“this is definitely one of the noodle places
food was pretty good, but we ordered something asking for no allergens and they didn't make it with no allergens. my therapist will definitely be hearing about this once i get one.
EDIT in response to owner's response: It's been a while but it would have been egg and fish powder.“

“KK discovered a ramen spot with great atmosphere in Arcadia — Fujiya Ramen 🍜
The space feels like a cozy Japanese izakaya, with warm lighting that makes it perfect for friend gatherings or casual dates. The service was friendly, and the pacing of the dishes was just right ✨
This time we tried two popular ramen bowls:
🍜 Fujiya Chashu Ramen
The broth is rich but not heavy, and the chashu is tender and flavorful. It stays delicious until the last bite.
🌶️ Volcano Ramen
The spice has great depth and layers — perfect for those who enjoy bold flavors. Definitely memorable!
🍱 Eel Rice Bowl
The eel is thick and satisfying, with a balanced sweet-savory sauce that pairs perfectly with hot rice.
🥟 Sakura Pork Chashu Buns
A small but delightful surprise. The chashu is well-seasoned, and each bite is just right 😋
🔥 Mix Yakitori Platter (8 skewers)
Includes chicken wings, chicken hearts, pork belly, and more — each skewer carries a delicious charcoal aroma. The chicken skin with chili was my favorite!
🦑 Grilled Squid
Grilled to perfection with a slight char. A squeeze of lemon makes it even more refreshing.
Overall, this is the kind of place you’ll think of when you
✔️ want a proper bowl of ramen
✔️ want to pair it with some yakitori and drinks
✔️ or crave something warm late at night 🤍“

“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). Topped with nori, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, and ground meat, the ramen have the perfect flavor. Their chicken karaage were the best too!“

“Simple and straightforward menu. It doesn’t make you feel overwhelmed looking at the menu. Staff are super friendly and attentive! Indoor seating only. Very clean! Portion is very affordable, I ordered one bowl and ordered extra noodles and an empty bowl. It was perfect for my two kiddos to share!
I really wanted to try the calamari but it was sold out. So definitely gotta come back next time to try it.
They have good mix of long tables for bigger parties and small tables for 2-4ppl. They can adjust the level of saltiness of the ramen which is awesome! Never been to a ramen spot that has offered that before.
Ordered 3 bowl of tonkatsu ramen, karrage chicken, beef gyoza, and a Sapporo. It was all perfect for our ramen loving family! Definitely recommend you checking them out!“

“I’ve always passed by here but never tried it. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their spring rolls, takoyaki, and popcorn chicken ramen to try. The spring rolls were interestingly cut but very good. Crispy shell with savory veggie filling. Also came with a side of soy sauce for dipping. The takoyaki were crisp with a gooey center, topped with like a sweet mayo, and had a tender not too fish piece of octopus in the middle. The popcorn chicken ramen came with a BUNCH of MASSIVE pieces of crispy, juicy, savory chicken. Like can u even call this popcorn chicken still if they’re this big? Surprisingly paired well with the ramen which also came with came with green onions and pickled ginger, that helped add a brightness to the bowl and wood ear mushrooms, and half an egg. The broth was really savory but not super rich and oily which my sensitive tummy appreciated. The noodles also surprisingly stayed pretty chewy while I was eating them even tho they were soaking up the broth. This place is pretty good.“

“Went on a cool Saturday evening, with my Husband and Mom. Plenty of seating indoors or outdoors. Clean establishment. Friendly staff. Had some appetizers, the classic with chicken 🍗 and a spicy 🥵 with pork 🐖. Everything was delicious 🤤, even got to take my leftovers home. 🥢 🍣 🍜 It was about $80 💰 for all three of us👍🏽.“

“I overall love this place for sit down service. The atmosphere is cool and the staff are very friendly. The food is good and Its always very busy.
The staff are nice but im giving service 3 stars because they have a very flawed system for their takeout orders.
I would recommend only eating there dine-in. Never get takeout from there. Im told Their sushi bar has an odd policy where they cannot make any take out orders until after the dine-in orders are filled. The problem is this place is always busy and theres always new dine in customers going in. So the takeout sushi orders never get filled. Ive done takeout here one time and waited 40 minutes only to be told my single sushi roll would take another 40 minutes. Some people in front of me were waiting two hours. And the ramen portions of your takeout order will be filled quicker so it will just sit there for 1.5 hours and get cold. I Just refunded my order like others did and took my cold ramen home at the end. I dont understand this policy as it kind of makes takeout impossible. So i highly recommend only dine-in at this restaurant. If you order takeout on a busy weekend it is likely you will never get the food.“

