I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.

Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90

The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.

Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“

Next time I’ll have to try some of their savory options but all and all a very easy and pleasing experience. $11 was a little steep and maybe around $8 i’d come more often and they could consider catering at that price. “I had the mango salad with chicken. It had a wide variety of lettuces giving it nice texture and flavor. We had a side of the consistently tasty curried couscous. The atmosphere with its turf and play area was nice for families, especially those with young children and those like us with our Collie and Golden Retriever in tow. The service was efficient but not intrusive. We opted to eat outside there.“

The line was out the door when you arrive during Saturday's lunch rush but we had our food in no time at all. “I wanted to acknowledge a staff member and a manager who went above to help with an issue.
We had ordered online for home delivery and the order turned out to be incorrect upon delivery. After discovering the issue, I called the local Bressi Ranch location where we’d placed the order and explained the situation. The staff member (Nicole) with whom I spoke verified the order that we placed and was not only understanding, but apologetic and suggested that we speak to one of the mangers to get a resolution. She managed it up the right way, but since it was during the dinner rush and very busy we couldn’t get that manager on the phone after a wait, so she suggested calling back a little later or the following day when it was less hectic.
The next day I happened to be in the area so decided to stop by. I spoke with a manger (Angelica) and explained the situation. She listened intently and verified everything again (as she should) and went the extra mile to make it right by offering us an in-store gift card to use on our next visit. She did this with kindness, professionalism and a smile! We were most appreciative as we really enjoy the fresh food options at Mendocino Farms and will definitely be back thanks to a great customer service experience! Keep up the great work!“

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

Basic breakfast and egg scramble all with crispy (emphasize on crispy), bacon is well seasoned and presented. Muffins are excellent and well sized. Just be sure to ask and point to the exact flavor and muffin since the look of the muffin may not match the flavor - it can be deceptive (in an interesting way). Overall, very good breakfast.“
