. It does get quite busy depending on when you go, but since SND closes so late there tends to be a wait at night. There’s plenty of tables and the workers do their best with the waitlist. Parking is limited, so your best bet is street parking. Def my go to late meal spot or hangover meal! :)“

I have been coming here for years and can attest to how delicious and fresh everything here is. I have the pleasure of meeting the owner today, Peter, who showed me all around the different aisles and gave me advice on how to prep Everything for it to taste the best. You can just tell that all the food is made with so much love and intention. The prices are so reasonable for the quantity and quality of food that you’re getting. This place is always in my weekly rotation.“