“We have been customers of Kai Ramen 4 years but because of destiny customers of this Arcadia location 2 years. Always worth the drive & with traffic on the 134/210. We are always greeted politely. The servers are always polite & detail oriented. Featured in the photo volcano ramen, spicy beef ramen, edamame, & spicy tuna crispy rice and gyozas.“

“Stopped by Kyuramen in Arcadia and tried a good spread of their menu. We ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Miso Ramen, Rice Burger, Pork Tonkatsu Omurice Combo, Honeycomb Platter, Matcha Tiramisu, and grabbed milk tea from TBaar after. The pork tonkatsu omurice combo was probably my favorite of the night. The egg was cooked perfectly, and the table-side cut where it spills over the rice was done really well. The honeycomb platter was also a highlight — a nice mix of different bite-sized appetizers that made it easy to share and try a few things at once. The ramen was solid, and the rice burger was fun to switch things up from the usual. After eating, we walked straight over to TBaar since it’s literally connected, which was super convenient. The milk tea hit the spot and was a nice way to wrap things up without having to drive anywhere else. Overall, it was a good experience and a place I’d come back to if I’m in the area and in the mood for Japanese comfort food with options beyond just ramen.“

You can taste how fresh and authentic every bite is. Nothing is rushed, flavors and textures are perfect.
Customer service is exceptional and the ambient is a chill ambient that allows you to talk with some background music without it being over bearing.

“TSUKE Artisan Noodle is absolutely outstanding. The noodles are perfectly cooked with great texture, and the broth is rich, deep, and full of flavor without being too heavy. Every ingredient tastes high-quality and thoughtfully prepared.
The tsukemen is especially impressive—bold, savory dipping broth paired with chewy noodles makes every bite satisfying. Portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful.
The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe feels clean, modern, and welcoming. Easily one of the best artisan noodle spots around. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!“

“Literally the best Japanese Curry House in all of the United States. Doesn't cost a fortune, service is amazing, it's Japanese-American but you feel like you're getting the same service you would get in Japan and a kitchen staff are very attentive and communicative. I had no idea this was here literally my whole adult life and now I go weekly.“

“Hands down the best ramen we’ve ever had! The Red King ramen was incredibly flavorful and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the chicken karaage as a side, and it was fantastic as well. The service and atmosphere were both wonderful and made the experience even better. I loved how they give you a menu and a marker to mark and fully customize your ramen. Can’t wait to come back!“

“Last minute pick for a business dinner, and my colleagues weren't disappointed. The rolls were good, but the sashimi was amazing. One colleague said the best she's ever had, and I'd place it among my top 3. Their fish is on point, so is their service. Spaced out tables let's you really soak in the atmosphere and enjoy your table's conversation. Visit this area pretty frequently and will definitely be back. Thank you!!“

“The food was really however you had to pay like 2 dollars for each additional topping which wouldn't be so bad if it were a sharable size so more than one person could use them
Kid-friendliness: Not many kid friendly options“

“This is a really good sushi spot in a food court. The tempura, sushi, and bento boxes reminds of the old Sushi on Garfield takeout restaurant in Monterey Park (now permanently closed) before the owner changed its menu, but Sushi In The Box has many more choices.“

“I’ve been back a few times since my last visit, and I have to say they are much better after the rebranding. The tsukemen is just as good, if not better than before, and the prices are way more affordable now.
I always ask for my tsukemen broth to be extra hot, and it hits every time. Big shoutout to Cici and Michael as well. They helped us out the other night and were awesome.
Service has been smoother, the quality is consistent, and overall it feels like they’ve really stepped it up. I’ll definitely be back again soon.“

“Love this place just down the way from a HS. Gives the student a place to eat within walking distance and lovely to have a great ramen place locally. The food is always consistently delicious and the place is small, simple and clean. Easy to order, delicious food. The shoyu and tonkotsu ramen are so tasty and goes so well with their garlic paste. The spicy tuna bowl, spicy tuna on crispy rice and pork buns are alternatives to those who want less carb heavy bowls. A wonderful, local find in MPk.“

“Came here for Father & Daughter Valentine’s Day Lunch. First thing that stood out was how beautiful the interior was, my daughter and I loved being able to sit in the booths. The food was great, a little pricey but that’s expected with Sushi. I recommend getting the mushrooms as an appetizer! I also want to give a shoutout to Megan who was our server that day. She was really sweet and attentive, really enjoyed her positive spirit while we were there. I managed to get a Polaroid with her that they were doing for Valentines Day. Overall great lunch. Will be back again.“

“I often come here with my girlfriend when it's cold. The food has good portions and is always nice and hot. I'm not quite sure why many of the reviews are hating on the cashier lady. Never had a bad experience with her, she doesn't talk much but is friendly if spoken to. Overall I enjoyed the food. Been coming here many years and will continue to do so.“
