“I’d say even though waiting time was quite long (but to be fair, the place was really busy), I can get over that because the staff were super friendly. The portion wasn’t huge, but that’s actually a good thing . I’m not fan of wasting food, and since it’s not oversized, you can actually finish your plate. Plus, the price is really good, one of less locations where you get a real dish im mean not fastfood for these price 👍🏽“

“I tried the vegetable chow fun and really enjoyed it. The noodles weren’t the wide, flat style I was expecting — they were more like fettuccine in size — but the flavor was excellent and the vegetables tasted fresh. Portions are large and generous, so you definitely leave satisfied. The service was fast and friendly; my server, who I think might be one of the owners, was very professional and welcoming.

What stood out to me is how much the restaurant feels like a true family-run spot. I saw several Chinese families dining in, as well as plenty of local families hanging out and enjoying their meals together. That’s always a great sign that the food is authentic and the atmosphere is comfortable. Overall, the chow fun was delicious, the service was outstanding, and it’s the kind of place I’ll be coming back to often.“

“Hidden gem in the mall!! It is located in the 3rd level of Bloomingdale's. They have really good burgers and fries ! I tend to usually get the half salad/half soup/half sandwich option (you get to pick 2 out of the 3). Their service is normally amazing unless they are understaffed at the moment and they happen to get busy during that time. Must try their frozen yogurt at least once, i recommend the plain tart, with raspberry sauce and almonds.“

“I am by no means a seolleongtang connoisseur but Hanbat is well-known for a reason! They have a very small menu but they are very good at what they serve. I opted for the brisket in the soup. The beef bone broth is very beefy and the brisket is very tender. The meat to soup ratio is higher than what I expected, probably also because it sinks to the bottom of the bowl. Their rice was perfectly chewy and fluffy, and kimchi was refreshing. Keep in mind that to-go containers are an extra $0.50 so bring your own if you anticipate you will have leftovers! The portion is not huge though.“

“A 4 in one location! Loved the variety of the different type of foods! The soups were delicious, the smash burger smelled good(didn’t taste it was for my young son) which he said was good, the arugula salad so tasty and the pink power salad was indescribable(that good) definitely coming back again. “The Baseline: For a seafood fast casual restaurant the fish/seafood needs to be fresh, the presentation of the food should be comforting and respect the delicacy of the seafood, and there must be a selection of accompanying offerings.

Food: The lobster is high quality here and the preparation is excellent. The Lobster Roll sampler is really good to try the different preparations. The full lobster roll is meaty and filling. The chips are nice but wish I had fries. The soda selection is awesome (got a Maine Blueberry soda). The price is what you get when you order the lobster.

Service: Counter order deliver to your table service. Good and efficient.

Ambiance: The restaurant is really well presented and has good decor. The bathroom was clean. The seating was well laid out and the lighting was good in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the outside is Santa Monica 2025 and is sketchy at night (not the restaurant’s fault)“

“We always try to get there before the line shows up, 5:30ish. Sneak in, split the combo between two people and really dig into the various sides (fish skin, kimchi, broccoli, etc.) that come up with the soup and entree.

“The attention from servers is great it feels like if you are at someone's home with very nice grandmas caring for you. We ordered the Sogogi Suyug plater (beef), and the Ujok Suyug plater (tendon) we also ordered the Galbi Tang soup and the Sukkur Sullung Tang soup. Both have beef but the soup base is different one is more fatty rich and the other one is more light and clear but both flavorful and different noodles. Rice comes with your meal along with Kim chi and other sides. The space is small and you may have to wait to be seated. We were lucky to avoid the lunch time crowd. Price was good for what we got.“

“Stopped by for an afternoon sandwich. This is a nice little shop with sandwiches and Vietnamese food.
The people behind the counter are really friendly and helpful. I ended up ordering a #7 pork sandwich. It was really good. What impressed me the most and stood out was the fresh vegetables in the sandwich. They were crisp and refreshing with every bite. I really enjoyed this sandwich!

