“I absolutely love this place. The pork belly is always some of the best in town. Today we also got the French fries the tteok galbi (Korean meatballs) and it was so good with the kimchi and sauce, wow. Everything on the menu is great, the alcohol is very tasty (try the fermented rice wine and the black raspberry wine, they are incredible) and the staff is so fun. This is an incredible little hidden treasure in Gardena, come try it!“

The seollungtang rivals that of hanbat without having to go all the way to korea town and they serve other things which i always wanted from hanbat. “What a wonderful surprise! This small, quaint spot is serving up some seriously delicious food. I came specifically for the Baja-style fish tacos, and they did not disappoint. The fish was perfectly crispy, lightly battered, and served in generously sized tacos topped with fresh cabbage and flavorful toppings that brought everything together.
I also tried the burger, which was packed with flavor and cooked just right. The service was friendly, fast, and welcoming, making the entire experience even better.

“Love Gangnam Kimbob so much. Very laid back atmosphere. Service is always hospitable and upbeat. Food options are plentiful and delicious. You also get a lot for your dollar here imo. The kimbop is very filling and always leaves me feeling good about my choice to eat out given the portion of veggies contained within. I usually cycle between the tonkatsu, tempura shrimp, ssam and spicy ssam kimbops, while my wife loves to order their shin ramyun. They also have some interesting combos for lunch and dinner I’ve yet to try, but come with a variety of food that seem like a great option when you don’t only crave one thing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

“Legit Chuncheon-style Dakgalbi.

When I go to Korea, I love eating dakgalbi. Specifically, Chuncheon-style, where the meat is cooked in a spicy sauce with vegetables and other items that you can often choose (e.g. rice cakes, ramen, udon noodles, cheese, etc). I've tried to find the best dakgalbi in Seoul, and I feel like I've only scratched the surface.

In the US, I've only had dakgalbi a few times, and before Mhat, I'd been consistently underwhelmed. But Mhat has changed what I think dakgalbi can be in the US. Mhat serves up a version that is excellent, much like the better spots that I've found in Seoul. I didn't get a cheese version, but then again, I'm not really into the Korean trend of putting cheese on everything, so things like dakgalbi and galbi jjim usually go without cheese.

In short, my favorite dakgalbi in the US so far.“

“I was going back to the yard to part my semi and I thought I’d get something quick to snack on at the corner store but it wasn’t open. The next thing open beside it was LUCKILY Tokyo Grill! I was hungry and I was going to wait til I got home but I decided to get the chicken bowl because I saw it was 9 bucks. I didn’t expect much as I took it to my truck and man was I blown away. The flavor of the chicken was so delicious and the amount of ingredients they put into the bowl is unbelievable. It had green beans pineapple carrot slices cabbage and some other vegetables. I was amazed for how much food they gave me for the plate only being 9 bucks and they put a lot of chicken in there which was a big plus. I didn’t have to dig around for any chicken.That’s why I’m writing this review, hopefully it helps anyone thinking coming to eat here. Oh and I also had really dirty hands and the lady at the cash register which I believe was part owner, gave me some wipes and was really nice. I’m pretty sure their other dishes are great too. I didn’t take a picture of my food because I was really hungry but it’s worth each penny I wasted.“

“Just had some of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor in every bite. The waffle fries were perfectly seasoned, the onion rings were crispy and delicious, and the shredded cabbage with dressing was absolutely amazing. We opted for the Kalua Pork and the Teriyaki chicken, both delicious. Loved the broccoli salad and Mac salad. Our guests raved about the food. Cherrystones catered my dad's memorial in 2016 and the food was excellent then. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed a catering service.
