“Tried La Pizza Loca for a Sunday Funday and it hit the spot. The pizza was fresh and super flavorful. I got the La Gigante with pepperoni, jalapeños, and chorizo. The spicy wings were really good too. Staff was cool and service was quick. Definitely coming back for another pizza day!“

“Stumbled on this place while I was sucked into the reel vortex in the middle of the night on my 11-year Veganversary. The next day, we drove 40+ miles into LA and had the most amazing vegan meal, from appetizers to dessert. They have a full traditional menu as well as a full vegan menu. Welcoming and energetic vibe. Outstanding fun and friendly service (ask for Aria!) Food was highest quality and INSANELY delicious. Even parking is easy in the lot next door. Can’t wait to go back. It is a pleasure to support these guys. Highly recommended.“

“Wonderful experience and great food“

“Once we were seated, I immediately noticed the incredible atmosphere of the restaurant. People were lively, chatting with each other and enjoying a good time. It was a happy sight to see.

The staff were passionate, and it genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there.

We ordered the lamb ragu, squid ink pasta, a side of broccolini, and the veal dish. Originally, we were only going to order the pasta and veal, but we found ourselves craving more food because of how delicious everything was. Not only did it taste amazing, but it also felt homemade, and the ingredients were extremely fresh.

I loved how both pastas had their own unique tomato flavors. The mashed potatoes served with the veal were incredibly creamy without being overwhelmingly buttery. The veal itself was extremely tender.

Loved the food here, 10/10. The portions were generous as well and well worth the price.“

“Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in LA. My husband and I visit here 2-4 times a month. All the locations are beautiful and unique, but our favorite is Sherman Oaks. It's our home local restaurant, and the entire staff knows us and takes great care of us. It was just our 17th anniversary, and the staff made us feel so special. But then again, they always make us feel special, so we just love everything about this place. Our go-to must-haves are the chicken sliders, fries, and the little gem. And to end the meal, we order vanilla lattes, the best cake and ice cream. It's simply the best!“

“I love it when I find little holes in the wall. Let me tell you, this was the best thing I've ever eaten, Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Peperoncino It took all that I had not to lick the plate and then Jonathan my waiter brought me a baked cream with berries desert Panna Cotta with berries that was soo delicious and smooth. They also have a deli next door but its closed on Sundays for now. They need staff. And it's dog friendly.“

“We went to the coolest little Italian place in the valley for Valentine's on a total whim. The entire place was themed, they had a fun violinist, the wait staff wore Valentine's glasses & vests, they had pink and red lights on the palm trees out front, heart shaped straws... it was so quirky and fun. Service was awesome, like the staff was actually having a good time and glad we were there. The food was AWESOME quality... everything homemade down to the freshly baked heart shaped bread. I don't recall if we've ever really 'celebrated' Valentine's day but going to this restaurant made it feel like an actual holiday. So fun and cute. Also, the prices & portions! Highly recommend to check this place out. Guessing they probably do other holidays as well. Grateful for an unexpected awesome night 🥰🤗“

“Today was my first time coming to this restaurant. I just moved across the street about a month ago. And I had the mozzarella free teeth, and it was very good. It was a nice restaurant, very clean inside very nice looking and the waiter was very friendly and the bartender it was, well, they were all friendly, including the kitchen staff. I’m Italian and I really love to eat any type of food, but especially our Italian food. Yesterday I ate the BEST Italian food in my life. I’m sure no one can say different, because if you know Italian food you know that that place is different than any Italian restaurant in any part of the world.

We took two friends for a belated birthday dinner (and as the staff realized it was just that, they even rewarded us with a delicious birthday dessert :-). “First, I want to say that the restaurant is located in a beautiful area. Walking around the neighborhood was incredibly enjoyable and made the whole experience even better.

When it comes to the restaurant itself, I honestly don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was. I found out that the pasta is handmade rather than pre-made, and it's brought fresh from Italy every evening. That surprised me and made dining there even more special.

The pasta I ordered was prepared with white wine. The portion looked a bit small at first, but it was very filling and absolutely delicious.

I would also like to give special recognition to the manager. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, energetic, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We were even treated to a delicious pasta that wasn't yet on the menu, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely come back just for that pasta!

It was towards the end of the evening and they were only a few people left at the restaurant, we had to ask the waitress for our bread four times which was unusual. Otherwise, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the very nice wine and high  quality, wine glasses and the good food. We were a little bit disappointed because at the end of the evening we noted we smelled cigarette smoke coming from the back of the restaurant we felt was quite unprofessional. This is the only time we have been at the restaurant. The owner wasn't there and our perception was that there was a step down in discipline among the staff that day“

“Pizzana is a great example of casual fine dining. Their menu is excellent, and everything is made with a sense of high quality and culinary flair.

The Neapolitan-style pizzas are one of the best in SoCal. Ingredients offered are cultivated and paired with deliciousness in mind. The fresh ingredients shine quite well. Pastas are also prepared with the same attention to detail and won't disappoint.

Dining is best here, but I wouldn't have delivery if you're not close to any of their locations. Parking for this Silver Lake location is challenging; thus, plan accordingly.

Their pricing is fine dining, and it is worth the splurge.“