“The place to go for delicious pork kbbq! I highly recommend the thick pork belly, marinated pork ribs, and the corn cheese. The pork marinade was flavorful and not as sweet as other kbbq places. They give a nice variety of side dishes which were really good with the pork belly.

As for the food, it's DELICIOUS! My son is picky, and even he couldn't deny how good the food is. The ramen is amazing, it's so good and the portions are hearty. “Glad Hurry Curry has reopened after closing their Sawtelle location. if you are new and don't know what to order, try the chicken cutlet curry and the Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. The curry is bold and savory. make sure to request picked vegetables for the curry. the chicken pasta is also rich and savory. both dishes complement each other without repeating the same experience. the portions are large so bring friends or bring home plenty of portions for leftovers.“

As a korean, i love the hanbang so i can get the medicinal benefits as well as that soothing nostalgia of chicken soup. “They have the best Pho in the Reseda area. This is my go to spot since the goldfish in the front entrance.. they have really made it look nice. All their pho is delicious. Everything on the menu is amazing. They are also opened late that is a plus. Location is always busy but worth the wait. Their food is authentic tasting.“

“This was one of my childhood go to spots from when I used to live in L.A. It has been about eight years since I last came, and even though I do not fully remember the exact taste, I just remember really liking the food. Coming back while visiting did not disappoint at all.
Thank you to the lady who works here for taking our photo. She even told me to post it, which made me laugh.
I ate two pans, and yes, the servers can seem a little curt at times, but if you are a local or someone who has been coming for years, you understand that it is just part of the place. The food may not be super extravagant, but you can feel the sincerity in it.“

“We went here for the first time on New Years Eve. . . I noticed the atmosphere is not your typical chinese restaurant. . . we ordered the assorted app plate, tofu with black bean sauce, seafood plate and egg fu yung. . .
The apps were good. . and served as a pu pu platter setup. . I'm not sure if they know what that is out here, but it's very popular on the east coast. . .
The main dishes arrived. I was expecting something different, but was quite pleased with the food after all. The ingredients used are fresh veggies, broccoli, bok choi, etc. . . we ordered alot and ate alot. Me and my wife agreed it was a very healthy meal really. . . surprisingly so. . . I was a little let down by the tofu and black bean plate, but my wife was happy with it. . . a few veggies or something in there wouldn't go amiss. . anyway, we will return at a later date. I do suggest this place as a healthier option to the normal chinese food you might get elsewhere. . The service was very good as well. Friendly. I noticed many of the people who came in were regulars. . . this restaurant also has a family type feel to it. . we'll return in the future. . .“

“Chicken wrap was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Came hot, with plenty of veggies and meat. Chicken was flavorful and moist. Perfect thin wrap so it didn’t overwhelm the main ingredients. And the pink dipping sauce was a great-tasting complement as well.“

Since I live out of state now, I always have to stop at chi chi's whenever I visit California. The plain cheese pizza is the best pizza hands down. I’ll never find another pizza like it. “I have been eating at this restaurant for the last 5 years and I absolutely love the yellow chicken curry. It's actually the only thing I've ever gotten and I've gotten it over 60 times. I just tried the pad Thai chicken noodles last night for the first time and although it tasted really great, I noticed my heart was racing a little bit after I ate it which only happens when I consume MSG. I seem to be the only one in my family that is sensitive to MSG, but I definitely feel it. There's been many studies about how MSG is not very healthy for most people so I'm leaving this comment in hopes that pad Thai on Beverly follows what many other restaurants are doing and removes MSG as an ingredient in certain dishes. Luckily, they do not use MSG in the yellow chicken curry. Again, this is a really amazing restaurant.“

“we have been going to this restaurant for a long time. we love their food But we noticed that they changed the portion size! We understand that everything is getting expensive but they made portion size way little. I ordered vegetarian quesadilla and always ordered and my husband ordered torta and both orders came out too small!! they barely put vegetables inside so we really did not like it!“
