Starbucks in Simi Valley

“I stopped by this Starbucks today in the morning because I was craving a bagel. I tried to place my order off the mobile app but it wasnt working correct so I tried the website as well which didn't with either. So I just drove to the place. I found parking easily because this Starbucks is in a big plaza and I came at 5am so there weren't as much people here. I was able to place my order of a small white hot chocolate and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The person who took my over provided great customer interaction. I never had the white hot chocolate here before so I wanted to try it. It didn't take long for my order to come out, the white hot chocolate was kind of sweet to me so I don't think I'll order it again. My bagel was good and toasted so it hit the spot for me.

Vegetarian options: They have fruits and healthy snacks here.

Parking: Plenty of parking here

“They had what I wanted for lunch. I went to another Starbucks and they didn't have anything to choose from.But I was so impressed with this crew working this morning! They were efficient and fast with my order.The place was busy... Could've used a quick clean up.“

“It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.“

“I don't understand why Starbucks employees are either trained to make coffee or not trained to make coffee. No two locations make the same coffee drinks that taste the same. This location at Los Angeles Blvd and Yosemite don't know how to make the coffee taste the same at each“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks before I get to work for the last two years or so. Initially, there was a battle with getting my drink right and receiving positive attitudes from the staff. The last several months, however, have definitely been a pleasure thanks to the manager. She has turned everything around and has made my experience very positive. I appreciate the politeness and the kindness of the staff as well as the continual efforts to make my drink right on my way to work. “I stopped this Starbucks inside Target today since I was already coming to Target to pick up my order. This Starbucks is not that big like the rest of Starbucks in other Target store. When I came in the morning, they only had 1 barista working. I got the grande Mango Dragonfruit and asked for light ice. You save a little if you pay with your Target Red Card so be aware of that. It didn't long for my drink to come out and he actually filled my drink to the top with less ice. Some barista will give you less of the drink just because you asked for light ice. My drink was good and I was happy with my drink.

Vegetarian options: There not a lot of options here for vegetarian.

Parking: There alot of parking spots in the plaza where Target is in.

“This starbucks is insanely good! Drinks and food are always top tier! The service is phenomenal especially Lysette she is the absolute sweetest there !! All the workers here set off such an amazing ambiance to work or just chat in except Melody she' is absolutely so insanely rude and disrespectful to not only the guests but also her fellow coworkers! I can't believe someone would talk in such an awful manner to anyone let alone their status. She love to talk rudely about workers and guests. I used to love coming here everyday for the service and now she has completely ruined that. Personally it makes me sad that people like this are so entitled in the world. She needs to be sat down with and had a talk about her way of going about things. I get it life can be hard but she makes it harder for herself and everyone around her. Again I am completely and utterly disgusted and disappointed that target would hire someone that low. I hope this reaches HR! Have a good day!“

“Starbucks is always great with their specials. My current favorite is a Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino made brevity style with extra caramel sauce and lots of whipcream. It is always clean and well stocked. The help are clean, neat and tidy. They have different new specials all the time. If you wait too long in line the drink is on them.“

“Cold brew is my favorite! As for hot coffee, I'm glad they stopped burning their beans. Coffee is still too hot, which destroys the quality of brew (along with my tongue)! I LOVE the Salted Carmel with a shot of espresso, and their Chai Tea...hot or cold is the best. Staff here are very friendly and accommodating.“

“Going into Albertsons on Madera for a passion ice tea is a joy. Not the long lines, quick service and one can have a conversation with the barista . Of course I'm not a every day tea person. Hot chocolate in winter and ice tea during warm weather.“
